But their spicy tuna rolls with the soy paper were delicious. All the fish, completely clear of any fishy smell, well made rolls perfectly made rice, it was an outstanding example of what great sushi taste like. I had the green dragon roll, another first for me, and it was also everything you would expect from tempura fried shrimp covered in rice, avocado, soy sauce. We shared the orange and red moose cakes, and they're just tasty a little bits of orange and strawberry highly recommend. What stood out for me was the variety of sushi that was available on the conveyor belt. Plenty of cold options plenty of hot options, they even had fried shrimp by itself on a plate. I think they even had a plate of the mini yogurt drinks, something I've never seen before. The service was fast. Everyone was friendly. The prices are good. The only downside to you go is it makes it more crowded for when I go, but you should go. Primarily it's a sushi bar around the conveyor belt, but there are also some booths. Everything was comfortable. Everything was clean. This is a great place to go.

We normally take several photos of the food and restaurant when we go out, but this time we only took one. We honestly just wanted to finish what we had and get out as soon as possible. I'm giving two stars because I believe every restaurant has the opportunity to improve. I really hope management takes a serious look at the cleanliness, smell, overall environment, and food quality. The fish quality was superb and was one of the best I've had. This is now my favorite sushi spot in town and I've been to quite a few locally. The server was very attentive and we got everything brought out in a nice timely manner. Highly recommend if you're checking for a spot in Lake O for sushi! The pricing was nice, I'm a broke college student and everything here is average pricing. I got kimchi, just a small one, and the lady gave me extra rice with it just for no reason, she was so nice. However, that's not why I'm writing this good review. I'm so glad I got to try the kimchi, it's so amazing and whenever I'm craving a little snack I will come back and order some more kimchi. A small little shop, it feels like our own special place in town. My new favorite Korean place, Hearty K-Bop!
