So I guess it's not "free" and clearly the emphasis is on sales vs an honest unbiased evaluation of my hearing. I walked out and I'm heading to Costco as many have recommended. Lesson learned. Choose a provider who values you, not just the quality of your insurance.

She believes everyone should be able to become customers without a fee involved first. I found her on the Internet, this afternoon she cleaned my hearing aids, hooked everything about them to her computer system so she can actually raise or lower volume and other things with her system without me having to even go in. She also cleaned the wax from my ears. I think she spent an hour or longer with me. When I thanked her and said goodbye, I stopped at the front desk to pay the bill. I was told there was no charge. But we are more willing to make the 12-15 min drive for better care than someone who shoves their agendas down you kids throat. The only dislike we have is their time frame when it come to call outs. Since my son is in kindergarten from 7:40-11:45 and our appt is always at 1 we never know how much he will be able to tolerate after he gets out of a school. So if he is having mental breakdown they don't care. You have to bring them in otherwise you start getting charged for each missed appt. Starts to really add up. There are days i really want to pull him because of their policy. But because of how much progress he's made there we haven't pulled him.

Thanks to a helpful review under my previous doctors office, I was informed that Lauren had moved to this office and was able to follow her here. I have never received such compassionate & helpful care before in my life. Lauren Blizter is hands down the best NP I've ever seen. She is so warm, helpful, efficient, and has provided me with the best care I've ever received in a medical setting. I was sad to hear she was leaving this office but I will be staying because everyone in this building is also incredibly kind and helpful. I always feel seen, heard, and respected. I know that when I come here I will be treated right. To emphasize the level of care this office provides: During one appointment, I was sitting in their lobby waiting to be seen when I got the news that my dog had died. Embarrassingly, I was a mess and couldn't stop crying. Every person that interacted with me in the office was so sweet and understanding and went out of their way to comfort me. Dr. Paige especially was so incredibly kind & comforting. She told me about all of her dogs that she's loved & lost & let me know that they're up in doggy heaven waiting to welcome my pup & protect/look after him.
