My key broke off inside the deadbolt, ugh. Although there's never a good time for that to happen, during quarantine is especially not ideal. I messaged Good Lock & Key and got an immediate response with a quote. Thankfully he was able to come right away, literally less than 20 minutes. He arrived in mask and gloves - was friendly, quick, and professional. He took apart of the deadbolt to get the broken key piece out. He made a duplicate key for me onsite. And best of all, he noticed the deadbolt hole in the door frame was a little tight so he even got his drill out so now the deadbolt won't get stuck again in the future.
