Bermie was extremely transparent and responsive (I was kind of communicating with him regularly such that it felt like I was nagging him - but Bermie never made me feel that I was. On the day of the cleaning, which is the day I am writing this review, Bermie and his team (who I later found to be his wife and brother in law) arrived on time and had all their equipment ready. Bermie informed me they'll take about 3 hours, but it was much closer to 4 (started 4PM and finished nearly at 8PM - this is NOT a bad thing). All I can say is Bermie and his team did so well at cleaning my rental apartment that I was actually thinking to myself, "man, I should move back in!" You can't go wrong with trying out Bermie and his team, folks. They are experienced, dedicated, and really put the work in. I definitely will get Bermie and his team to come clean my new place soon! It wasn't entirely super dirty in my opinion except for the dusty baseboards but I guess because of that alone, it cost $700 . I only hired this company and chose this company because of the fact I thought I was gonna get an affordable price and my property manager said I needed a professional cleaner with receipts but honestly, if I knew I was gonna pay that much, I would've gone with Maids in Oahu or something . Another thing is he brought a lady (Christine) from another cleaning company (Maid to Shine LLC) to do the work and when I asked for a receipt, she wrote it out on a thank you card (kind of unprofessional but to each their own) and when I examined the house after she had left, I noticed one of the kitchen cabinets were untouched for some reason so now I have to go back in and clean it. I honestly was not impressed. I could've done a better cleaning and I'm sure I could've gotten a cheaper price from other cleaning companies. I basically paid them $140/hr for the house to be cleaned WITHOUT windows (they were there for 5 hours). 2 stars because I scheduled two days before the initial meet date and they were able to come on Sunday.

*DON'T DO IT - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED*…read more Michael was hired to "professionally clean" our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and shampoo/vacuum/steam our carpet on 12/3/2019 at 9am but he came about 15 mins late. Whatever, it was fine. He initially quoted me $375-$425 on yelp but after our initial walk through he changed the quote to $492.15 because he didn't know our living room and hall way had carpet. Ok whatever, that's fine too. I just needed the place cleaned out. At the final walk through, he did his little calculation on his phone and quoted me $497.xx Kitchen: Micheal strategically cleaned out specific drawers/cupboards in my kitchen so that when we did the final walk through, he knew exactly which drawers to open to make like he actually cleaned. He told me he cleaned behind my fridge to which he did not do. He did not sweep or mop my kitchen floor and he left stains on my counter top (see picture). He states there was "roach infestation" and wasn't able to clean certain areas of the Kitchen but per the Terminators that we hired, there wasn't any activities (unnecessary money we spent believing Michael and his lies). Bathroom: This dude left under our bathroom sink untouched, left the bathtub faucet with soap scums, the toilet still had the toilet ring. The toilet itself was just wiped on the top but he left the sides and bottom untouched. Also left the bathroom floor as is, no sweeping and/or mopping. He strategically stood in the middle of the bathroom (our bathroom isn't that big) and explained everything so I was not able to get in and get a good look on everything he claimed he "cleaned" (see pictures). Carpet: This one pissed me off. This guy literally just put water on my carpet and ran his vacuum over it. He did not steam, shampoo or put any stain solution on it. I know this because we had to get another guy come in and do what Michael was suppose to do. *GO SEE EXCELLENCE CARPET - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED* And he told us Michael did not do any of the above. When I did my walk through with Michael, I asked him about some stains on the carpet and he said "Yeah, I tried to get it off but it just wouldn't" - so funny he said that because when he left my husband scrubbed it off with a bottle cap and the stain came right off. Also, my two closets in the unit had carpet in them and this guy did not have the decency to at least vacuum the insides. Overall this guy and company is a SCAM!! Please please please don't hire these guys. I saw 2 previous bad reviews but I went with him anyway because he quoted me the least (ha!). I initially begged Michael to give us a refund back on our carpet or at least come back and re-do it but he said he asked his service manager and they are unable to do carpet refunds. It is funny he said because on yelp it says he is the owner. LOL Michael reached out to me after my Husband posted a review. All of the sudden he can do carpet refunds now, he requested that my Husband take off his review and he will refund us back $120 from our $497. He said he will only give me half of this $120 back AFTER I sign 'removal waiver with yelp' so no further can be posted. I told Michael he can keep my $120 and I'll write my review so that hopefully no one else can fall for his scamming ways. Angel and Raquel were very friendly when I met them. I reminded them of what I wanted clean and I feel like they did a great job. They said they would, but found out items were still inside. I will admit that I should have asked them to take a picture of the inside of the fridge, but it was a busy day and they were detailed with the room pictures which was the most important. Now on June.2 the landlord 3 way texted me and Maka taking pictures(pics on bottom)of what they missed, but on my receipt it says they done it. Now the landlord reached out to them to do the recleaning for them to charge an extra $300 turning a $543.50 job into a $843.50. Even though I was confirmed in person word of mouth from Maka that it's typical wear and tear and you should be getting your full security deposit back even though I specifically asked her. If you want to be out almost $1000 dollars and not get your full security deposit then book them. If not STAY FAR AWAY.

Excuses such as it's hot out (yes I'm not kidding, one company said that), or they can't find any workers to commit to a day. Luckily, I contacted GS Cleaning Services, mind you this was around 1pm, requesting a last minute cleaning for the next day (Monday) because my original cleaner couldn't commit.
