Excellent staff. Everyone was so nice to my puppy. So patient and kind. Great with explanations for me and instructions for follow up.

Zachary was amazing, the first visit we had to wait awhile in the car. Zachary came out and made sure that my dog was still doing okay. He is so nice, treated my pup like his own. The other receptionist was amazing as well, I sadly didn't get her name to mention in this review. We had Katie T. As our assistant for the doctor. She was great with our pup. Both doctors we had were great as well. I'm happy to say we will be returning as a patient.

It gave entitled snobby behavior. Don't apologize or even try to escalate the situation and say "that was not my intention". Coworker with brown hair was 10-20 feet away trying to co-sign she wasn't having an attitude. Of course in that situation, I would try to back up my friend or boss too. Not only did I not ask the coworker for her ad libs from 10-20 feet away but it was it not making the situation helpful. Because I asked to speak to someone else since we weren't on the same page you are gonna tell me go somewhere else. The audacity. Do you treat all customers like that? Aside from that my dog for now appears to be doing better.

This is the third dog we have taken to this vet and have cared for by them- with no other previous issues with any of them. But during one of the most devastating moments of our lives -- saying goodbye to our dog due to reasons beyond our control -- the vet, Mark Harris, showed zero compassion, empathy, or basic human decency. Their tone, their attitude, and their complete lack of sensitivity were unbelievably disrespectful, especially considering we were struggling through an emotional and painful decision when we were completely out of options. He dismissed our problem when we needed help the most. To make matters even worse, this same clinic had previously prescribed the wrong medication at the wrong dosage, which ended up worsening my dog's condition. That mistake alone is unacceptable, but the cold treatment we received during a decision for euthanasia made the whole experience traumatic in a way I'll never forget. There was no comfort, no patience, no kindness -- just dismissive behavior from this vet at the exact moment when families need compassion the most. I would never recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet and expects professional, caring medical treatment. Our pets deserve better. So do their families. This is the lowest place you can be with your pet and we were abandoned by professionals you thought you could trust and rely on for help.

The vet Dr.Nowery makes a phone call to you tell you about your dog and how to handle your pet. Seems like he was reading from a template as we told him our puppy was making great progress and we are happy to report he is house trained and knows many commands. This office presses many "mandatory" services and packages that actually are not needed. Heard of a AKC flu shot today that was noted as mandatory to go to a dog park. Hmm. Very pricey place too. Can't say we will continue to see this vet.

While I understand things come up, they would be incredibly frustrated as a customer if I were 30 minutes late to my appointment, so I would expect the same respect when I show up on time, if not five minutes early, to not have to continue to sit and wait for 30 minutes into my appointment. I thought it was a one time thing, but it has continued to happen at each appointment. They weighed my dog twice and got a difference of two pounds, I hope they weigh her again correctly when they do finally schedule her dental cleaning as I am sure 2 pounds makes a difference for a small dog needing correct doses of medicine and anesthesia. After my appointment I went to pay and leave and the employee was very confused and told me I had a credit on my account and then continued to call me on my way home that I actually owed money and would wait on the phone until I could read my credit card. I was driving? this was unsafe and I could have called them back at anytime to give my information. I called in the next morning to schedule my dogs dental cleaning, they stated they were unable to help me and would call me back in five minutes. I waited 30 minutes and have yet to be contacted. I am using the pet wellness plan they offer which I thought was a great program as it helped with the costs of care and dental coverage by spreading the cost each month, however, I still owed for a pre-dental workup and have to put a deposit down to even schedule the cleaning. Once my wellness program is up, and I will be sure to make sure I am provided everything it covers, I will most likely be looking for a new vet unless their care and office organization is turned around as the care is not the same as it was my first few appointments.

I didn't think too much of it until they kept recommending unnecessary expensive procedures! I felt like they were out to get money, not care for my dog! Being seen by so many different docs every appointment how could they assess her accurately? Most recently my dog was seen by Dr. Thompson. The exam visit now costs $72! Just to walk in the door! Dr. T gave her allergy meds that had negative side effects & weren't working. After a misdiagnosis of my dog who was actually getting worse, 5 days later they wanted another $72 exam plus $240 for X-rays & $??? for tests! A second opinion from a new vet yielded a collapsed trachea and a bad infection that needed antibiotics not allergy meds. No X-ray was needed, just good vet experience! I was told to stop the prescribed meds from My Vet because they were not necessary! My dog has also has been suffering from a disease that NO Dr. here ever diagnosed before! There is no Dr. on call here over the weekends- they'll tell you to go to MedVet! It will take them until 2pm Monday to even return your call & don't get me started on the incompetent receptionists they have here! I found out that the Bishops sold their practice to MVP! Dr Jill no longer works there & Dr Dan is only in on T&Th. You'll get an inexperienced new Dr. if you don't ask! And shame on the Bishops for not letting their clients know that they sold out!! Not one word - no email, newsletter, nothing! I do not recommend this place at all!! I now drive 25 minutes to a new vet who actually cares about my pet!
