They set me up with an appointment after getting info on my truck and what I wanted repaired. I dealt with Hailey and she was great with her promptness of returning texts and providing me with an estimate. I met Logan the day I dropped the truck off and he showed me around the shop and some of his current projects. He then told me I needed a completely new transmission. I went to Shrum's for a second opinion. The Mechanic there plugged in the computer and we took it for a ride. It turned out one of the spark plug leads had failed. That was it. I had Shrum's replaced the lead and spark plugs and that completely fixed it. I've taken my truck back to Shrum's for other issues and I've always been impressed by their service and their fairness in pricing.

Stopped in here last week on 1-18 (Sunday) on my way to the Shot Show in Las Vegas. I was having…read moresome transmission issues (clunking and failure to engage) with my 2017 Ford Expedition (151k miles). Wrench warning light on. I talked with them and decided to try a transmission fluid replacement since it might be low (no way to check, only from underneath) and was certainly tired after 150k miles. They had me completed in about an hour and checked many other items on the vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. We made to LV and back with no further issues, although I do plan on getting transmission checked by a shop back here in NOCO. Highly recommend Brandon and his team, honest guys that treat the customer very well. If I lived in GJ, I would use these guys on a regular basis. Plus, they were open on a Sunday!
