I asked her if he could call me when he gets in and she tells me to write on a piece of paper my name and phone number. Which I did I gave it to her. This was on Saturday 2/7/26 and as of today 2/9/26 no has called? If you buy a computer from Office Depot, don't expect to get any help if your computer goes down, better to shop at Best Buy or Apple at less they have a counter that if you talk to them them can suggest or help you with your computer problem! So sad because we do buy a lot of office equipment and supplies from them and after this experience, need to go elsewhere where they can provide service!

Was a bad thing...not necessarily as this spot is a bit smaller than the Office Max in town I was still searching for a receipt spindle and hoped that maybe this location had it and the nostalgia as I walked in as it all pretty much remained the same but unfortunately browsed around and didn't find it...sigh! The staff here was okay didn't really get a greet but a smile as I passed a gentleman as I circled around and around searching not one asked if I was okay but was out in a few as I didn't find what I needed.
