So Big Daddy's is probably two stars, but it is the TOTAL DIVE BAR EXPERIENCE. It is a little hole in the wall, with a full bar, cheap drinks, a pool table and karaoke. A good time no matter who you are. Soooo, when we went in, and saw the patrons we were a little off put, because every car in the parking lot was high end. I've always wanted to stop in this local pizza/bar place. Big Daddy's on Corrine Drive has been there forever. This week I finally stopped in....i don't know what I can say. Love this dive bar. Has everything you need, cheap drinks, a couple pool tables, darts and an awesome Karaoke stage and seating area to watch everyone perform and sing along. The bar itself is pretty large and spacious with plenty of room to gather with friends. Bartenders were friendly and helpful, didn't have to wait really at all to be approached for service, even on a busy Friday night. One of the balls got stuck in the pool table and the employees did not hesitate to come over and assist. I did not have enough liquid courage to get me on stage, but I will definitely be going back for a round of Karaoke in the future. The ladies room is a disaster with only 2 tiny stalls and a tiny sink but other than that 10/10 place to go with your friends and have a great time on a Friday night. read more

We came in for karaoke and had a great time. The building is pretty bare bones, but the stage and music set up was good. I got a vodka cranberry from the bar and it was delicious. Service was fast. Seriously ridiculous place. Gross inside, pricey drinks. We arrived around 9:30pm and left at 1am on Saturday and never got called for karaoke, even tho people sang multiple times. This ruins the atmosphere for people. Such a simple fix of making the karaoke system fair, arguably the reason people come to this bar, but they do not care. What a neat place. It reminds me of a Bugs Bunny cartoon where he walks into a tiny tent in the desert and inside is this lavish palace that's way bigger inside than what it appears on the outside. This "small" building on the edge of activity on Corrine Dr. catered to a quite diverse crowd on a Friday Karaoke night, and it's much bigger on the inside than it appears. Dudes in cowboy hats singing country, others honoring the anniversary of the Buddy Holly plane crash, some guy absolutely nailing "Tennessee Whiskey" (even though I never heard that song, I knew he nailed it), white dudes rapping (not like Eminem or Vanilla Ice at all), college girls (I think) killing classics, and a crowd that just cheered on everyone on stage, even the ones that weren't so great. What a great atmosphere. That atmosphere almost gives me the courage to give Karaoke a try! Almost! I may need a few more beers and maybe a few shots as well. Fun spot for karaoke, pool, and other bar games! Very casual spot, but high energy for sure! They offer some food (although it might just be pizza... that's all we ordered heehee) and they partnered with the pizza kitchen next door to cook it! I'll have probably only been here twice within the last three year because I don't live in Orlando . I went in here before going to the cigar bar about two down . When I first got in and went to the bar it was such poor service and I didn't get waited on so I left. When I came back I went to the bar and was seen almost as soon as I sat down. I forget the bartenders name but she was excellent! My alligator bite took a while but she kept me in the loop about my food . Originally I though I would never come back but because of her I'd be a regular when she's there. I I wish I remember her name so I could give her props 10/10 food and service . It's a dumpy, divey, karaoke bar. What else do you want? A foot massage and a kimono? I've been to the area before, but never stumbled into Big Daddy's. There was a bouncer at the front who didn't check ID's, which I thought was strange considering it being a hot spot for college kids. We played pool, ordered a few pitchers, played darts, ordered a few more pitchers, then had the liquid courage to do some karaoke. I actually really like karaoke, just in small doses. It's fun to pretend to be a rockstar or to laugh at the different types of people gracing the stage and perform an outrageous song. Although you can consistently find me listening to stoner metal and rock and roll, I knew that wasn't going to be a hit with this crowd. It wasn't in the book, so I had to convince the DJ to play Africa by Toto. It's a fan-favorite that always crushes. I BLESS THE RAINS. The bathrooms here are moderately gross, but I guess it's expected. When we were waiting for our Uber outside the bar, we witnessed an altercation between a drunk patron and a not-so-drunk patron, who got punched in the face. The bouncer seemed to side with the attacker, which was super messed up. Luckily the kid didn't seem to shook by the blow, but man I would be pissed if I didn't deserve a punch in the face. I used to be absolutely enamored with this place. For years it was a place where people of largely a 30-60 demographic could meet up, smoke, drink and sing karaoke with very little adversity. It has since morphed into a hipster hangout for waves of petulant college-aged brats where it is nearly impossible to perform more than 1 (if you're lucky) karaoke song on a weekend night. With the exception of the middle aged guy that used to run karaoke on Friday nights, the hosts have always been underwhelming. They no longer allow smoking inside which is so nice. They have tables and chairs, darts and a pool table. They also have multiple tvs and are always playing whatever sports game is on. Our first time here with the karaoke. I did like how the host started on time, sang only one song in the beginning because it got busy and shuffled the singers quickly. I did not appreciate how the host handled the rotation. Three singers that I counted sang twice in the same rotation. One singer sang two songs in a row. We the first ones there and turned in our slips early but the friends of the host got first dibs in front of us. On the third rotation, he put many new singers in front of us bumping us way to to end of the line. These are great ways to tick off your singers. Bartender ignored me when I walked up to order a drink when it wasn't busy in the beginning. We went to your venue for smoke free environment which is greatly appreciated. Good place to come to with friends when you've already had a couple drinks and are wanting to watch some people do karaoke, or play some pool. I enjoyed my time here, and enjoyed a few drinks, but it's a bit of a "dive" bar and not glamorous in the slightest. If I could have given them an extra half star I would, so my rating would be 3.5... For whatever reason I found the drink prices a bit higher than other bars in the area... but we had a good time with the group we were with. I noticed their happy hour prices were quite a bit better than the prices I was paying during non-happy hour, so they have that benefit if you go during specific times. It's like watching an episode of American Idol...you've got the incredibly talented singers and then you've got the people who sound like dying birds that make you cringe from the sound. My family and I just came from vacation in Orlando right before Thanksgiving. On our last night there we were looking for something fun to do and I saw that Big Daddys had karaoke seven days a week. It was a little drive for us maybe 30 minutes but we decided to go. As we got closer to the bar the area seemed sketchy. When we got inside and the inside changed my perspective. There was no cover charge to get in. So no one at the door. The crowd was obviously mixed and there were two bartenders for such a small place. Unfortunately, there were very few people wearing mask but I wore mine the majority of the time.I also saw a a pool table and darts game but I went to sing. There was not a book of songs you just have to know what you were going to sing. Me and my dad had a few Miller Lites at about 3.00 each which I was happy about. I got to sing about three songs which was great. I had so much fun! I looked up and it was 2am. Big Daddys showed us a good time. read more

Soooo disappointed. We love Karaoke and do it locally, when we travel the US, and even abroad. We wanted a change for the night (last night) and looked up that this place was supposedly THE place to go for Karaoke in Orlando. We get there before karaoke even starts and ensure we have our names in by giving the kj back his slips of paper with our name/song. We sang the first time...sound was good and great crowd. We're excited to sing again, and immediately give the kj our slips for the next round. It's super crowded, so we know it will be awhile b4 the rotation comes back. We continue having drinks and fun. We then see the rotation restarting, since the people who sang b4 us in the first round are up. We close our tab, cuz surely we're soon. He passes us by. My husband goes up to ask and it's essentially  tough luck. I should note that our bar tab with tip was almost $100 for just two of us and we didnt leave stumbling drunk, so this place is super expensive. Ashamed to have found it actually a terrible karaoke place. Keeping track of names in a row should be the kjs easiest job, if not an amateur. Save your money. read more
