I love this place! My son is 18 months old and I've been here around 10 times in the last year…read more They have a great selection of clothes, even for boys (which is rare!), as well as linens, toys, and other baby care items. Most of their stock includes standard baby company name-brand items, but I've also seen some specialty or custom items as well (band tees, luxury brands, etc.). The prices are more than fair and every time I go I end up with a huge clothes haul for under $100. I've also gotten things like a beautiful stroller and nice high chair for just $99 each. While you shop, they have a great play area for littles and are super understanding of toddlers who get a little crazy. My only suggestion would be to maybe put a baby gate or something around it, so parents could feel secure in walking away to browse (within sight of course) without trying to juggle their kids at the same time. However, I understand that some people may think this means the employees are responsible for watching their children so I can also see why they wouldn't want to do that. The staff are always amazing, and they have offered me assistance with taking large items out, leaving my car seat at the counter (when I had an infant), and use of the in-store stroller (once he got bigger) multiple times. One woman in particular (I believe she is the owner) has a very welcoming personality and I look forward to seeing her on my visits.

This is the account owner's granddaughter, this store was terrible, rude, ill mattered, impolite,…read morediscourteous, impertinent, insolent, impudent, audacious, crude, obscene, unpleasant, harsh, nasty, ignorant, uneducated, disgusting, distasteful, dreadful, horrible, vile, foul, harmful, toxic, and every other synonym for snotty. Starting off first is how horrible these people treat children. (For context, I don't have kids, but I was selling baby clothes there, and there was another woman and her child at the store.) This adorable little girl asked her mother to go to the bathroom, so naturally her mother assumed that the bathroom was open for costumers, so she asked the store employee (Let's call the employee Brenda) So she asked Brenda if her daughter could go to the bathroom, and instead of saying "Oh, the bathroom isn't open for costumers" she said "The bathroom key is lost." Why would you tell a blatant lie just to keep a little kid out of your bathroom. So, we were there because we made an appointment to sell 4 boxes a baby clothes, my sister spent hours sorting through them just to make a little extra cash. We brought Brenda our boxes and she made us sign a whole paper, that's when a got a bad feeling about this place, because what store makes the customers sign a contract? A bad one. So, my sister signed her life away, oops... I mean the paper and Big Brenda over here says she needs to look through the clothes. Okay I guess that's understandable, what happens next is NOT understandable. She looks through the boxes for 2 minutes MAX and says, "oH alL tHIs sTuFf iS DAtEd" and "oH, I CAn'T tAKe tHiS." Like who does that. Imagine you're a poor single mom and you want to get some cheap clothes, not caring if the stuff is outdated or not and you go to this store, but all the stuff is like 12 dollars a piece. Honestly I think Big Brenda here is too lazy to go through our boxes of nice gently used baby clothes, that were already sorted through with love and respect. *sigh* that was a lot to say, and I'm glad I got it off my chest. Let's just end it with, we sold everything on marketplace for much more money than we would've EVER made at this heck house, and it was way less work, the costumers came to us, and we didn't have to go to a diarrhea smelling used baby store.

I went here on Friday August 23rd to buy my son and daughter some school clothes & while shopping,…read moresome chick stole my purse out of my cart (I even had the child safety strap snapped thru my handles) Once I got to the checkout & removed all the merchandise I seen my purse was no longer there & started searching the store &/or retracing my steps. 2 amazing customers & 1 Goodwill worker were so nice & helped me look. The manager wasn't very helpful & didn't seem very concerned or worried that my entire purse + my truck keys was stolen right outta my & didn't want to even look at the video camera footage. I knew I didn't sit it down &/or it wasn't "misplaced" After myself, My Son & 2 different customers asked the "Manager" numerous times he finally went in the office to check the footage. He came out to me crying my eyes out & said "No one has been by that for the last half hour." I asked him to please rewind it farther and see if he could get a plate number or something but he kept saying "No one was near that cart Ma'am" At this point I was starting to panic because my truck keys, wallet ( with credit, debit cards, my WIC card, my baby Daddy's credit my license, ID, insurance cards & $275 in cash ) also my had a week supply of my medication in it, so to me, this was an emergency & very important yet that "Manager" was giving off shady vibes the entire time. IMO, I think one the employees took it & either he knew about it or seen it was an inside job. While all this was going on I get a text message from Chase fraud protection and I knew for sure then that it wasn't before that someone had stolen it. I had planned on buying the 2 full of clothes that equaled $276 & I am glad I didn't spend a PENNY in this place & never EVER will again I had to walk out of the store and call the police myself so I could get a report made at the very least. Also as hoping the Officer would make the "Manager" show him the footage & maybe the cop could follow the THIEF out to the vehicle they were in/using & possibly get plate number to help identify who it was. But after 21/2 hours of waiting in the parking lot my cousin showed up to pick me n my Son up so we just left. About an hour after I got home 911 called me back and told me that they still were coming out to my call but I explained I had left and went home after my ride & the tow truck got there. I asked if the Burton police could come to my home but she said No because I live in Flint. She said that I needed to go to the Burton PD, call 911 and wait for them to come there to get my report made. I will NEVER spend another dime in this Goodwill. I am getting in touch with my inner Karen and going to call the corporate office Monday as well. I am going to do a Google review and anything else I can to let people know about how does manager treated a victim of a crime that happened in his store. I have even contacted doordash because that's the purchase the THIEVING Lady had tried complete when my bank flagged the transaction. Customer support could track my card number and had the information of who was using it fraudulently and (they use their real name and real doordash account too btw ‍) she told me she was not allowed to tell me the name of who made the fraudulent purchase but she could confirm if I named them. This wasn't an option for me so she told me to have the police call the number she gave me and they will give them the thieves name, address and phone number so I am able to prosecute her and hopefully the police pick up some charges as well. Now I have to get all my personal identification replaced credit cards debit cards, plus there was a picture of my parents that I cannot replace because they're both dead I made a public post on my Facebook calling out whoever robbed me for my purse & also informed HER that the Police can now identify who she is because she was SO DUMB that she used her real name, address & an her real Door Dash account ‍ It's time to get a job like the rest of society cuz even a rookie THIEF should/would know NOT to use your real information while attempting to make fraudulent purchases with a stolen card. I will tell all of my thrifting friends to spear far away from this Goodwill and I am going to tell anyone else that will listen, hense this & 3 other reviews online.
