My cat Edna passed away a few months ago, and I was feeling the urge today to spend an hour or so with some adorable cats - and Good Luck Cat Cafe delivered! The space is adorable and the volunteers are kind and knowledgeable. The cats were incredibly sweet and social - it was such a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely be back!

Hidden upstairs in a building on a side street. You have to ring the doorbell to be let in so no kitties escape. Two rooms, first room is the adult cats and things to buy. Second room is the kittens. This whole place is run on donations. They are trying to get these wonderful cats adopted. My daughter got some stickers and a necklace. We also made a donation. If we weren't on vacation we might have adopted one of these cats.

Cute cats. Separate rooms for kitty's and adult cats. Great handlers. Very clean and well kept play areas. Enjoyable all around. Thanks to those who brought this to fruition.

    Sweet kitty!

Wonderful Cat Cafe that is definitely more Cat than Cafe. Very caring volunteers with some adorable cats looking for a new family. Great cat-related gifts.

What a cute spot! Definitely had a different idea in mind of getting a cold brew while playing with cats but as most of the reviews already explained, this is not really a cafe....which is fine by me since I was really just there for the cats! You go inside and you can immediately just start playing with the cats lounging around. They're all so sweet and just chill, each with a story of how they got there. When we went, they had maybe 6 adult cats and 1 kitten. If you're a cat fan, this is definitely the place to go. The food available is store bought chips, bars, and Starbucks fraps. Bring cash. The donations are used to maintain the cats, so it's overall a good cause. Go check it out, it's in a cute building/area of Fort Lauderdale and parking is free.

Best and only cat cafe in Soflo!!! Amazing staff of volunteers who truly care with sweet cats all open to be adopted... Please check out if in area! ‍‍‍

This cat cafe is no normal one, it is in fact a special place where the cat's have a loving home. The place is very vibrant and modern and is a place anyone can call home. I have gone to the cat cafe several times and it is amazing! The people there are also very nice and treat the cats very well. In the adult room, the cats have a nice big wheel, a scratcher, a little cat tree, and all of the necessities needed. In the kitten room, of course they have them too. There is a room in the back where I have learned cats stay in to get used to the others behind a window. It's not only that but is also a sanctuary for cats who need help with their health. It's not the cafe that causes this, but it is something the cats were born with or happened to them that made them like that. They are currently taking care of a cat named Sally in there who will eventually become blind and is slowly losing her sight. I'm surprised about how good they are with her. They help her find her food, necessities, etc. It's amazing. They are trying to make sure she gets through this harsh part of her life. Anyways, the cats are also very good with humans and probably other animals too. They are potty trained and neutered, spayed, etc. They are funny to watch in their daily shenanigans and even while napping. The cats will calmly sit in your lap if they enjoy you or something around you. I just wanted to state that this cafe is no ordinary one and I recommend going.

So cute! The kitties are adorable and so friendly. If I didn't already have 3 cats I would have taken one home with us. The place is upstairs and split into 2 rooms. They have a kitten room and a room for the older kitties. Plenty of cat toys to play with and a comfy spot to play with cute furries. We took our son and his friend and had a ball! It's free to go but donations are welcome and you can buy small snacks but it's really less of a "cafe" and more of a place to visit and play with cats (and hopefully adopt one or two). The cats are vaccinated and clean and well taken care of. Please go, play, and give one of those beauties a loving home.

I absolutely adore this place. In fact, I would come here so often that I asked to volunteer, and have been proudly volunteering for two years now. It is welcoming, calm, and an interesting experience to be able to sip on some coffee while petting kitties.

OK I am biased because I currently volunteer and foster for Lady Luck Animal Rescue but I signed up after visiting and loving the cat cafe. As other reviews have pointed out, it's not really a cafe setting but they do sell snacks, drinks, t-shirts etc. You're really coming here to hang out with and love on the cats and kittens and hopefully adopt one if you're in the market for a new furry friend. But even if you're not, there's no hard sell and everyone is welcome to come play with the kitties. Unlike other cat cafes, Good Luck doesn't charge visitors. So if you do stop by be sure to drop a few bucks in the donation box or buy something. This organization takes in and adopts out hundreds of cats every year, getting them fixed, vaccinated and any other necessary medical care. It's run entirely by volunteers who just love cats.

    Sammy has some CATTITUDE!

Lots of volunteers there to help you out. Really cool cat themed items you can buy for a reasonable donation. Best of all: FREE RANGE CATS & KITTENS!

