The restaurant was really cute and small. I was told it was a pop up spot and they can be really fun but this one wasn't it for me. The food and drinks were so over priced. They didn't have a big selection we left hungry. The service was okay. There was an extra fee to reserve a table and eat there on top of your bill. Definitely not worth the money way over priced and to top it off it wasn't even good I personally don't recommend. Don't waist your money or time go somewhere else.

Probably a 3.5... let's be real - you're paying for the fun photo ops and experience here. It's like when you visit photo museums like the museum of ice cream or candytopia, etc. It just so happened that the Malibu Barbie Cafe was in the area while I was on my bachelorette trip to Miami. I loved the Barbie movie and had originally wanted a barbie themed bachelorette so it worked out perfectly! We booked tickets online for our group of 10. You can only book a table for up to 6 people so we had to do 2 reservations of 5. Luckily, we were able to be seated next to each other, even though we weren't allowed to move the tables together. You order your entree + cake pop online ahead of time. Then you can choose your sides and order drinks, appetizers, and additional desserts when you get there. For our group of 10 (2 reservations of 5), we prepaid about $50 per person. It is quite a steep price if you're only thinking of the food, especially since the options are things like burgers, avocado toast, cauliflower salad, and grilled cheese. And overall, the food is pretty mid - nothing spectacular. Nothing that you couldn't make yourself or buy at a local applebee's tbh. Even the drinks, while they were pretty, weren't amazing. But again, what you're really paying for here is the experience and photo ops. And there were many photo ops. Definitely a fun and cute place to really immerse yourself in the Barbie world. They have beachy swings and props in the front entrance, a big boom box and street signs further in, and the barbie box along with a seated set up, and a mirror inside. We definitely got lots of cute photos. You can also skate for $1 which gets donated to a local nonprofit. The skating rink is very small. Only 4 people from our group skated and I feel like if all of us did, it would've left little room to really skate around. We also had to wait for the little girls to finish their turn before we joined which was probably very wise because we kept falling lol. It was a fun add on. They have merch on sale but overall, the items were pretty pricey. Our group didn't buy anything and you could probably find similar souvenirs online. Overall - cute for the photos and the experience!

An open-air cute experience for lunch with your girl friends or daughter(s), lots of photo opportunities throughout the cafe, the cutest themed drinks, and rollerskating. Food is good but don't expect anything special as the experience is focused on the other stuff. It was a busy start when we arrived and by the time we got to our table it was 30 minutes past our reservation time, but all was good and we weren't rushed out our table in the end.

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and I cannot say enough about the vibe! When we walked in, they said, "Hi, Barbie!! Follow me!! Oh, Ken, you can come, too...," which got a laugh! The Ken host was hilarious and really set the tone for the whole thing! The bartender/manager was incredible and made me feel so fabulous, myself. The skating was so nice! They offered safety equipment and everyone was cheering each other on. If you want to walk out of somewhere feeling great, GO HERE! 1000000/10 There is a small store at the bar where you can buy souvenirs (even a Barbie doll!). There are so many photo opportunities and things to see! Definitely kid-friendly, but the drinks can be very adult-friendly lol

Such an adorable event! The food is preordered upon buying tickets and was surprisingly delicious! The lemonades were perfection The ice cream is regular brand There are some spots for pics Alot of options for gifts and good quality merchandise The skating was the best because it truly was hilarious trying not to fall This is a great spot for girl groups, moms and daughter or anyone who loves food and pics I recommend buying time slots early or really late to avoid an overlap of crows, go comfortable and bring socks for the skates! Our service was nice and the girl at the skating rink was hilarious

Let's face it, you don't go here for the food, but for the experience!!! A world of pink!!!! How often does that happen?! Well the food is average, it's still fairly decent. The burger was a smash-style burger. The drinks are good, with mocktails available as an option. The staff is friendly and call each other "Barbies". The scenery and endless photo ops steal the show though! So grab your favorite Barbie-loving friends and snap away!!!

