Everybody was super nice and they even emailed the xrays to my regular dentist. Turned out I had an abscessed tooth and got antibiotics. Dr. Miller was right, I had to get the root canal redone, because one of the roots was not filled out completely and that is what caused the infection. They (orthodontist and assistant-who was seemingly a student) acted strangely indifferent about it. The student tried to cover for herself before getting the orthodontist. I think there needs to be more transparentcy around the fact that a lot of the girls at this clinic (doing orthodontic work) are in an apprenticeship.. Meaning they are basically students.
