So I guess it's not "free" and clearly the emphasis is on sales vs an honest unbiased evaluation of my hearing. I walked out and I'm heading to Costco as many have recommended. Lesson learned. Choose a provider who values you, not just the quality of your insurance.

I found her on the Internet, this afternoon she cleaned my hearing aids, hooked everything about them to her computer system so she can actually raise or lower volume and other things with her system without me having to even go in. She also cleaned the wax from my ears. I think she spent an hour or longer with me. When I thanked her and said goodbye, I stopped at the front desk to pay the bill. I was told there was no charge. Rudeness sums up the phone experience. Thinking that it may have been do to a phone call they made a visit to the store. The woman at the front counter lacked knowledge of hearing aides. The manager came out to the store area and commenced to interrupting the conversation. The conversation progressed to him insulting my parents and eventually yelling at them. Followed by name calling. So they are in the business of selling hearing aides to mostly elderly patients and they call names and scream. Come on, were you not taught to respect your elders? Mom was pretty upset so I called another Beltone franchise. From that call I learned that a lot of their customers make the hour long drive from Sun City because of similar experiences. They had a good experience at the other location. Their adjustments needed were made and the staff was helpful and courteous. Skip the Sun City Beltone and make the trip to Mesa or Chandler.

It is occasionally nice to find that reality does not match your expectations, and BDP is one of those places. Everybody there was genuinely nice, and I had to do a lot of different tests with more than a few specialists. All of them took the time to explain what they were doing and the results. The docs assistants (who lets face it do most of the work, and are the unsung hero's) were all great as well and deserve a huge thumbs up as well.

We Love the therapists that have been working with our son for over year now. I love the fact that…read morethey always adapt to what he wants to do and aren forcing him to do particular agendas like when we used to go to pediatric speech and language which was literally a 10 min walk(2 min drive) from our house. But we are more willing to make the 12-15 min drive for better care than someone who shoves their agendas down you kids throat. The only dislike we have is their time frame when it come to call outs. Since my son is in kindergarten from 7:40-11:45 and our appt is always at 1 we never know how much he will be able to tolerate after he gets out of a school. So if he is having mental breakdown they don't care. You have to bring them in otherwise you start getting charged for each missed appt. Starts to really add up. There are days i really want to pull him because of their policy. But because of how much progress he's made there we haven't pulled him.

They called me to confirm appt and informed me they had contacted the insurance and got prior authorization ($3500 spending limit). When I arrived for the appointment, they informed me that I couldn't use my insurance because they didn't get prior authorization. The deductibles had all been met for 2021, but start over tomorrow, so this was a complete waste of time, energy, and I'm out, without new hearing aids. I drove 27 miles to this appointment. I was assured prior authorizations had been met. This company lied to me. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. I would give them a ZERO rating.
