I came all the way from Minnesota but was on my way back to Sacramento Ca where I live. (if you can call it living) I also was inquiring about doing a 6" to 8" stretch on my JK. While in the shop I was shown sone projects and some items were explained about what they could do and offer. When I do strech my Jeep I will have it done here. We pulled over to Loves Fuel depot on I-25 and they recommended Grabers Diesel Repair. The Graber team removed the tire, the metal, and used a repair plug but the hole diameter was too large so they installed the spare tire. Then they called several tire shops in Cheyenne and found a Firestone tire shop which was open. All in all, Grabers' spent about an hour plus with us and didn't charge for their time and materials. Bryce updated me on the job progression and told me that due to my Custom rims it was a longer than normal job. He explained the set up they had to use in their machine and how they have to keep resetting it every time the arm caught on the rims. Since they were using a plastic piece to protect the wheels it was catching quite a bit, so with my wheels it wasn't just a "slap them on job." I appreciated Bryce's honesty and the fact that he and his guys took care and every precaution to protect my wheels, thank you for that. With that in mind I definitely didn't mind the extra wait time. I definitely recommend Tom The Tire Man, and will give them my business in the future.

We were on I80 just passed through late afternoon when engine light came on, 15 miles out of town we turn around and my wife contacted them. They said bring it in and we can check it out for you. They diagnose our truck and told us that they couldn't work on it until the following week, but if we can't wait we would still can drive our truck and in a slower drive. He assured us that we would be able to make it to our destination if we take easy on the truck and we did. They didn't charge us for anything and told us have a safe trip. To my surprise, they called and said it really only needed a good charge and would probably last a couple more years . My F-150 mysteriously refused to start and I had it towed to them. They did diagnostics and found a really expensive fix, then found online that many people had the same issue and it came down to an inexpensive fuse that went bad. Six months later, it still runs like a top for $50 instead of the $1,500 they could have charged. I've recommended them to several friends and family members and heard the same type of stories from them. They are a decent bunch of folks who live up to the Golden Rule.

They have always fixed me up. Skilled mechanics, knowledgeable front office that's friendly and always have communicated with me all the way through the repairs. I've had work done on my diesel trucks, an Acura, and my Toyota. I've even had them work on my 78 Camaro that was a nightmare to diagnose. They chased down the problem and fixed it properly. 3 other shops failed to find the problem but they found it. Then justified charging "book rate" 6 hrs. labor, $150/hr, for a job he finished in 1.3 hrs. He ripped off 2 stranded senior citizen vets. People with masters degrees don't make $150/hr but he greedily steals double that by charging multiple customers for the same hours. I will be telling everyone we meet traveling around the country to avoid this immoral greedy thief. If he had any conscience he would refund the 4 hrs. of labor he stole from me. One day he will reep the consequences of ripping people off.

Not only did Express Towing and Recovery quickly and affordably towed my vehicle, they also hauled my truck to their lot and started up a second tow truck and pulled my bumper out of the wheel well. The bumper looks even better than it did before the accident. They saved me a lot of money by fixing my bumper for me, and barely charged me anything for the additional help. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need around Cheyenne.
