Prices are high for a donation , free donations that suppose to be to help low income families.

The store is not very well kept and hard to shop. CDs are stacked one on top of another in a table. Many items are clearly broken.

The selection isn't bad, but the prices seem high (compared to Salvation Army and a couple local shops).

This store is huge, a lot to choose from. I think that it's overpriced on used things.

I have been to the Salvation Army in Manchester as well and really don't like it.

I felt bad throwing it in the trash, because it was only a couple of months old. I am aware that goodwill does not take furniture donations so I called this location and they confirmed that they would take it. We packaged it up and drove quite a distance to this location only to get there, and they said that they will not accept that type of wood (??) Now, I am not sure as to why this was not disclosed to us at the point that we called, or, why a donation center is so picky about excepting donations? But I can tell you that this will be the last time that we ever donate to the Salvation Army, or at least try to. Gas is not free, the miles on my leased car or not free, and we were trying to do something good to help out a family who might need some furniture so it is unfortunate that they turned it away. The woman even said, "it's a beautiful piece." So, if there goal is to help people in the community as they claim, perhaps not being so picky about what you accept might help the community further.

The young woman we spoke with was unfriendly from the start, and before we even had a chance to show her the clothing we brought in, she focused almost entirely on reasons we shouldn't consign rather than explaining the process or giving us any reason to want to work with your store. I've been consigning with high-end shops for decades and have never been treated this way. The experience felt dismissive and off-putting, and we left without even showing what we brought. I won't be returning.

A $350 Michael Kors Boutique Satchel which sold right away for $24.99 and my payout was $14.99! A Madewell utility jacket, which sold right away and I made $9.88! Are you kidding me? Something seems disturbingly off here to me. There is no way this makes sense and I am not the only reviewer saying this, read the reviews for yourself. I would think twice before entrusting my items to this consignment. You might be shocked and upset at your payouts, like I am/was. AND to add insult to injury, the employees are not pleasant to deal with. They all seem to hate their jobs here and let you know with their attitudes that they are doing you a favor taking your paltry items in. Ha! Just all around bad attitudes, the old lady with the short hair being the worst of the bunch.

I usually come here when I want to find some softly used dress pants like an H&M brand that doesn't break my budget. You'll find everything sorted by color or type like a shorts or pants. I walked out with some decent dark green pants that lets me explore colors in my wardrobe without it being too much on my wallet in case I don't like what I purchased. I know there are times during the year that they remove seasonal clothes just like any other retail store so I would keep an eye out for those times to really take the savings. I haven't sold anything to them lately but I do know that they are pretty fair and quick with their assessments. If you are looking for some adventure in clothing this could be a nice stop for you.

I'm a young woman with similar tastes to what's in fashion and always keep my clothes in great condition, no pilling/rips/stains etc. I'm very thorough and familiar with the process. I go back after receiving a DONE text very shortly after we left. They took NOTHING. Gave bs reasons as to why, but I graciously took the bins to Salvation Army drop off just like I always do after. As I'm donating them I see that they are folded EXACTLY HOW I FOLDED THEM. UNTOUCHED. Meaning that these lazy little girls just glanced at the top layer and tossed it aside to save themselves some work. I've never had this issue with their sister store, Once Upon a Child, they are fantastic. But Plato's... this is utterly ridiculous, and makes me not want to even shop with you anymore.
