The operators were very courteous and hospitable My nails and my feet were amazing and they lasted from October 19th to November 29th. My second visit to the nail time salon was great as it was the first time and I will go back again. When you find a place that you enjoy and that satisfies what you want the price is not necessary the prices were fair and I feel is worth it.

I called the same day, before arriving just to make sure they weren't booked up. They told me they took walk-ins, which was great. Upon arrival, I was asked to check in, which was a quick and easy process. The atmosphere was welcoming. I waited about five minutes before someone became available for my pedicure. We were going to leave because they hadn't started our pedicures but they insisted that we would be fine because they still had 30 mins before they shut it off. We both sat down at the same time to get our pedis but a lady worked on my mom's feet for at least 10 mins before a man came & started on mine. I chose the same $45 pedi for both of us, in which they both included a "longer massage". I saw my mom receiving the service but I did not get a massage at all. Every time one of the packets was put on my legs it was quickly rubbed in and that was it. Also, my toe nails are very short and always have been and I've never had an issue with getting a nice pedicure. He told me that he wouldn't be cutting my toe nails because they were already short, but he also did not shape them and they looked horrible. Then, he said to me "you need to grow your toe nails out for next time"...like? Despite starting my pedi after my mom's, ours both ended at the same time. At the end of the service I expressed to him that I had not received any foot massage at all, and he pointed to the top of my ankle to under my knee and said that was the "foot massage". I told him that's not a foot massage and he also did not massage my legs he just rubbed the lotion in. He insisted that that was not true, so I just said okay because I'm not going back and forth with anyone. He gave us some tired little bottles of lotion or something to compensate for the nonsense I guess. Not to mention, there were more ppl coming in and they didn't say anything to them about the water being shut off. It was truly a waste of my money and time & we will not be back.

I must of gotten a student because I usually go to Nikki and she's great. The manicure I could have done better myself. My cuticles weren't even touched. No hand lotion massage, the gel is too raised and uneven and not all the way to my cuticle. It tips of my nails weren't painted and there's bubbles in my nails. I called them when I got home and they had me come back, but all she did was put alittle paint on them and top coat. No manager approached me or asked if I was satisfied. I even had nail gel all over my hands. Unacceptable and should be made right. Too bad I fly out of town tomorrow morning and I don't have the time. I'm VERY disappointed! She made me bleed on two different fingers and managed to cut my nail so short it only hung on by the skin. I've been here before and had proper nail removal so I don't understand why she could not do it and had to be so rude through the whole process.

I got an acrylic full set done, there was one point I had her redo a nail because it was extremely crooked. She didn't check length to see if anything was close to the same length and was rough while shaping my nails. I walked out super disappointed in my nails and will not be back. No nail is the same and there are many in which the shape is clearly not what I asked for or looks as if she didn't even care. One nail isn't even covering my entire nail.
