I was cursed out in Spanish by Angie . First of all Cadwell location has amazing staff except for Angie . Everyone there is happy and kindly ready to help . Please continue to go here and if you speak Spanish please report this issue bellow . Many calls are needed for a change . It needs to be known that this happend and we need answers to see what will be done about this . My daughter wanted a toy behind the counter and I asked Tracy ( the person at the register that I was checking-out with . If my daughter could get a toy and if she could give it to her . Angie got maniac crazy screaming at me in Spanish and wouldn't stop. I told Angie she was on the clock to stop and she was in the background screaming at me and cursing at me in Spanish calling me names .she said she didn't care . Debbie the manager in duty did nothing when she came back to help me return the things I bought. Angie continued to curse at me in Spanish . Angie was not stopped .Debbie didn't do anything and continue to do my return. Debbie eventually said " Angie stop " with a laughter and didn't stop Angie , as she continue to curse at me in Spanish . I asked Debbie for the corporate number and she said she didn't know it , Angie continue to scream at me then said I could google it if I wanted to . this is not store policy . It was humiliating . Mental health is important , there is no sane reason to curse at anyone while purchasing items . I hope Goodwill addresses this issue to where Angie no longer gets to curse at anyone in any languages she knows . Spanish speakers should be welcome and not by cursing at us . This Goodwill is awkwardly packed to the brim in all sections. I love me some clutter and digging but I was unable to dig out of fear of the whole shelf contents falling on me. This is the fullest Goodwill out there, maybe ever, ever. I have been to a ton of second hand stores. There is some great news with that, selection! Selection! Selection! Especially in the clothes and purse selection! Goldmine! Parking and getting out back to the main road is chaotic. There is a neighboring second hand store so it is double chaotic especially on a weekend. Don't expect to take a left turn to exit. Worth a stop if you have some time to look! read more

I don't know why I still find myself supporting GWI as it does no good outside of GWI. They do little to support anyone who doesn't work for them. I've been looking for Bar Items and found a Cocktail Shaker. A perfect item for my bar. It's cap was stuck and I said, if I can get this top off, I'm going to buy it. I did free the top. Went to the front and asked how much this item was as it had no tag. I was told. It can't be sold without a tag. Bummer. I'm still a little bummed out about it. She could have been accommodating and made a sale but here we are instead. The real problem is that right next door is the IDAHO YOUTH RANCH which does help young people and has better products by far. So when you're in the area don't even bother with GWI. Do some young people a favor. GWI is a profit only organization. read more

I never find anything good here. All the items are thrown into the shelves haphazardly making it difficult to even see what is there. Most of it appears to be trash or broken in some way. Not worth the time. read more

The employees taking donations at this location are kind, courteous, and respectful of the donations they are taking. If you have any questions, they will try to answer the best they can or ask someone else who can help you with what you need. I go here often and pretty much all my kids clothes are purchased from here. I find like new , great clothes. I love it! I've found several shirts with the original tags still on for less than half the price new! I find the store to be like all other Goodwill's as far as cleanliness. read more

I don't visit Goodwills often and I'm from outa state wasn't expecting much but my expectation was blown away because what I saw inside showed they appreciate their community, letting kids play simple Halloween games to letting TGG studio inspire kids to stay active. This is the filthiest Goodwill store I've ever been in! Crap all over the floors, can't even push a cart thru. The books are just thrown into the shelves. Mismanaged, DIRTY store. read more
