On May 20, 2026, I purchased a loveseat from Ashley Furniture. The loveseat was a floor model. At…read morethe time of purchase, the salesperson explicitly informed me that if I was not satisfied with the loveseat, I would have three days to return it. The office manager was seated nearby during this conversation and was aware of the terms that were communicated to me. The loveseat was delivered on May 28, 2026. The following morning, May 29, 2026, I decided that the loveseat was not suitable for my needs and contacted Ashley Furniture to arrange a return. When I spoke with the office manager, she initially informed me that the loveseat could not be returned. I reminded her that I had been told at the time of purchase that I had a three-day return period. She then stated that a return would be allowed, provided I paid a $150 retrieval fee. I agreed to the fee, and she instructed me to come to the store to make the payment. After driving to the store, I was informed by the office manager that the loveseat could not be returned after all because it was a floor model. She acknowledged that the salesperson had told me I had three days to return the loveseat, so she was aware of the conversation. If she knew it was wrong information, she should have said so before I made the purchase. The store manager then joined the discussion and likewise stated that the loveseat could not be returned. However, he also acknowledged that I had been told I could return the loveseat within three days. When I asked him directly whether I had been given incorrect information, he apologized and admitted that I had indeed been told I had a three-day return window, but stated that there was nothing he could do and would not stand behind their word. In addition, the delivery driver also informed me at the time of delivery that I had three days to return the loveseat if I chose not to keep it. As a result, three Ashley Furniture employees--the salesperson, the office manager, and the store manager--as well as the delivery driver, acknowledged that I was told I had a three-day return period. Despite these admissions, Ashley Furniture has refused to honor the terms that were represented to me when I made the purchase. Buyer beware, stay away from Ashley. They are not a company you can trust.

I let her know that I shop at other Stauffers locations frequently and have never received that response. Unbeknownst to this individual, it was another clerk from a different Stauffers who told me to always check in via the app upon arriving as many people forget to use the check-in app after they complete their shopping. So going off of what I was previously told by another Stauffers clerk at a different location, I told this clerk that I decline to shop in a store that makes me feel unwelcome and unappreciated. She doubled down that this is their policy and I left the store. Her need to exhibit lackluster, dismissive and racist energy toward me lost Stauffers my business. Had I been white, I do not believe this woman would have treated me in such a manner. The Red Door Consignment Gallery has an amazing selection of product over its 3 floors, though one floor is geared more towards office furniture. It is a warehouse-like building that can be a lot of walking if you're one who has to explore every nook and cranny. The air circulation is managed with the help of large fans throughout. This was an important detail because, during our most recent visit, Hbg was experiencing one of its hottest days of the year. We were grateful for the fans, and would have appreciated an offer of bottled water too. The staff leave customers alone, but are happy to help or to answer questions if needed. They have a supply of tape measures that shoppers can borrow during their visit. They also provide moving services if needed. All in all we enjoy shopping here periodically, and may even look into having them sell some of our unused furniture.

Today, I discovered Tabitha Brown's Donna's Recipes hair products line. This Target still has a nice selection of Valentine items. I was able to get in and out of the store without any long lines. The staff at this location is consistently friendly and helpful. Target consistently offers excellent value through Circle Value discounted deals and its selection.

Decided only to buy a canfdle and get out. Found candle and went to self checkingout but there were no bags except thos all over the floor. Lady at selfcheckout just looked at her phone and the ceiling but not at shoppers. I left the candle right there with all the other things people just put down and walked out and walked around the hand carts and trash that had piled up.