First time here took my daughter for her birthday, the atmosphere is nice for little girls, and girls who enjoy this decor with lots of pics. But the service was terrible along with the overpriced food that we received and drinks. We had to make a reservation prior to coming along with paying for our meals ahead of time which I thought it was kinda of strange that any restaurant make you pay for meals prior to attending. I highly don't recommend doing this & wasn't happy with the service nor food and choices to choose from, no condiments to choose from nor lettuce tomato etc. I gave it 2 Stars for decor but it's a 1 Star.

My niece grew up with a shelf around her whole room lined with Barbies. Every holiday Barbie plus some. When she said she'd be in Miami for a weekend we couldn't think of a better place to celebrate. We needed a table for 6 but could only find tables for 3. Then after I made one reservation and went back to add a second table it was sold out. I emailed Buckerlisters and they allowed me to move my reservation to a time slot with two available tables. Ximena was super helpful. They don't guarantee your tables will be near each other which we were prepared for but the hostess was able to get us right next to each other. There are tons of great photo spots and we took advantage of all of them. The skating rink is cute and for a $1 donation you can skate for 10 minutes. Which was plenty when you don't know how to skate. Our server Daniela was wonderful. She was attentive and got our drinks in good time. She checked on us, kept our water glasses full and was super nice. As were all the employees we encountered. They were sweet and seemed to enjoy being immersed in Barbie World. I ordered the burger which was two patties, cheese and a sauce similar to big mac sauce. It came with either fries, fruit or a salad. The burger was juicy and delicious. The grilled cheese comes with onions and that was tasty. Our vegetarian in the group had the avocado toast and she really enjoyed it. Our little girl did not like the pink pancakes at all but did like the grilled cheese. The cocktails are $16 but nicely poured. I had the Cali Collins and it was delicious. We also had the float that's delivered in a Barbie car. There are beers for $8 and nonalcoholic drinks. You pay a $6 per person tip but your main food order is prepaid online when you book. You can order anything on the menu during your 90 minute table reservation. You can walk around and take pictures before and after your table reservation. Everyone in the place seemed to be having fun and the diversity of pink outfits was incredible. Was it cheap? No Was it fun? Definitely Was it worth it? For a birthday celebration it absolutely was.

The concept is cool for a photo session. Where was the Barbie, Ken, Chelsea or Brooklyn that one could interact with? No where to be found. The food served was mediocre (chicken tenders, fruit plate ($29) for kids and ($39) for adults. Yep no drinks included. They were charging for regular faucet water aka still ($6) per cup. If you go please take your own drinks. Instead of charging an entrance fee they make you buy food and pay for a table for 2 hours. It's takes almost 30 minutes (even if you arrive the recommended 10 minutes ) your reservation time to get seated. I came for a birthday celebration. It was 12 people in the party. We were given a table for 6 and 3 (2 person) tables. Wouldn't it have been more convenient just to make 2 (6 persons) tables. Not like we would have taken up that much room. I had a vegan burger and salad oh did I forget it came with a cold nothing spectacular cupcake with whipped cream (blah); although it was slated to come with a cake pop. ($39) dollars. The menu items are basic and the price doesn't even out to the experience. When I compare it to other focused events this is extremely overpriced, overrated and just not worth the time. Hopefully others will give their feedback on this event

The Malibu Barbie cafe is such an adorable pop up installation. It's a place that kids and big grown ups like myself can enjoy. The nostalgic decor, the Barbie shop, the cafe, and the skating rink all offer a day of fun to be remembered. I haven't skated in years so it was fun doing a few laps around the small skate area and managing to stay on my feet. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I had the beach burger which was a delicious double smash burger full of flavor. I ate the whole thing! I did get the side salad instead of fries to ease the guilt some. Lol. For my cocktail choice I went with the Cali Collins which was super cute and pink and glittery while packing a punch with gin and Prosecco. It was happy hour so drinks were $5 off which was awesome! The cake pops that come with your meal were moist and delicious as well. There was a lot to do and see within the space. Also plenty of photo ops! And the staff was very friendly. I absolutely recommend checking it out before in ends on April 21st. I'm hoping it will come back again so I can get to take my granddaughters when they visit.

