I've only been to this location twice however I always find good buys. The store is clean, fully stocked, great name and generic brands in good condition. Great value for your money. The staff is helpful. There is plenty of parking on the lot.

I was really impressed by the selection here, I found a lot of cool stuff for extremely reasonable prices. Armelle at checkout was so sweet and lovely to talk to. I found some great clothes and cds! My only complaint was there was NO sizing. All the sizes are mixed together so it was really difficult to shop the racks. It took a lot longer than it normally would to browse.

I will start off by echoing previous reviewers: the service by staff is great, this is NOT a superstore, selection is subpar when you factor in price point, BUT they have great up-to-date brand new books. A shopper in the aisle with me had a cart full of new, perfect condition books you'd find curated at the front of any Barnes & Noble. I found a handful of good ones myself (she took all the best ones). Now to revisit price point - I don't live in Maryland. I'm from the Bay Area in CA which has been the most expensive area to live in the US for the last 5 years. The prices at this little "superstore" Goodwill are ridiculous in comparison to even the best Goodwills I've visited in Silicon Valley, to the Oakland Hills, to even Pacifica. Talbots dresses for $20, ok-condition middle of the mall boots for $45, a Target tee shirt minimum is $5.75. Hell, I saw very used Walmart sweats for $10. I've found a pair of Rick Owen's pants for $7 and an Issey Miyaki blouse for $12 in Oakland so let's BE FOREAL Annapolis. know rent for this commercial space cannot possibly be that expensive. Be VERY foreal. Who is allowing yall to get away with this? Otherwise, the store is rather organized and abundant in both gently used and brand new items. It is sufficiently staffed. I'd come back for the books and nothing more.

I was in the area and decided to stop by with high hopes. First, because it was called a superstore, so that set an expectation second, because of its geographic proximity to Annapolis, so I was expecting a good bit of higher and items. Irate, thrift stores on sent, size, selection, organization, and price. This gets a four-star percent. I wasn't hit with the thrift store smell as soon as I walked into the door. Because it's self a super store, which made me think it was going to be large, but this is a medium sized store. Not quite sure what is super about it. It gets 2 to 3 stars on selection. The housewares section was slim pickings. As was books, electronics, and furniture. The clothing area gets 3 to 3.5 stars. Poorly organized the sizes were mixed and I was able to find a few decent pieces pricing even for a small blouse was minimum $5.09. Lastly, I went in the late afternoon evening, and there was no lighting in the parking lot which made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. Overall, I wouldn't rush back to this location. I am amazed that Goodwill is still trying to compete with 2nd Ave. thrift, because those stores are always packed, well organized and great pricing .

AVOID this store and choose another location. The DM here is off her rocker & the prices have continued to increased by leaps and out of bounds!! Items that would normally be reasonable & in line (with other charitable org.) have now turned into a personal subsidy, by way of price gouging by somebody who is grossly out of touch!!! Reminder: these items are *DONATED* they proceeds, of which to go to *charity* not your personal fund. As one who is a frequent advocate and philanthropist to maaaany charities, and involved in the non profit sector, this locations poor mismanagement! Apparently someone thinks this new iteration under their tutelage is reason to celebrate "my little pony" versus charitable Goodwill. This is not just a reflection of mine but 99% of the customers that frequent here. District manager or not - would be wise to take note of your customer base... And, learn some basic math, pricing & service. I've spent and donated easily thousands here. There's more "mess" then a little bit between the isles & in the back, a thorough cleaning of house is in order. Maybe someone on their Yatch in "corporate" will do a drive by and see for themselves, if they care; but by the run down looks and piss poor direction of this location-- they don't. Reminder: it's goodwill not my little side hustle... I'm 'good' on this Goodwill. Donate elsewhere. Shop elsewhere. This is a scam.

Great store, open on Sunday not far from the US Naval Academy, maybe 4 blocks, large outdoor items outside the front door.

I also saw some old-school children's books! The hubs and I stopped by while we were in the area, and we were greeted warmly. I am so thankful for finding this place…read more I made a video about their store, because it is so amazing. Erika and Sarah are two amazing owners and artist that have combined their powers to create such a beautiful experience that serves the community and each and every way. This store has multiple rooms with multiple vintage items. I myself got a ring that I wear every single day, and prince one piece bathing suit that is derived of a painting that Erika made herself. I also bought little silk vintage Asian outfits for my toddlers, as they have a great children's selection as well. They were playing the movie Grease in the store and they have wonderful music. The dressing rooms are all music themed and a lot of the store is inspired by music and art. The value of the clothes are also great. The business owners do well in making great deals. I have never found a vintage store quite like this place. I am from Los Angeles, where we have a ton of vintage stores, and this one in Maryland has swept me away. I have never met anyone who incorporates their own art into a vintage fashion in my whole life.

We paid in full for a custom vanity in late August after being assured that our project would be prioritized and completed quickly. Over the next several months, we repeatedly requested the progress updates and photos we were told we would receive. Instead, we were given multiple estimated completion dates that came and went without any product, updates, or supporting information. By mid-November--after more than two months of delays and asking for realistic timelines so we could coordinate with other contractors--we were informed that the business would not complete the project. The owner cancelled our order outright and issued a full refund. While we do appreciate that the refund was processed promptly, the cancellation caused a significant setback to our bathroom renovation, especially after we had already structured our broader project timeline around the commitments made earlier. We made a deliberate effort to support a local Annapolis business, but our experience was disappointing and disruptive. Customers considering custom work here should be aware of the repeated delays, lack of communication, and ultimate cancellation we encountered.
