And the Staff is always on point in getting your stuff out of the car. And they're extremely enthusiastic. I've visited this location 4 times in the past 5 months. Its close.. The parking lot isnt super cluttered.. And it's not on the busy end of FM 518. Although I have visited the other location on 518. My experience here has been much better because it was easier to get to.

I took my dog in for the removal of a mass. They did a great job. It's super busy but they try to…read moreaccommodate you. I saw Dr Vaughn and she was really a great vet. My dog is a little difficult because she doesn't like being touched by certain people and becomes defensive. Dr Vaughn with Michael's help were always so patient and I am really grateful they treated Ruby with care. I recommend them, but also be patient. The clinic sees a high volume of animals and it's not just in and out as it would be at your private vet. I absolutely recommend. I also want to give kudos to Dr Malone who did Rubys first surgery, the sutures were impeccably done. I am personally a fan of the humane society vet clinic.

The vet…read moreteam generally speaking refuses to work with you and is on some sort of power trip, clearly not placing the kittens best interest in mind. For example, they routinely refuse to prescribe antibiotics for bloody diarrhea which they clearly stated was within their diarrhea protocol. The shelter vet herself (Renee Poche) is a failed reality TV star from Love is Blind but all her parts got cut, not sure if that led to her being bitter and needing to "be better than others"?? Clearly a very superficial woman that even solicits compliments about her looks from other fosters. When I brought up discrepancies in how the kittens are being managed compared to other organizations I have fostered for and contacted the director of HHS, nothing was done. Then I had kittens that the vet team said perhaps had panleukopenia but when I brought them in for a vet appointment they refused to test for panleuk. This is highly unethical as if it was panleukopenia they it will have exposed my foster space to the virus and everything needs to be tossed. They also asked me to bring the kittens in and did not return them to my care without any specific reason. When I reached out to the directors again with this concern of retaliation, I was then immediately dismissed as a foster. This has never happened in 10 years of fostering for 5 different organizations before. That said, the foster department is wonderful, Bree especially is a kind human beings who really try to help out and clearly loves animals.

I get a call on the phone from Ryan ensuring what he is picking up is as I described. We agreed and we met up. I did not realize my yard crew would leave there garbage there as well.
