Went horseback riding again at the Florida Agricultural Museum. As we did on the previous two rides, we had a great time. The horses were gentle and well behaved. We rode a slightly different trail than the other times. The guide, Cheryl was very informative of the area and places to ride. We will be returning in April for another ride with another family member that could not make this ride. read more

The horse trail ride here was so magical. The tour guide is unbelievably knowledgeable and so good and teaching. I felt so inspired to ride more and felt so safe with their precautions and well trained horses. read more

The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable! My daughter and I attended their homeschool day. We visited four areas and were taught about different time periods and living and work environments from 1565 to the late 1800s. Each segment was interactive and concluded with experiential games for the kids to help solidify the information. I highly recommend it!! read more

This place is an absolute hidden gem of Palm Coast! There's several places to ride horses in the area, but I'd consider nobody else. The folks were great, very friendly, & extremely cautious of the guests and their horses. They offer much more than just trail riding, too! They offer lessons, camps, & more on FL history! I can't wait to bring my son here to learn to ride. We'll be regulars now. read more

What a great hidden Florida gem! I didn't even know this place existed until I was invited to a family reunion here. I didn't see the entire property, but I could see several historic buildings. And a large area for horses. The area I was at had cattle, chickens, and a not so wild boar. The homestead in the back was moved here from another location and was fantastic! If you're near here, stop by and look. It's very close to I-95. read more

Our family was in St. Augustine for the week recently, and we wanted to enjoy a trail ride on our vacation. It seemed that whomever we asked recommended the Florida Agricultural Museum, so we went with it. We were incredibly grateful that we did! I contacted the barn manager, Cheryl, on a Sunday, and she got back to me immediately. Spent considerable time inquiring about our riding experience (my teenage daughter is a seasoned equestrian, who does showing and Pony Club at home; I am also an experienced rider). Cheryl located riding boots & helmets for us to borrow, and everything was ready 15-minutes before our scheduled ride. Our ride was a complete delight: we went out on a beautiful trail ride with Cheryl, as well as several other riders from the barn, and felt welcomed & embraced as "one of the herd"!! Cheryl was professional, personable, and took & shared photos of our adventure. Her passion & experience with horses were readily apparent, and we couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience. The horses we rode were lovely, and the barn was immaculate. We will definitely be returning next year when we return to FL! read more

Amazing day at the Florida Agricultural museum. The kids loved seeing how the people use to live, the old truck, and the animals on the grounds. It was a great day all around and our guide for the day was fantastic. He really shared well all the stories of the settlers and how they lived and where their families are today. It is a definite step back in time something dearly needed with all the crazy technology the kids are plugged into today. I highly recommend this outing for any age. read more

We went to the museum on a small school trip, the property was beautiful, animals were all friendly, but other than that our experience was not worth the trip out or the money spent. We were told that the kids would get to do farm hands on activities, chuck corn, wash clothes, collect eggs, etc... however none of that happened, we got a tour of the buildings (couldn't even go in all of them due to Halloween stuff still needing to be out away) and a walk through of the animals. I spent $32 for that.... the animals are beautiful, the staff was nice however did not give us what we were told we would be getting and that's disappointing. I have been to many farms and my children have seen many animals we did this for the experience we were supposed to get so it was really disappointing to not get it. The trailers are out of order too so we didn't get the tractor ride either. read more

We visited with our grandchild this past Friday....very very disappointing. No one really there to greet us, welcome us or tell us about the farm. Just that said be back soon...enjoy the "chicken and ducks". We saw neither anywhere. We went to the rabbit hutch and found one bunny that looked like it had had a stroke...head hanging sideways...one eye. We saw two goats that you couldn't get near to and signs around the fenced horses that warned " don't pet the horses...they bite". Later we were approached by a lady that said they would be able to help us in about 30 minutes as they were finishing up with a school group. She also told us that the baby horse mentioned on the website was all grown up but that they did have a miniature horse but once again we were told sometimes it bites so please don't approach it without someone there. To us this was clearly not a place for young kids. Again...very disappointing read more

Well this place wasn't very eager to get new customers. I had emailed their facility about prices and more information about the weddings they hold there because we are getting married in October Of 2019. They sent me an email back of 1 sentence saying " we're booked that weekend. Let me know if you change the date". Nothing else was said in the email even though I had asked for more information and pricing. Horrible customer service read more

If there were 10 stars they earn them all. My daughter & new son got married on the coldest day in Florida this year 1/23/16. Andrew and Barry made it a special day from helping set up to the wedding ceremony & ending with a perfect reception. This place is a gem, the staff is amazing!!! From weddings; to family reunions, maybe a cinco de mayo or a Christmas Party, the barn is the place to party!!!!! The web site for Florida Agricultural Museum doesn't do it justice...take a trip to take a look. We had a very elegant wedding in their barn...it was super star quality. read more
