My favorite thrift in the spot is the books. They are very reasonably priced and you can get quite a few or under a dollar, which is pretty impossible in a lot of other thrift stores. The staff here is friendly and helpful. They have a little boutique section in the front where they keep the newer clothing with tags, and more designer wise items. I do think some of their prices are on the higher end, which is disappointing when you're trying to get some affordable items. Clothing, however, it's usually reduced, so along with the books a good purchase. Not so much their purses, and some of their other accessories. It's worth a visit to search through their treasures and find some good thrifts. This is not my favorite thrift store, but it will be some of the goodwill prices in a pinch.

Before selling you need to sign up through their system and create an account which is super easy. I came on a weekday so they weren't too busy and after 30min they gave me my offer. They seemed to be a more trendy type of shop and a lot of my clothes was a little more formal for their style so they didn't buy a lot from what I brought (I think they are more tailored to GenZ just FYI). I did browse through their store a little bit but frankly their clothes was not my style and they did not have a lot of XS or small petite clothing. One thing do worth noting is that they have a huge selection for guys, and saw some pretty cool vintage stuff for men.

I realize thrift stores rely on donations, but several items we picked up were marked boutique but appeared more than lightly worn. Many of the clothing items were heavily worn and not in good repair. A necklace behind the counter was missing more than a few gems. The store is organized by categories but the lighting is awful, and makes it seem dirty even if it isn't, and there are dead ends/blocked aisles that require you to turn around and go the other way. Staff seemed friendly enough. I interacted 3 times with a young male teen and he seemed pretty low key minimal interaction but by the 3rd chat we hit it off to to speak. He's probably just slow to warm up. I did try on a few clothing items that I purchased. My friend also found something. But I don't think we will add this to our list of shops to frequent.

A driveway with a sign for drop off will direct you to the back of the house. A large sign is posted on the fence of items they do not accept. All the items sold at the thrift shop are well organized and labeled nicely. There are so many good finds! Lots of antiques and vintage items too. The ladies that work at the shop are very kind, friendly, and helpful. I bought a vintage knit nativity scene that I absolutely love, Christmas lights, coasters, and a tree skirt. They offer military discount on Thursday and senior discount on Friday. I had a blast at this shop and will be back. Besides the Helotes Humane society next door, there's also a small dog park behind it.

The shop is well organized, doesn't smell bad like other thrift shops I've been. The merchandise is organized and clean. They have a very good and clean bathroom and fitting room. They also hold your items at the cashier , so don't have to drag the basket around. Prices were amazing and even bought a fenton glass basket with a huge discount! Ever since COVID, it seems like it has tried to become a Texas thrift trying to promote clothes, but did not do it successfully. Their prices and value are also not quite up to par. Compared to similar thrift stores in the area. My biggest issue today? Customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I feel like they were uncomfortable because of all the pictures I was taking? The two ladies in front kept staring and whispering to each other and looking back at me. I decided to give them the benefits of the doubt- they must have better things to talk about? I had nothing with me but my mobile, so why were they following me around? I looked through the clothes for about twenty minutes, then went over to the shoes, then back to the clothes. Then I went over to request getting into the fitting rooms, which were locked. One lady from the front came over as I stood there. "Something wrong?" Was the first thing she said to me. Taken aback, I replied, no, I was trying to get into a fitting room, please? I showed her my three garments. "Were you putting clothes back?" "What?" "My associates said you were putting clothes back." I looked at her blankly. "They said you took some and were putting them back in the shoes section." "I apologize, ma'am, I do not know what you are talking about," I answered in the most polite voice, even though I was getting increasingly frustrated. "They saw you. Take clothes and put them by the shoes." At this point, I was ready to leave. If this was how they were treating customers, I was not about to beg to be let into the fitting room, let alone give them my business. "I do not know what you are talking about, How about we go to the shoes and you can show me? I did not put anything there, only the clothes I have in my hands." "No. They took them away", she replies. Silence. "I am going to have you ask you to leave," she says. I don't even care anymore. Frankly, I am not sure whether I am more puzzled by how this confusion has taken place or more shocked that they have the audacity to treat a customer like this with no grounds. She did not even try to communicate with me with kindness. She was accusatory, told me to leave, and that was that. I left. Never plan to return. Good riddance. Highly not recommended. Zero stars!

This is a really great thrift store, and I really appreciated that they also had dressing rooms…read more They also had such a good selection of different brands like Loft, Ann Taylor, aritzia, Zara, banana republic, etc. The deals they had were also great like women's tops were $5, jackets were $8, etc., and they had all the prices posted on the flyer at the entrance of the store. All the staff in the store was really on top of everything and were constantly restocking the racks and getting things organized. It was a great thrifting experience.
