Beautiful place and very clean, with friendly staff. There was a brief scuffle between two dogs, which one of the staff members corrected and ended extremely swiftly and calmly, with everyone getting along afterwards. People bring their dogs to run & play invthe misted dos areas, while the adults kick back with #Cervasas, Mimosas, vaping. 7 dogs arrived at the same dragging their owners. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. Def, a nice little place to kick back, enjoy the pack play, &/or relax inside. This is a cool little place where you can bring your dog and have a drink while it plays. You'll need to have your dog approved by the owners. There are two play areas for the dogs based on their size. They offer climbing apparatus, water areas etc for your dogs. You don't need a dog to stop in. We don't have one, yet the Mrs will go in to the play areas to pet other peoples dogs. I call it her getting her doggie fix. The ocean is across the street and the intercostal is on the property. What a fun and safe spot to bring your pup. The 'moderators' are knowledgeable and very watchful. They engage with dogs and owners but are quite watchful over any potential issues. Went yesterday for the first time, we have a dachshund and really enjoyed an hour + It's advertised there's a small dog area and I specifically asked before entering which area was for us. When we left and I asked if a large dog (big standard poodle) was just allowed in the small section, was told the lady didn't like the big area either. Then I was questioned in a manner of having to go on the defense. Asked me if it's a problem? Doesn't my dog get along with large dogs? I don't have to explain a damn thing why I don't want my dog exposed to 100 lb dogs. This one barking and showing its teeth. You either operate a small and large section only or you don't. Because an owner brings in two dogs, one large, one small shouldn't be my problem or $10 Small dog owners not comfortable (for whatever reason) in large dog sections should go elsewhere. My two adult sons and I took our dogs here, and it was great! The dogs got to swim in the zero entry wading pool and play with new friends. The adult human bar was a great option, too! There are misters for hot days and nice, comfy chairs to relax in. Poop bags are also provided in case your fur baby confuses the astro turf for real grass like mine did. This location would have been better used as a large bar and restaurant. In theory the concept just does not work you have just two dedicated dog areas, small dog and large dogs. I saw xxl dogs being very rough toward the two medium size dogs. It's on the water (riverfront) so at 6:30 pm the mosquitoes were apparent. The indoor bar was small and smelt like wet dog. The out door spaces for the owners were creative. I would not feel comfortable bringing my dog here nor would I come to hang out with others. read more

My dog and I have been here three times in the past two months. Both of us really really enjoy coming here. The area for the dogs to be off leash is so much fun and well designed. The employees are very nice and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your dog (and you) are comfortable and having a good time. We will be coming back to this place many many times. read more

Loved our first visit to Good Times Dog Bar. Me and my husband went there yesterday with our two small dogs. We got there when it opened so for the first 15 minutes had the whole park to ourselves. Our little fur babies were able to go into the big dog side since it was so empty. How FUN. Beautiful day, awesome staff. Fresh water for the doggies. I'm so glad they make people register their dogs that made me feel better. Other guests started arriving and all dogs were getting along, playing and having a great time. The doggie "parents" also had fun and there is an amazing selection of beer and wine. There is a large dog section, a small dog section, a pool..i believe they are building another pool. Then a large area on the intracoastal/River. Lots of shady places and they had misters throughout the park. My senior dog had so much fun and it warmed my heart to see her run around like she was a puppy. This is a unique concept and I think it's going to take off. read more

I tried this place for the first time Sunday. I thought the bar was an amazing concept. It revolves all around our furry friends. I have a 3lb Biewer Terrier and struggle to find a park for her to roam without the fear of a big dog hurting her. This place has 2 fenced areas (1 large dog; 1 small dog) and both are beautiful. All animals must be PRE-REGISTERED on the site before you can bring them. Once in the park, the barmaid came out with a little bowl of water and a huge pitcher of ice water just for her! The owner came out and hosed the whole place off to cool it before Mimi hit the turf. Both sides of the park have water features, obstacle courses and other play things along with kiddie pools for your dog (big or small) and there are misters and shade to keep the hoomans cool. Since Mimi was all alone in the small dog area, the owner brought out his little guy and Mimi was able to say hello and visit with another tiny. For humans, you can purchase beer, wine, or pre-made cocktails and enjoy your beverage while watching your dog at play. There is also a food truck that sells lobster there (lobster pizza, rolls and other goodies). It also looked pretty good but I did not try it. I will definitely go again and next time I will bring some other small dog friends for Mimi to play with. read more

We were so impressed on our first visit to the park that we paid that day for a year membership. Well, it was great until today when I learned you are the PREFERRED customer if you tip a few, and occasionally we do have a beer. Our puppy loves the park. We go/ did go daily. She runs like a deer and seeks out other pups to chase her. Problem is she poops in the pool. Not every time we go to the park because we are working earnestly to prevent this behavior. However, like a child who is a bed wetter and outgrows the syndrome, Katie will stop the behavior. We do pay a fine of $20 for each incident. The owners are aware of our diligence. However, today Rebecca informed me, " One more time, and she's out!" Chris arrived on the scene and we were ordered out of the park. We, in no way, provoked the owners except by the very sight of us. (No, Katie, the goldendoodle did not pool poop today.) If we did not leave, he would call the police. Seems he has an anger issue and taken a dislike to us personally. He yelled so that everyone could hear that if we returned he would call the police and have us arrested. REALLY? I left in tears with my dog, and my husband followed calmly. I am still shocked at how we were treated, sort of like a drunk being thrown out of a bar by a bully bouncer. Sadly I will miss watching these wonderful dogs run and play, and I willI will miss the many lovely dog owners I have met. read more

simply genius, awesome place for dogs and adults to relax ! very structured doggy play time, staff is near by not only to keep watch of any foul play but also to provide water for the dogs. the sun started to go down and they even passed around bug spray! super sweet, and caring people all around. so glad we found this place. no better place than to hang with the dogs and drink a beer. most of the time there's a food truck out front too ! love love it ! read more
