On each piece of furniture there is a QR code to help calculate delivery fees and the service that provides it. Unfortunately I could not use the QR code because there is no Wi-Fi available in the store. I was told it was due to too many people filming influencers, and those taking photos to resell items. When I went outside to see if I could calculate the shipping and delivery cost, with the Q r code, I still wasn't able to do it. And left without furniture. My main reason for going. When I asked for help from other people who worked at the store, unfortunately they just said sorry and that was it. It's a shame. They really did have some really unusual pieces.

I went for an auctioninja pickup. Where is it? No CLUE! Her space is in a GIANT building, but you would never know according to the instructions or google maps, for that matter. "DOOR 1!!!DOOR 1!!!" She frantically says over the phone when I call her. She is annoyed, she does not sound well. I just want to pick up my damn auction win. Door 1? Is it a store? What am I looking for?? Both the owner, Michelle, as well as Jill, could not have been more welcoming, helpful, and informative to both my daughter and I. They explained their system, which was almost identical to that of my former consignment shop. There was no odor of any kind in the store, that sometimes happens, and my daughter even purchased a summer dress.
