Sometimes the prices here feel too much for the actual piece of clothing but other times, it's alright. The staff is cool tho

A few steps up and we opened the door to a Pandora's box of goodies! Cool vibe with good music to accompany your shopping adventure. Cashier and one other person walking the floor and available for any questions you may have Not looking for anything particular but one never knows what treasure they will find here. Clearly marked racks made finding sizes and designs easy. Prices were good, some items were priced well below what I anticipated while other pieces were spot on worth wise. Everything I looked at was clean and in good shape, ready for a new home. Really though the purple furry jacket would have been the cats meow for his GF but we passed it by. I'm sure someone will give it a good home

I can't even begin to name how many pieces at other (non size organized) stores that I've fallen in love with and realized would not fit me. As a final thing that's sent this into 5 stars- it has been a long time since I've been to a vintage shop with such a high level of size inclusivity. As someone who has fluctuated in size throughout the years (yet my love of vintage remains), being able to shop in the xl - plus range was an absolute dream. If I lived in the area, I would be there on a biweekly basis because I just know I would keep finding incredible things.

Such a great curated thrift shop! It's 90s to 2000s memorabilia in every nook and cranny. I'm…read moreobsessed. I'm so happy with the pieces I picked up here and how reasonable the prices were. I scored a genuine leather flat cap from Meyer the Hatter for $25. When I got home, I looked up the original price and it was $125! Huge steal. I then also grabbed a vintage 90s style striped fleece henley long sleeve for $20. They had your usual vintage clothes and shoes but they also had everything from MTV Raps cards to every little accessory you could think of. Everything is neatly organized by size and color, which made browsing so easy and honestly so enjoyable. I really appreciated how intentional the layout felt. And then the second room... not only do they have 3 dressing rooms but HELLO NOSTALGIA. They have a TV and a Super Nintendo setup where you can literally play Super Mario in between shopping. 10 STARS. I swear shopping here healed a tiny part of my inner child. On top of all that, the women working were really sweet and helpful. Weekend Vintage is an absolute gem of a place. I'll definitely be back.

I've been shopping at Plato's for a couple of years now and I enjoy the thrifting aspect and…read moreenvironmental benefits that come with thrifting and buying second hand-- I can say the prices are affordable-- most of the products there are sold for pretty cheap. If your shopping for a specific brand it can be more expensive, but true to the item, I saw these Nike shoes that were reselling for $60 and they are used and worn through-- to be expected for a thrift but they were still in good condition-- I didn't end up buying them because they were out of budget for me at the time-- I might go back to see if they still have them maybe-- they have a lot of cute summer stuff, and they sell bras and all kinds of clothes-- you definitely have to sift through to find something really good! The staff is very to themselves unless your at the register or being direct with a question, other then that they don't really bother you while they are working-- seeing the other reviews kinda makes me sad because I do enjoy this place-- but I heard it can be hard if you're trying to resell your cloths and get some money off them! I haven't experienced this yet-- I've yet to want to sell any of my own cloths to this store, but according to the reviews I might choose elsewhere.

Dang. I feel like the reviews are harsh. I haven't ever sold stuff in this store but do see lots of…read morepeople trying to sell their clothes in big bags. This is more of a hot spot for tweens and teens but you can find some good stuff here if you sift a bit. It still has the goodwill smell but not as bad. General rule of thumb: your clothes you bought for $50 are pretty much worthless the moment you walk out of a store. Plato's closet will probably give you less than $3 a piece because most of the stuff people bring is fast fashion. I've seen some good brands though like everlane, but most things aren't high quality. I did get lucky a found a very nice cashmere sweater, an all cotton sweater, and my new favorite corduroy skirt. My rule of thumb, brand is less important than the material they used so that's how I do my shopping. Staff here is pretty much teens so don't expect the best. Good luck!
