    Dance floor
    Toni F.

We went to Goodfellas Lounge for a birthday celebration. It's a small, divey place but it was fun. It was a Saturday night and the DJ was great. He played all our requests and kept the energy up. The crowd was a mix of ages and ethnicities. The dance floor is small but there was still plenty of room to move. They don't serve food but a taco truck is in the parking lot and they allow you to bring it in. I ordered a Mai Tai and it was nice and strong. The bartenders were so friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable immediately. The one thing I didn't like was that we were placed in a little alcove by the door; it was okay but when I asked to move they said it would be $250 or $300 to move to the actual tables. We stayed put, it would've been nice to have tables though (the tables went unused until walk-ins sat down). Overall we had an amazing time. We will be back!!!!

Very chill place with good music and decent prices. Withholding a star because the carpet stinks and needs to be removed.

They have a lot of interesting smash burger options, including a Trompo featuring Al Pastor. We got the Fat Boi, Trompo, and Highway Style fries. We waited longer than we expected, but good thing they have many monitors so we watched the World Cup while waiting for our food. When the food came, they were an impressive sight. The burgers were loaded and dripping with grease. My son liked his Fat Boi, but I thought the Al Pastor in the Trompo was a bit bland. The Trompo was also so greasy that grease was running down my hand and forearm while I am eating it, and I can feel my arteries hardening already! The Highway Style fries were decent. A smash patty laid between two layers of fries and then topped with melted cheese. It was decadent but a guilty pleasure. The kids gave the place 7-7.5 out of 10 and they said they would come back. For myself, probably not as the food was just too heavy for me.

It's always nice to support a family-owned business that has built a strong local following. I ordered the D & D plate which comes with prawns, hush puppies, and 2 sides- I ordered fries. Everything came out fresh, hot, and well seasoned. The red snapper was cooked perfectly crispy on the outside while still tender inside, and the seasoning was just right. The hush puppies and fries were a great addition to the plate and paired well with the fish. Simple, flavorful food done right. Service is excellent. We've tried the fried catfish, snapper, prawns, and chicken, and everything has been fried and seasoned to perfection--crispy on the outside, flavorful and tender on the inside. The portion sizes are generous for the price, making it an even better value. If there's one small drawback, it's the limited side options--fries, potato salad, or coleslaw. A few more choices would make the experience even better. Overall, we highly recommend it. You will definitely leave satisfied!

Upon arrival of the appetizers, you could tell that the wings had been sitting under the heat lamp for some time as they came out somewhat dry. We were all hungry and had already been waiting a while (1 hour) so we dug in. We waited another 30 mins and entrees began to arrive. 2 of us ordered steaks that came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. We were brought 1 steak with fries and broccoli. Our server walked away after dropping it off. When we asked our server, Oscar, about the mashed potatoes he said "oh maybe they ran out or something I don't know". We politely asked if he could double check with the kitchen if they would be able to make more or if they were completely out and also if he could bring A1 steak sauce. He went and brought out other entrees, the A1 and let us know that they are making more mashed potatoes. He then asked if we had everything we needed and I let him know I was still missing my steak. He asked if I was sure and I reminded him of my order. He left and came back with my plate. I asked if it was the medium rare steak and he said yes. He walked away and I cut into a well done steak that looked more like a burger patty.. when we came back around another time I showed him the steak (at this point everyone is pretty much done eating). He said something along the lines of "yeah that's not medium rare I don't know". I let him know I wouldn't be needing it remade and I wouldn't be eating it and asked that he just take that and an untouched salad. I was about to hand him the plates and he said to leave them at the table. He left, I seen him talk to the manager, Felipe. (we had met when he was assisting other tables for Oscar's area) Felipe came over and when I repeated the same thing and showed him the inside of the cut steak he looked at me so confused like he could not understand why I was sending it back and he seemed annoyed. They both did at this point which is so confusing. whatever you do, don't come here.

The brewery is dog friendly, there's a bunch of games -- including a pool table, Pop-A-Shot, and arcade games, and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. If you're sensitive to mosquito bites, you'll definitely want to wear long pants and/or a jacket to keep the mosquitos at Bay. The beers here are fine. There wasn't a single beer that was amazing enough where I'd go out of my way to get it again. Although there's a wide variety of beers, most of them are on the lighter side. In term of food options, there was a single food truck parked outside on the day that we stopped by. That said, they do allow outside food. It seemed like it was difficult to get a grenadine on the side because I had to constantly ask for it. We had to talk to the manager because our waitress was not consistent with the pouring of bottomless. We lost about 30 to 45 mins of time because of it. The manager understood and granted us more time. I also did not like that fact that our finished plate sat on the table way longer than what they should have. Maybe the waiter was overwhelmed or overworked.
