The facility and the staff were absolutely amazing for our two Great Dane boys. They would match the play group with their personality and activity, which they would come home tired and happy from a fun day. They also loved every staff member and were always happy to see them when they arrive! One of our pups had surgery and couldn't stay home after the first couple weeks due to our work, but their "Day and Play" program is exceptional for needing to be away from other dogs until medically cleared. Despite being alone, he had a buddy throughout the day for low-level play time and enrichment to keep him busy. We highly recommend taking your dogs to Central Bark in Atlanta! We honestly wish we could've picked them up and take them with us to our new home destination. Even if your dog can't be with other dogs for some reason, they will not be bored! We miss them dearly!

Never had to wait more than a few minutes. * the facility is clean, staff are friendly and professional and they have a lot of play areas for the dogs * circuit training is amazing. Zara loved it.. we got a detailed report and videos and she looked like she was enjoying herself to the max. * it's been easy to adjust Zara's days as needed through a phone call or email. Since you are charged every week, you can either ask them to fit you in on another day that week if your schedule changes or just have that credit build up - to use for daycare, grooming or boarding. * they offer personal training as well if you want them to help you out with some behaviors, commands etc. Overall, we really like this place. The staff knows Zara when they see her and she is excited to go to CBA. We've even gotten her on to two days a week since she likes it so much. Btw: they have some parking spots around their facility but a lot of place to park on the street (it's not busy so that works out) especially for drop off/pick up at the busy times. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened. Cash's appointment lasted just under an hour from the time grooming began until he was ready. When Cash was done, his coat looked, felt, and smelled exactly as it did before the appointment. Based on six years of professional grooming and regular bathing and blow-drying at home, I know what his coat looks and feels like after a proper bath and blow dry. I do not believe he received one. Several other basic parts of the groom were also missed. His paw pads and sanitary area were not trimmed, his belly was left significantly longer than the rest of his body, and his head and face had not been trimmed despite my request for an even-length summer cut. I asked Joseph to trim his face before leaving, and Cash was returned about five minutes later. Joseph also told me he did not use a grooming table and said he had been hesitant to trim Cash's face because he was concerned about hurting him. He did not mention any behavior issues with Cash. I appreciate that Joseph returned later that afternoon after I raised my concerns and ultimately reduced the price by 50%. However, the original $200 price (plus $30 tip) was for a full professional groom, and that is not the service I received. I initially chose Poshest Pooch because of the influencer content I had seen online. Based on my experience, I would not book again or recommend this service.

They also let me know that since I brought my own shampoo, my total would be $13 instead of $15, which was a nice surprise. The place was really clean, and yes, it smells like dog, but that's kind of expected since it's a doggy daycare and boarding spot. The wash area was solid and did exactly what it needed to do. They had plenty of clean towels, plus shampoo and conditioner available if you need it, and a good assortment of grooming tools.
