Came in on a Monday afternoon with my bfs mom, we were immediately greeted as soon as we came in! Very impressed with the interaction and the interior left a great impression. The inside is very polished and clean, a very minimalist design. Once we looked over the menu, we got our order taken and were given chips (very delicious!!!). It did take a bit to get our food, however there were people inside who had ordered before us and that gave us space to talk. Once the food arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with the portions! I got the Chilaquiles in Salsa Verde with eggs (scrambled) and meat. My bfs mom got Camarones a la Diabla. I got a michelada and she got an agua de Jamaica, both which we were impressed with, as sometimes these drinks can be a hit or miss. We both thoroughly enjoyed our time and the service in general. Excellent service and i will say excellent because i brought my mom to eat here and she's so particular with things(annoying) LOL waitress was patience with her and gave us great service. Food delicious and honestly best quesabirrias i had full of flavor, my son loved them. I hope this place gets more business! Really clean with a charming aesthetic. We came on a Tuesday evening around 7pm. There were a couple of tables inside, but for the most part not very busy. There seemed to be only one server taking orders, making drinks, bringing food, etc. So I can see how service can seem slow, but maybe when this place gets more attention, they can schedule more people. Our server, Vanessa, was really nice and attentive! The food in general was pretty good! We got the ceviche mixto that had shrimp and octopus, the camarones al chipotle de cremado, two super burritos, and a carne asada plate. The portion sizes were good, and the margaritas were tasty! My only disappointment was my Carne Asada plate. The meat had good flavor, but it was soooo chewy. I couldn't even finish it because I couldn't break down the pieces to swallow. I won't be getting it again unfortunately. But I'm looking forward to trying more dishes and checking out their karaoke nights (Thursday-Sunday) read more

I went during Valentine's day and was expecting there to be a longer wait for food but it was honestly ridiculous how long it took to come out. When I first entered at 8:10pm, it had an up to date look. The server sat us down with menu's and forgot about us. Literally walked away and didn't see him again. We waited 20 minutes then flagged another server down. Then it took over an hour for the server to come around. The server came to our table after 50 minutes, just to tell us it would be out in 10-15 minutes. Shocker, it wasn't out. We just asked to get our check because we knew they didn't have our food. The audacity to tell us it was coming out but we had to wait another 10 more minutes. We left the restaurant around 9:40pm being hungry and frustrated. It was a quite disappointing. They need to improve overall management with checking in on customers' and unwelcomed vibes. The restaurant isn't even that big to began with so it was shocking to see. I did hear good reviews about it from friends but that was unfortunately not my experience as a customer. read more

I don't mind paying more if the quality and experience match -- but if you're setting those kinds of prices, I should at least be satisfied. No greeting when I walked in, no clear direction on how to order, and the staff seemed more focused on each other than the customers. I ordered chilaquiles with eggs and meat, a michelada, and agua de Jamaica. Waited a good while, even though it wasn't packed. The food came out bland, soggy, and honestly just disappointing. The michelada was flat and dull, and the agua tasted more like syrup than anything fresh. What really threw me off? The quesabirria -- $19 for three tacos. That's ridiculous. This isn't a luxury restaurant, it's more like an average spot trying hard to pass as trendy without delivering the basics. I left feeling like I paid for a whole experience that just wasn't there.
