This location is hit or miss. It's disappointing when they place scratchy items or clothing with hardware next to delicate fabrics, causing holes and ruining the other pieces. A little more care in sorting and handling items would help prevent unnecessary damage. read more

They do have a lot of clothess but they lack of organization skills a lot of clothing mixed up . You will find shorts In where the shirts are. The bathrooms súper clean and smelling good but the changing rooms (Ive used 2 different ones) needs paint in one seemed like there was à strip of blood. read more

If you know how to look, you can find some real gems here. It's not nearly as clean or well kept as some of the other thrift stores around, and it's a toss up if the employees are lovely or not that day, but what I can say is of all other thrift stores in the area they have the best prices and the craziest deals. I don't want to give away too much about how good they are (so it stays a secret for us in the community), so please enjoy the hunt and see for yourself! This Goodwill is located just west of Interstate 95 on the south side of the street. The sign on the marquee says, "boutique" and "donation center". The store is large, clean, and organized. The majority of the store is clothing. And of that, there's much more women's clothes than men's or kids. We browsed the whole store easily. Aisles are wide enough and categories of clothing, etc. are clearly marked. We didn't buy much here. We came looking for some pajamas for an upcoming pajama party. But I always browse the bric a brac in case I can find an addition cup to match my diner style coffee mugs, among other things. Their prices weren't bad. We've shopped more expensive Goodwill stores before. However, they were more than Salvation Army and other local thrifts, but we were in the area, and it was a convenient stop. We certainly wouldn't go out of our way to come here, but if passing by, we just might -- as stock at these places changes frequently. read more

I've been a patron of this Goodwill location for years. I really enjoy the new layout and aesthetic changes they've made. Granted, I miss the membership deals and discounts. Although, they professed to carry better merchandise when axing the program. To their credit, my friend and I did find some great scores on our recent visit. It's too soon to decipher if it was a coincidence or if indeed it is true. Some days, we leave with nothing and others we leave with a cartload. More often than not, we leave with purchases. It's definitely worth checking out if you're a fellow thrifter. read more

Goodwill was found in 1902 by Boston Minister, Reverand Edgar J. Helms. He took donations from wealthy Bostonians and hired people who were poor and who could fix the items. The items were then given to the people who worked on them or they were resold. Goodwill's philosophy is "a hand up, not a hand out". Today Goodwill has become a $5 billion nonprofit organization that provides job training, employment, and community programs for people who have disabilities that might prevent them from getting a job on their own. This Goodwill store is one of their boutique locations that sell name brands and items may be priced higher than a traditional Goodwill store. There is another boutique Goodwill in Boca but is a much smaller store. The boutique locations try to make their stores look nicer than a traditional Goodwill. This boutique store had a ton of Christmas items. They also had a large selection of clothes and housewares. They had luxury purses but I can never tell if they are real. I really liked their back section marked vintage. They had a glass table that I fell in love with but there was no way it was going to fit in my car. I had fun treasure hunting and ending up leaving with a replica of the St. Augustine Lighthouse for $2. read more

This is a very large Goodwill. It does seem to be a ton of merchandise turnover here in very quick successIon. They have half off days for different things so pay attention to those. Easy parking. read more

Nice attendant in back. Unloaded several boxes clothing and shoes. Gave me receipt. Easy drop off, drive around.

In the morning you have to look around to find the cashier. One would think they would keep an eye for people trying to,pay. I have to go and find them to give them my money. They do not let you return items anymore. I would try on at home and normally keep the items, but this time it didn't fit and they will not let me exchange. Trying to get into the locked fitting rooms is just as bad as trying to pay my money. read more

The people who asssisted me with my donating old clothes and other possessions were very helpful. Once I figured out where to drop off my donations, it was easy peasy. And it's right around the corner fro Lingonberry Coffee so that is a plus as well. Overall a good experience and will return to provide more donations. read more

I've been visiting this location for years, and it has really gone downhill. There used to be much more in the way of name brand clothing, shoes and purses, so this location was more like a Goodwill Boutique, but not any more. The store is pretty dusty but it is large and has future, housewares, books, and decor in addition to clothing. read more

I just love a good thrift store and this place is awesome!! I find really good things here, from home decor to shoes to clothes!! The people that work here are really nice, too and dropping off your donations are a breeze! Just go in the back of the store and there's people there to help. This is an excellent store to browse through if you like to go thrifting. You never know what you'll find! Some of the highlights I've found there are Michael kors purses and heels, coach shoes, Vince sweaters, soma loungewear, loads of under armor gym clothes for myself and husband, Lacoste shirts for my husband, Waterford crystal, a mother of pearl caviar shell dish with a carved spoon and fork, an American girl doll, an ugg zip up hoodie, super cute dresses, tanks and tops, leggings, work pants, jean jackets (just got a Guess one the other day), top shop shoes, and the list goes on and on. I don't recommend. I won't be back. Compared to the other stores in Gulfstream chain, they are priced higher. In addition they put out damaging probated product that stabbed me, a screw from a broken part. The prices are higher comparative. $24.99 for a broken fabric beach lounge chair. Thankfully it was 50% off for gold members but replacement fabric isn't easy to find as no brand nor model is shown nor it is only a few dollars to replace. read more

Goodwill has gotten way too expensive. They put everything online and give the garbage to the stores. They are definitely a for profit organization and are making money hand over fist from online sales. It's really a shame. I won't shop there anymore. read more

Most expensive goodwill I have ever been to. It's kinda weird because you can go to the other goodwills around west palm and find the almost exact same items for way less. When I walk around an average goodwill, I'm usually surprised to see anything aside from furniture be more than a few bucks. I usually can get a bunch of items (maybe a couple household items and a few clothes) for about 20-30$. Almost every single thing I touched in this good will was at least 10$. I even saw junky old phones and they were asking 20$. Stay away if you are trying to save money (which I assume you are, why else would you be thrifting?) I personally would recommend thrift store on corner of military and westroads Dr. for inexpensive items. If you want a less expensive goodwill, corner of Haverhill and okeechobee is your spot. read more

What a place for finding inexpensive home goods. The venue is large and they have a variety of items for the home. If I were into decorating, this place can furnish several unique items. I also like knowing they employ people who need a second chance. I use their donation drop off area quite often. It is convenient. Drive up, place your items in the cart and receive a receipt. So easy when de-cluttering your home. It is rewarding to support your local Goodwill once in a while. read more

This Goodwill is under new management and the manager isn't very nice. I've bought a lot of stuff from this Goodwill for the past couple years - I visit it on a weekly basis. Not too long ago, I went in and saw a HD-DVD player for a Xbox 360. It was priced at $99 which was wrong because the person that priced it thought it was the actual Xbox 360 unit itself. I talked to a manager and told her that what they're selling was not the Xbox 360 console and that it was only the HD-DVD player which sells for about $20 on eBay. She didn't want to listen to me and told me to goto eBay. Very rude and unprofessional. read more

While it is attractive and neat, there were some problems. I found a shoe in a purse bin. Was actually just what I was looking for! hunted everywhere and couldn't find the other shoe. Salesclerk was unhelpful. Then 2 employees were arguing loudly- they almost came to blows. My goodness, what a place.....Not impressed and I am a devotee of Goodwill usually. read more
