I'm a little late writing this review. Good Lock & Key arrived promptly 20 minutes after my phone call to their company. They were able to unlock my door within 15 minutes of arriving. They unlocked 2 locks but only charged me for 1 lock. Great service! Would use them again but, I am hoping not to lock myself out of my house anytime soon :) read more

Good Lock and Key is the best! Had to deal with the nightmare of losing my keys and finding someone to replace a key and remote for a 2013 Honda CR-V. Good Lock and Key gave me the cheapest quote and was able to arrive within 15 minutes of calling! When a complication came up because the serial number on the lock was unreadable due to wear and tear (I couldn't even read it), they were able to solve the issue with only a $20 price increase--which still put them about $100 cheaper than both of the other quotes I got. They were able to do the work, remove my old lock, put a new one in, and program a new remote within just a couple hours. They were very friendly and even offered to make me a duplicate of my new key at a discounted rate. If I ever lose my key again (God forbid) I will definitely go through them! This review is 100% authentic, I was so impressed and blown away by the service here that I decided to immediately write about my experience. The fist thing I will say is that before I called these guys, I made like 20 calls to the locksmith businesses In the general Pasadena area. The issue was a broken key in the ignition of my car, Yikess!!! It was the most horrible of all experiences to have this happened. I called around town and all I got were answering machines with a directory that was full of endless options but no human to speak to. After reaching several business, most of them could either not do the job of extracting the broken key and making a replacement, did not have the ability to give me a price quote for the work, or worse, they could not guarantee that my ignition would work after the extraction. Finally I found Good Luck & Key on the internet and boy was I truly lucky. I called and immediately reached a person his name was Mike. I explained the horrible situation and he assured me he could do the job. I arrived at the business and the place was immaculate and professional. Mike told me to wait a couple minutes and he immediately went to work on the key extraction. Within a few minutes he had achieved what felt like the impossible and in no time he had made me a replacement key!!!!! His skill level and his professionalism were incredible.
