She started following me around as I shopped, she followed my 8 year old daughter and came to make sure I was going to purchase a precious moment plate my daughter picked out and placed in our shopping basket. At that point I asked my daughters to not touch anything and stay by me cause she is assuming we are stealing things so asked them to keep their hands to themselves. I was literally in front of the register, after picking out a dress leaving the hanger behind she rudely said (mind you, while she is attending to a customer at the register, still watching us.) "I'm going to need the hanger with that!" She stated to the customer she does that so she knows people aren't stealing. I said well you should just search peoples backpacks instead of following them around the store making it a weird and uncomfortable shopping experience. Or have signs up asking to keep the hangers with the clothes. She said no we don't do that. Oh but you follow people and assume they are thieves !!? Either she is prejudiced or menopausal or both! Cause when I asked her where can I return the precious moment plate she rudely said as she pointed to my daughter " well she knows she took it from there!" Excuse me lady but you followed me around with the metal stand asking if I was going to purchase what my daughter picked out! Well either way , I left everything there , not ever spending a penny at this awful place again. I told her she is rude and demeaning! She also accused my daughter! I told her I did not like her insinuating we were stealing and this place definitely uses Faith based as a cover. This owner or worker is self righteous, rude, biased and disrespectful! Please stay away from this place, if she can treat children the way she did today, this place should make zero money! Ridiculous prices, go to Ross , TJ max or other thrift stores, please do not donate here. Horrible service and horrible experience.

If you go around the holiday time, just know that the store is quite busy. It doesn't take away from the experience at all and the employees are super friendly and helpful and the line to purchase your goods moves quickly. Great donation center in Paso Robles . One reviewer below is complaining they wouldn't not…read moreunload a whole truck of furniture. It's one guy taking donations and you unload your own vehicle. Most these people are older retirement age and it's on you to bring people if you can't unload your vehicle. Frivolous complaint and she said it was Atascadero but she posted to PR location Yelp. Geez! I prefer Atascadero because it's an easier drive through and when I can combine it with errands there I do. Paso has tiny parking area and you have to pull in and park in about 4 spaces if open. Usually at least 3 are. But anyway. Yah. Park. Unload your own stuff and the guy brings over a cart to place items into if not furniture. Your misc items need to be in bags or a box usually I use goodwill a lot because I itemize in taxes. So it's a write off. I see so much in Facebook marketplace that people might be donating instead. Such minor stuff to bother selling. My opinion and this is for charity. Goodwill provides some jobs as well to those that might not get them otherwise. Anyway. I recommend Goodwill. Atascadero or Paso Ribles. Also check out their Paso Robles store in downtown. I bought a large turkey platter there and some glassware. It's also a good spot when your kids move out of the house and need furniture or kitchen items, and more. Enjoy!

The LV fringe bag can be found for about $1000 other places. If you want to pay above market prices go ahead. They do layaway if that helps. I found this shop when I was searching for a breakfast spot (we ended up down the street at the Kitchenette), hoping to buy a jacket in the nick of time. Amazingly, I walked in and immediately my eyes were drawn to the rack of creams, tans and browns - colors that would all match my dark cerulean floral dress. I pulled out the first item that appealed to me and low and behold, it fit perfectly! It was a little pricey at $100, but truly a steal for the Nordstrom brand and suede fabric - definitely a timeless piece. The woman who helped me was very kind, and even entered me into a raffle for a gift card (despite me not living in the area). Right now they have a lot of summer sale items, and 30% off their back racks. The store isn't large, but they have a robust selection of dresses, sweaters and jackets, boots, bags and more. I love to shop second-hand and would be a regular if I lived in the area. I have to mention - I got SO many compliments on my new jacket! Guess it was a good thing that I forgot to bring one from home ;)