I've been visiting these cats and kitties since the boomerang days. Great spot to hang out and pet the cats until your heart is content. The staff is wonderful and the new location is great for the cats. They have a kitten room and an adult side. The staff takes wonderful care of all their residents and if playing and stopping by isn't enough they do adopt the cats out! Trust me you will want to adopt them all!! They take donations and they have had some cat-centric charity events like kitten yoga which are a lot of fun. Check them out right above laser wolf in Fort Lauderdale...plenty of parking too!

I love this place and the work they do. It's a wonderful atmosphere to interact with the kitties and relax with a cup of coffee. Mind you I have 2 senior cats at home and no room in my house to integrate another cat but I still like to go there and chill with the kitties, drink some coffee, but a tee shirt or something cat related to help support them. I also donate $1.00 every time I check out with PayPal....thats how much I admire this rescue organization. If you're in the market for a cat or kitten, try here for a rescue. If you're willing to be a foster, contact them. Or maybe you're a cat person like me and just want to go there and hang out. They do events like guided meditation which is awesome and wine and cheese which is coming up soon. Drop by and say hello to Laura and Uncle Tommy.

We quickly decided what we wanted to order, and then patiently waited for our food. Much to our surprise they had singers in the restaurant! Forbes serenaded us a few times and then, Alana belted it out some Disney Tunes! Both of their voices were incredible and it was a nice treat. The food arrived, and it was scrumptious! The birthday girl had the key and said it was so delicious! My fiance had the waffle and ate every bite. I had the stuff Nutella and pistachio croissant and it was good, although it seemed over toasted. All in all we had such a beautiful birthday brunch at this Cafe. No way this stuff wasn't pre-made a while ago. Oh yeah, part of a banana and one strawberry. Despite what the waiter said, I could tell everything was pre-made. It's about the same quality as the free "continental breakfast" most cheap hotels offer except at the hotel it's still warm and you get refills on coffee and the waffle is freshly made and hot enough to melt butter. No free refills on coffee here unless you buy their "pour over," and then you get one small refill. The strainer for the coffee was stained and filthy when it was brought out, so they're not using fresh ones or even cleaning thoroughly between uses. GF had a meatless omelet and a smoothie. Her omelet was hot so obviously it was made fresh unlike mine. I told the waiter my food was cold and he swore he saw them "take it out of the oven," but nothing I ordered would be cooked in any over other than a microwave oven. Total bill for two: $60+. This was with a 30% discount on my plate for my food being served cold. Honestly you'll have a better, fresher meal at IHOP or Waffle House or Denny's, for a fraction of the price and you'll get coffee refills.

Even a cold foam she can make with dairy-free milk. I was so surprised by that since most other places have significantly less options when going dairy-free, like cold foam can typically only be made with heavy cream at other cafes. She said she makes everything herself so she can customize it however we want. I was so impressed with that! We went with an iced Mocha Lisa which has white chocolate and pistachio. This is a specialty latte named after the owner herself as it's some of her favorite flavors. We got it with oat milk. There are three sizes, the larger size comes with 3 shots of espresso while the other two have 2 shots. Also appreciate that as at most other coffee shops, a larger size typically just means more milk but the same amount of espresso. The presentation of the drink was stunning, she topped it with crushed pistachios. It was so delicious! They have so many other delicious-sounding lattes on their menu, I was eyeing their honey cinnamon latte, whipped brown sugar latte, or their seasonal blueberry muffin matcha. Such unique flavors! I wish I was in town longer so I could come here daily to try all of them. I also got some chocolate covered pistachio-filled dates that I'm so excited to try. Yum! There's a host stand right next to the door where you scan in your ticket. They call everyone Barbie or Ken, and they go by that too. The host Barbies were nice, they walked us to our table. The waitress Barbie was not as attentive as I would've liked. I had to call her or make eye contact in order for her to come take our order or to ask for additional items. We ordered the Surf's Up Spinach Artichoke Dip, Make Waves Avocado Toast, Beach Burger, and Think Pink Margarita. Do not order the Dip. Our waitress said that it was the most popular app, but it's not worth it. The chips were too greasy, and the dip was hard and comes in a tin.. The avocado toast was okay, it came with too much arugula. I took out most of it. My brother said the burger was good. The margaritas were probably the best part. The salty rim contrasted the sweet taste. The cake pops were dessert. They were okay too, nothing special. To wrap up, if you want to take cute pics and can afford it, then do it. You'll have fun! Can be good for an occasion. The ambience is great because everyone dresses to go with the Barbie theme. I loved looking around and seeing little girls excited and happy!
