I've visited Goodwill stores in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and California--and the Jensen Beach location is by far my favorite. The store was immaculately organized, making it easy and enjoyable to browse. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged. You can really tell the staff takes pride in keeping the store tidy and welcoming. This Goodwill used to have all clothing priced the same across the board. Now has their clothing priced individually and many things upward to $30 + for a piece of clothing (jeans). Another example is 1 simple salad plate ($8). This was always my go to for all our family's donations. I will not be donating here ever again. They seem to have confused themselves with a consignment boutique shopping experience and it's nothing even remotely close to it. It's a 'thrift' store for goodness sake. Not sure what has happened to this store but cannot recommend it. read more

Wow, what a shame these bad reviews, This Goodwill is a newer Goodwill! I think they did a great job! My kids love the selection, I bought $50 worth of clothes for each kid but only paying $25 each because I signed up for the Gold Membership 2 years ago even when I don't go on half days off I still get some money off each item and my kids learned you get really nice clothes super cheap instead of spending $50 for a shirt in the mall. I also like the one off Walton and US1 and St. Lucie West each Goodwill color categories all items in kids and adult areas, there is really cool stuff in the middle racks. It's worth my money! Drop offs are easy at Jensen Beach Publix location. I like that the clothing is organized by color in the JB Home Depot location... their housewares area needs a complete overhaul. Broken items, some things overpriced, unorganized. read more

the manager here is actually so incredibly nasty to good and frequent customers of the store. she wanted me to pay full price for a dress with mold growing on the inside and basically denied that their was mold inside until i opened it up and showed her it's terrible condition FULL OF MOLD. refused to discount it to the sale tag and said if i didn't pay full price (7.99) she would send it to the bargain barn with the most entitled attitude, and took the dress from me (like okay ? hopefully the manager there has social skills). the younger employees on the other hand are incredibly kind and deserve a raise. the manager a salary deduction (along with whoever is pricing at the back) because someone is clearly having a power trip. all this at 10am saturday morning. read more

I have bought plenty of little household stuff here. I prefer vintage as I don't like buying new, paying full price, and believe in reuse, recycle, repurpose. They refresh the inventory as they get new donations. You never know what you might find. Another person's trash is another person's treasure. They have everything but one must visit regularly. There is a great deal of you join Their Good Friends program. I think $25/year but don't quote me, maybe $20. It gives you 25% off during regular days and on sale days, it gives you 50% off. They will send you a text to notify you of sale the day before when they have too much treasure. This program is good for Treasure Coast locations, Palm City, PSL, Stuart, Jensen Beach. Parking is plentiful as it shares the lot with Home Depot. There are good amount of blue shopping carts. The changing room might be open but depends. Same as bathroom. Water faucet is off. Enjoy your treasure hunt. read more

Way over priced..u can buy new at new same price on certain items..I was shocked to see a table top conventional oven priced at $380 used and no box or instructions..I'm sorry but very greedy ..most items priced high. Isn't this supposed to be a thrift store to help those people who are struggling and in need?..couldn't tell by prices.just because store located in Stuart or Jensen bch where alot of people can afford a better way of life doesn't mean these thrift stores that take on the name of Salvation army shouldnt reflect on that..there's alot of people here that can't afford the prices that they put out..they need a store that is fair honest and hold themselves in high Moral Turpitude..reflect on this.... read more

The Jensen Beach Goodwill Boutique has everything I look for in a Goodwill. The clothes are shelved by size. There's a fitting room with enough room for two wheelchairs to spin around at once. Both bathrooms are clean, accessible, and unisex. Sure, the prices are a bit higher, but the merchandise is usually worth it. It sure doesn't look like much from the outside -- the shopping plaza it's in has surely seen better times -- but where else are you going to find a sterling silver Man in the Moon baby rattle for only $200? read more

Stay far away from this store! Overpriced and rude staff. I picked a old camera off a shelf and took it over to see if my wife might be interested only to have it plucked out of my hands by Sandi, the "assistant manager." I was told that if I wanted it, it would be at the register. I might have understood had it been behind a counter or in a case. Then when I went to buy it (which I did; I've long supported Goodwill and their programs), I got a story about "thing being stolen." I could not believe it!! Being treated like this over a $10 broken camera! Go elsewhere and avoid this store! read more

Well organized and fairly clean, but overpriced for what they are selling. Associates are friendly.

The store its self is clean and well organized but the prices are full retail in believable . the word thrift implies cheaper prices for those who either can't or don't pay retail for new items. They receive everything free and want to make a million dollars off of each item shame on you . a example of this is their used wedding gown section. Unlaundered and wrinkled gowns prices at 275.00 when I saw this I went to a 99.00 bridal sale ,I got a four hundred dollar dress for 99.00 plus tax .what a shame that those same dress that could have helped some bride will sit there a long time .No sale here!!!!!!!!!!! read more

goodwill used to mean something, when an otherwise perfectly good loveseat has a small 2 inch wear marks, they call the whole thing worn out, when the whole rest of it is spotless cushions puffy new not sunken in, it's obvious these people are only interested in making a buck, i'm sure there's thousands of families who would laugh and happily take it, i remember the days when goodwill meant giving things to people who had less then others, but when they refuse a perfectly and obviously good couch, with no stains no rips no tears, no odors, it's clear this organization is only out to make a buck. so seriously think before you decide to donate to these people, read their list of what theill take and what they wont. if you didnt just buy it and its not name brand, and they cant charge double for something they get for free, i strongly suggest not calling these people, i mean honestly a 2 inch square barely noticable wear mark on a cushion no less ???? you people should be ashamed. shame on you !!!!!! they want flat screen tv's and alacart premium furniture. there used to be a day when something had years more use that was good enough. frankly this store sickens me, as a paralized vet who barely used the furniture they rejected, that a family in need would have gladly taken,, this store disgusts me.....goodwill my rear!!!! read more
