Now on June.2 the landlord 3 way texted me and Maka taking pictures(pics on bottom)of what they missed, but on my receipt it says they done it. Now the landlord reached out to them to do the recleaning for them to charge an extra $300 turning a $543.50 job into a $843.50. Even though I was confirmed in person word of mouth from Maka that it's typical wear and tear and you should be getting your full security deposit back even though I specifically asked her. If you want to be out almost $1000 dollars and not get your full security deposit then book them. If not STAY FAR AWAY.

As soon as Rachel and her crew arrived (10mins early), we did a quick walk thru and they got right to it. They had their own supplies and were able to clean the whole house (3bed 2bath) in a timely manner. The whole house smelled so good when they were done & she even did the garage for us! After they were done, we did a final walk thru together and she pointed out everything that was done so I had no discrepancies in the future. The flat price he provided me was a good price point for me and Bermie also allowed me to add additional services for a fee. Bermie was extremely transparent and responsive (I was kind of communicating with him regularly such that it felt like I was nagging him - but Bermie never made me feel that I was. On the day of the cleaning, which is the day I am writing this review, Bermie and his team (who I later found to be his wife and brother in law) arrived on time and had all their equipment ready. Bermie informed me they'll take about 3 hours, but it was much closer to 4 (started 4PM and finished nearly at 8PM - this is NOT a bad thing). All I can say is Bermie and his team did so well at cleaning my rental apartment that I was actually thinking to myself, "man, I should move back in!" You can't go wrong with trying out Bermie and his team, folks. They are experienced, dedicated, and really put the work in. I definitely will get Bermie and his team to come clean my new place soon!
