The judge was furious, told my son he would be talking to her and apologized. But that's NOT the worst part. They removed him from a treatment center. Brought him there, did not give him the meds he was on for 4 days which caused him to go through horrible pain and withdrawals. I called twice and spoke with the nursing staff and they didn't seem to care. I will be reporting this to the state. That's horrible, thank God he wasn't diabetic!! Sadly, the treatment center even sent the medication with to.

However, the reason i give 5 stars is because I went to make a complaint about the video visit system and I got to talk to a CO who was the kindest CO I have met in any jail. He wasn't only kind he actually fixed the situation in which i was upset about. Thats unheard of with my experience. I think his name was shaun. last name maybe started with an h but i could be wrong my memory sux but he was a rank that was able to make the changes necessary to fix the issue at hand and give me hope that things can change for the better.
