I went in yesterday to get my nails done and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience from start to finish. Right when I walked in, the greeter at the door was very rude and unwelcoming. I was moved between chairs three different times because two technicians didn't want to do the service I originally asked for, which felt very unprofessional and disorganized. I had asked if they offered builder gel, and when they told me no, I politely asked to switch my service to something else. Instead of being helpful, the technician seemed annoyed and gave me attitude for simply adjusting my request.To make matters worse, one of the managers was walking around in pajamas the entire time, which didn't feel appropriate for a business setting.The technician who finally did my nails seemed unsure of her own work and kept asking me if they looked okay because I could "see better than her," which was honestly concerning. As a customer, I expect the person providing the service to be confident in their work.Overall, the experience felt chaotic, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. First time visit went because they were opened late. The greeter (gentleman) was rude pushy and unwelcoming. I request dipped nail. The gentleman rushed on dying my nails the powder used was low quality, he did not clean my cuticles, he kept touching dirty money then touch my clean hands, he rushed on my nails. One of the worst nail experiences ever. I rarely get my nails done and needed to take my dip nails off for moving. They sat me down and literally ripped my nails off with a piece of thin plastic. I was in the chair for less than 5 minutes. I could have done a better job at home. I was charged $15 for them to do this to me. I paid a higher price for the delux pedicure and received barely a pedicure. this happened twice. fool me once... I have been coming to this nail salon for probably four years, the last two times I've come they have done an absolute terrible job. Last time I asked for a simple white tip full set, the acrylic started pulling off after two hours, so I returned the next day to have it fixed and the manager proceeded to tell me it was my fault, but they would fix it. This time I went in and asked for a full set and I figured I would get a polish instead, to make it a little easier. The manager is the one that did my nails, they came out lumpy acrylic, uneven, and when I asked him to make them even he decided to get rough with me pulling on my hands and twisting and turning them. Then he asked me four times about the nail color which I had picked out and brought from home. I love it it works perfect every other time. He put it on one nail , Looked at it and said that it's too sheer and he cannot use it I asked him to go ahead and use it because I like the color and I brought it from home, he glopped it on so thick that whenever he tried to put on the clear polish it was smearing everywhere, when he finished with the clear topcoat it was bubbly. They look like my 2 year old niece did it. After sitting for 20 minutes my nails were still not dry and completely wet like I had just got them d. Ask for my usual person. Was not told, she was not there. Instead gave me another person. i had driven a long way and decided to stay.She was not friendly, not enthused, hurried doing spa gel pedicured and Mani. I gave her a nice tip. Did not say thanks. Set me under drying light left without a word. High fived the mn like we tricked her. No came back to check on me..i finished drying and walked out . No you don't all look a like. Not worth the money and unfriendly attitude. Service has gone down. She did not put one of lmy nice socks. Im leaving this review because me and my friend had a bad experience here. So we went here and i got my nails done and she got her toes done. It was her birthday so I decided to pay for her. I finished before and then sat in the car while she finished up. She eventually came out and we were about to go grab food nearby when a lady comes out to tell us we both paid for her service. We head back inside so she can receive a refund which she was supposed to see in a couple days. She never received a refund and they were very rude when i asked about it days later. Went here just for just a simple gel manicure. They talked up the dip polish, so I was super excited about it. Mid way through my nails being dipped, a customer walked in complaining that they messed up her eyebrows (which they did) so my lady decided to get up and take care of that while leaving me waiting for about 15 minutes - very excessive - but I understand that it not the only customer there. Regardless, TWO DAYS after I had my nails done here, the back end started lifting and every time I ran my fingers through my hair, little strands were getting caught, SUPER ANNOYING. service was alright. nails turned out translucent and see through. one doesn't even cover the whole nail. they were kind, however when a women re entered the store after getting her nails done, she told the guy that it was covering her cuticle and bothering her and he argued saying it wasn't covering the cuticle and would not fix it for her. i spend $30 on my nails. not the most expensive but definitely could have done a better job. they are also a little thicker for my liking and slightly uneven. read more