Honestly I was so hyped about coming to the Barbie cafe I came with such high expectations! But I was very quickly disappointed! I would say the price is way too high for this venue , you can take a few good pictures but the lighting is terrible once you're inside , so once you walk in everything looks beautiful but it's $40 per person , we ordered the pancakes which come with sprinkles they were very bland , also ordered the grilled cheese sandwich which I mean it was good enough, and the burger I would say that is the best you can get at this location , drinks are not included, so we ordered a lemonade which I really enjoyed , however we also ordered a Diet Coke and it was $6 , it came in a very small glass both the lemonade and the coke and the drinks were flat . There's a mandatory $6 gratuity per person , the service was good , if you would like to skate it is also $1 more per person , so honestly to me it wasn't worth everything you have to pay to come to this place . On top of that it doesn't include parking but there is a private parking close by and if you're lucky there is street parking available . The bathrooms are really clean , and overall if you're really into Barbie I guess it would be a better experience, how ever for me and my friends it wasn't worth it. Also if you have small kids I think they would like it more , but as I said for the price, food and lighting of the place I wouldn't come back , but I can see why some people would like it more than others .

On our first visit, we ordered the breakfast sandwich, the Banana Walnut Pancake, and two iced lattes (one with 2% milk and one with oat milk). Everything was outstanding. The breakfast sandwich was packed with flavor, the latte was perfectly balanced, and the Banana Walnut Pancake was on another level. The combination of caramelized banana, toasted walnuts, and their smoked maple syrup was absolutely RIDICULOUS. We loved it so much that we came back just two days later. This time, we shared the breakfast sandwich because we needed to save room for more pancakes. We ordered the Lemon Curd & Blueberry Pancake and the Brunch Still Hungover Pancake (their espresso-inspired pancake), and somehow they were even better than we expected. The Lemon Curd & Blueberry was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced, while the Brunch Still Hungover was one of the most unique pancakes I've ever had rich coffee flavor without being overly sweet. That's the magic there for me, you might look at these pancakes and assume it's "too much" or might be overwhelming but the flavors are so perfectly balanced, it's a darn masterpiece. What really made the experience special, though, was the owner. He took the time to chat with us, explain the inspiration behind some of the menu items. You can tell this isn't just a restaurant to him, it's something he's genuinely passionate about. That passion comes through in every plate that leaves the kitchen. The staff was warm, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. In a city where brunch spots come and go, Jealous Fork feels like the kind of place that earns regulars. At this point, our goal is simple: keep coming back until we've tried the entire menu. As I'm writing this in deciding to go back to try the burgers..BRB

That crème brûlée French toast was truly CHEF's KISSSSSSSSSSSSS! I would fly back just to have it again! The drinks were great too, but let me warn you... that Cotton Candy Mimosa is SWEET. Whew! If you have a serious sweet tooth, you'll absolutely love it. The atmosphere was such a vibe. The music was right up my alley, and the entire restaurant had such a fun energy. On top of that, our servers were phenomenal and made the experience even better. One piece of advice: get there EARLY. We arrived shortly after leaving our cruise and were seated without an issue, but while we were there, I heard people being quoted anywhere from a 30-minute wait to over an hour. If it's your last morning before heading home, that may not fit your schedule, but I can honestly say it's worth the wait. Amazing food, great service, fun atmosphere, and an experience we'll definitely be coming back for. Bistro's Cafe has earned a permanent spot on my Miami list!

The Shakshuka was okay--perfectly edible, but nothing memorable. The Steak & Eggs was pretty much the same: decent, but definitely not worth the premium price. The biggest disappointment was the pancakes. They were dense, had noticeable lumps in the batter, and were nowhere near as light and fluffy as good pancakes should be. The syrup also didn't taste like real maple syrup, which was surprising considering how expensive everything is. Speaking of prices, Café Bastille is seriously overpriced for what it delivers. The restaurant also wasn't cool enough inside--the air conditioning struggled to keep the space comfortable, which made the meal less enjoyable. The one bright spot was the service. Our server was friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job throughout the meal. One more thing that is becoming increasingly frustrating in Miami: the bill already included a mandatory 20% gratuity. While I always tip for good service, automatically adding 20% regardless of the experience feels excessive. This trend is getting out of control and takes away the customer's ability to reward service based on merit. Overall, this feels like a place designed more for tourists than for locals.
