Then, Dr. Johnston swooped in like a teeth fixing superhero and saved the day. I am sooo happy with the results. He somehow added onto the partial teeth that I had left and made them look like nothing ever happened. Then, we did the clear braces thingy and shifted the teeth to their proper place. Plus, Dr. Johnston is just a cool person to be around and made me feel comfortable (and I hate going to the dentist). I don't recommend motorcycle accidents...skip that part...and I absolutely recommend Dr. Johnston to make your smile perfect.

After going there for months, I asked if we could choose our own dentist out of their "doctors" and they told me yes. They have like 5-6 dentists working out of there and I chose one that was recommended to us from a friend going there. My next visit there they tried to substitute a different dentist. I declined feeling they should have at least called me the morning of the appointment to tell my "my dentist" couldn't come in that morning. They don't want you to choose a dentist, they want to control you and have you accept their choice of a dentist or hygienist for that appointment that day. I noticed that they also have lots of hygienists and you seldom get the same one. Seemed like there was also lots of sickness in there every visit too, always lots of hacking and coughing going on by patients and workers. Billing was always confusing, prices usually misquoted and costing more than we were told it'd be too. I never saw any professional medical office with such controlling demands of their patients. Stay clear of that place.

After getting through the emergency room and beginning the overwhelming search for a dentist, Dr. Hill's office was the only one that called us back--and the only one that could see her right away. What followed was a long and careful process to rebuild an upper bridge and replace missing teeth, and throughout it all Dr. Hill and his entire staff were exceptional. They are kind, patient, and genuinely caring, always willing to explain, help, and make what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and humane. Because of that experience, I eventually became a patient myself--despite having severe dental anxiety. As a kid, I once totaled our family car... crashing into a car that happened to belong to our dentist at the time. Let's just say the dental work that followed left a lasting impression. So walking into a dental office is not easy for me. That said, I recently had a deep cleaning, a cracked tooth repaired, and a damaged crown fixed--and I can honestly say it was amazing. It was calm, professional, and almost entirely painless. For someone with real dental fear, that's saying a lot. I used to be a dental assistant and had never seen a dentist refer out for crowns, so I decided to leave that practice. After some research, I found Dr Ledesma and am so glad that I did. I was on a very tight schedule because I was moving about 4 months later and was in braces that would not be removed till a month before my move date. Dr Ledesma and his staff worked to squeeze me into their busy schedule and he did an amazing job on my crowns! I had put off getting these crowns done for many many years because I was worried about them not turning out good. It is very difficult to get a good match when doing front crowns. That's why it is usually best to do the front 6 together, but that was not an option. Even with the obstacles that I threw at him, he was able to exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr Ledesma to anyone in need of dental work!

They have a sliding scale so its not too expensive (relatively) and they allow me to pay on a payment plan. They're usually pretty quick and they're always sure too make sure I'm comfortable. Dr. Barratt is straight forward, and works efficiently. Scheduling is great, and I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes in the waiting room. The cleanliness is immaculate. Marika is a great hygienist. Premier also accepts my insurance. Dr. Barratt is honest, and unlike many other dentists, he doesn't push services or unnecessary procedures. Highly recommended.

When I arrived, the woman at the front desk was on the phone discussing billing while I stood there, clearly in need of help. Despite leaving emergency messages, she showed no urgency or care. Even though she admitted that she had listened to my messages. Billing another customer was more important than worrying about a patient's dental issue. I ended up leaving and finding another dentist who saw me right away. The dentists and hygienists here are great, but the front office staff definitely needs to improve on communication and customer care. In an emergency, a little compassion goes a long way. I won't be back.