I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years, and I usually don't leave bad reviews.. I went here on a Sunday and they were busy- i quickly understood it was because others are closed and not because they are great at what they do . I witnessed the owner taking off toe polish with a drill and not cleansing it and tried to use it on me during my manicure. I checked him for that. He also argued with me about everything i asked for and attempted to upsell...here's the thing... if you and your staff are rude/obnoxious/ and clip skin off my foot and then get mad when i say it hurts...you definitely are not getting another dime out of me. The owner tried to give me a business card to come back- ha! I'm so tired of handing over my hard earned for subpar service. Exactly why I'm in the market for a new salon to begin with. Horrible place. I went in with my mother and both of us asked for the $10 fill. I have never been in so much pain getting my nails done. It took everything I had to not start balling my eyes out. When I told her she was hurting me she replied with "you just have sensitive skin". I had showed the lady how I wanted my nails painted and they look nothing like the photo. The hearts on my nails don't even look like hearts, and my nails are all different lengths. On top of it what I asked for was a 10 dollar fill and she charged me 28 dollars. I stopped in for their Spa Mani/Pedi today. This is a busy shop, so I figured they must do a good job. I was shown to a chair and set my feet in COLD water... to soak until someone could work with me. The tech that did my pedicure was wonderful, gentle, giving great attention to detail, and while she did not speak much to me (only spoke Vietnamese) she was friendly and efficient. I was then asked to have a seat at a manicure table, and had to walk across the filthy floor barefoot... and seated to wait yet again. At this point another woman, loud and brusque named KIM took over. She was rough and even though she spoke English she did not speak to me, rather talked over her should to others in the shop in Vietnamese. She "finished" my manicure before adding my nail color, and then was rude to me when I suggested she add the color I had chosen. "Why you not tell me!!" *deep sigh* from her and she adds my color very sloppily and then, again has me walk across the floor barefoot to the nail drying bar as she tossed my purse and shoes behind me. Needless to say I will not be back. It may be inexpensive but you get what you pay for. BTW KIM refused to tell me the name of the woman who had done a nice job, and she was busy with another client so I did not interrupt her. read more

I recently moved nearby and stopped in for a full set with a stiletto tip, not only were my tips uneven but after a week I had lost 8 nails, I was walking around with nothing but thumbs!! Then when it was time to pay they charged me for gel polish that I didn't want or ask for! So I tried the nail salon in the Walmart across the street, which did an amazing job for less money. But, my mom gets her gel nails does there so I went with her for a fill and was let down again. I was left sitting in the chair for half an hour while the nail tech helped a girl who came in after me with no appointment. Then he rushed me out. He didn't finish removing all of my old polish, he didn't clean underneath my nails, he didn't touch my cuticles, he gave me uneven tips (coffin tips), and didn't even paint my whole nails. He said that's what I get with a fill, but I've had much better fills elsewhere! I will not return and definitely don't reccommend! Whole experience awful. They don't have many colors to choose from, and the polish they do use leaves bubbles on your nails. When I asked her to fix it she sighed "oh my god" then started speaking in her Asian language. My pedi water was cold, my sister got the same pedi and mani and they didn't even use lotion on her like they did for me. She got a design on her nails that he had to redo 3 times and still looked horrendous. The shape she filed my nails was pitiful. I wanted "square" and she took it literally-I had 90degree angles on the edges of my nails so sharp I scraped myself. I kept asking her to round the corners a bit while keeping the tips flat and square but she was too interested in watching the news to understand. I had to go home and fix it myself. My sisters nail tech got a phone call and walked off for 5 min in the middle of doing her nails. The staff is absolutely rude, always in a rush ending in a terrible job on your nails. Save urself the $ and headache by staying home to do your own nails...you'll more than likely do a better job than they ever will. read more
