The drinks are inventive, well-crafted, and well-presented, and the service is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The drink menu the night I went was divided into sections: effervescent, shaken, stirred, and "exploring technique." I had two drinks: the "Siam Silk" is a tiki-ish riff on a clarified milk punch using cognac, a rum blend, and Thai iced tea with fruit; the other drink I had was a low-ABV riff on a Sherry Cobbler. They were both great, and I appreciate that they have a creative low/no-alcohol portion of the menu. This was definitely a pleasant surprise to find up north of Orlando, although perhaps I shouldn't have been surprised at all--Maitland has another one of my favorite bars in the metro area (Permanent Vacation). The large deck includes lush plants, picnic tables, cozy Adirondack chairs, and is bookended by a fabulous bar and stage for live music. I cannot say enough good things about this space and its owners. They are part of the push to create community in Apopka through offering engaging quality businesses and venues (these are the people behind the future Hall's on 5th food hall right on the same street!). I have been coming to Propagate since we started building our home and have really enjoyed seeing their business flourish over the past few years. They have a loyal customer in me and I cannot wait to see what's next. Cigarette vibes are not really my style, I'm not sure if perhaps adding an exhaust would help even though it's outside? This place does a great job with getting everyone started and teaching you safety. We also added knives to the reservation. I love this place, everyone is there to have fun and they always have coaches around to help you improve your form if you have questions. Their bar is also great and they always make a good drink. It's got a nice sitting are to stick around and enjoy a drink after throwing too. I did dock one star because they wouldn't refund us for the 2 no shows, they said we could either take an extra half hour for the 4 of us or call the owner later, it just seemed more complicated that necessary. I would understand a non refundable deposit and then charging full for whoever shows up, but charging full for no shows seems odd. Either way I'd definitely recommend this place! It's great for friends or a date.

To drink we all had soda except me I had a twins peaks light beer one of their signature beers and it was pretty good and light not to strong,price wise I thought it was ok for the smaller size I order (around $5.50). For dinner I ordered the avocado burger that came with onions tomatoes , I opted out of tomatoes. The burger came with fries and it was ok nothing special about the burger or the fries,my son ordered the kids smashed burger and he said it was good. Overall, the ambience is good they have lots of TVs where you can watch different sports and the cool part about this restaurant beside the beautiful girls that work here is that there is two bars one in the middle and another one towards the right when you walk in. I look like I came straight out of the Jersey Shore (it's embarrassing).. was at this bar for the 1st time.. looking for a regular hangout spot.. my bracelet fell off, and I left my phone on the bar when I checked out.. nobody turned anything in.. my boyfriend kept calling my phone.. finally, somebody answered and told him to meet him at some random place and he wanted money for it.. so we did get my phone back.. and my bracelet yeah he had that too.. long story short, the bartender knew who he was because she remembered me looking for my phone and he's a regular. He is now banned (hopefully).. I felt like he was watching me the entire time we were there.. waiting for me to do some tourist stuff (and I did, even tho I'm not). I blame myself for not paying attention. But, I praise this bar for having my back!! They were awesome.. the bar is awesome!! I will definitely be back!!
