I was able to get a quote and set up an appointment the same day. The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and seemed to know his trade. Very fast job of fixing one lock (which I thought was a lost cause) and replacing another one. Both done in about forty minutes, even though he needed to do a little bit of wood work to get my deadbolt and receiver lined up. Then I used that opportunity to ask them to install a smart lock I had already purchased (which required to re-drill the hole for the deadbolt). First things first, this is the absolute BEST customer service I have ever received since moving to the LA area. Mahmoud and his son Mike are truly quality people. The first time I called them I was in a rush and Mike was able to come straight over once I explained I was running late. Another locksmith company quoted me hours wait. Mike realized I was short on time and finished the job literally minutes after he arrived. I couldn't believe how fast he worked. Due to the rush, I forgot to ask him to change one more lock. The next day Mahmoud came and helped me just as fast. These people are good, honest, fast working locksmiths and that's hard to come by. Side note; I left the keys on a flimsy key ring and lost one of them the next day... Mahmoud came back to help me out even though I called right as they were closing. Absolutely amazing! He very quickly fixed our 2003 Honda Civic. The key wasn't opening the driver's side door and we had to open it from the passenger's door.
