Beware of the electronic items. They are often junk that have not been tested. Remember, the no refund policy.

She was about to give me MORE change back than I was owed and when I pointed it out instead of being treated respectfully and just letting it go I got a lecture on how she can do her job and didn't need my help blah blah blah. I HAVE WORKED IN RETAIL FOR YEARS, I TOO GET BEFUDDLED TRYING TO MAKE CHANGE AFTER A LONG DAY & CANNOT IMAGINE SPEAKING TO ANYONE LIKE THAT, much less a grown women that didn't want to SHORT a charity or cause a problem when she is trying to reconcile her drawer. I'm certain she walked away thinking she really told me. I sure hope she doesn't treat all of her customers that way. Maybe she had a bad day, but I had a shit day and went to goodwill to end on a high note. Maybe berating a customer made her feel better. I sure hope so. Not that it matters but this will no longer be a place I come to for a bit of peace. I'll be back to return this crap tomorrow.

They are putting out new items daily so you will have to go In frequently to find the treasures. A few things to note about shipping at goodwill post- pandemic: 1. They have closed their fitting rooms. An associated advised that upper management has made the decision to revamp the fitting rooms into additional space to display merchandise. If you were thinking they would be opening in the future - it's a strong no. 2. Since they no longer allow you to try items on you can return items. I am not familiar with the policy, but I do believe tags must be attached and be accompanied by a receipt. 3. Stores now close at 8pm every day 4. They have a 99 cent Monday sale. Similar to the color of the week, they will display a color at the front of the store on Monday. If you are lucky enough to find that color you score the item for 99 cent. In regards to the "sales" they are just bait to get you in the store. The staff is trained to pull the tag color of the week. You will rarely find anything of value on sale. Now with all that said, I do encourage you to stop in and check it out! Good luck finding the treasure.

I arrived just as they opened, so they were able to process my entire (small) bin in less than 10 minutes and made what I feel was fair offer for a resale store for the items they wanted. Because it was my first time selling, I asked them to tell me why they didn't take some things so I'd better understand next time. They were very helpful and gave me a style guide explaining exactly what they're looking for at this time. All of the employees were polite and helpful and it was a pleasant experience. The store is definitely geared towards junior/teen styles, and they have specific brands they want to buy. I didn't browse long (since my teenager wasn't with me and they finished my stuff so quickly), but that would be where they might could improve. The place is packed with stuff - like so much I couldn't really love clothes on the rack. They were also having a clearance sale and clearance items were in bins with no apparent size/style/gender divisions which, for me, is far too overwhelming to shop through. Everything was neatly folded, but I imagine it will be a huge mess once people actually start shopping in those bins.

In great condition and they didn't take anything I find it unlikely that they would not take tshirts shorts mens joggers and very nice sneakers . and then the young lady at front said oh yeah they told me to tell you we don't take brands from target . and that's not the only brands I had along with me . Sellers be aware you will be profiled will never go to this location again.

I was aiming to be a first time consigner and entered the facility with what I thought was a positive attitude to partner with a business that seems to generally have a decent reputation. Not sure whether it was just the Monday afternoon blues or the recent election cycle reinforcing the lack of decorum in America or the recent full moon, or any manner of things, but I was met with immediate attitude and disrespect by the oversized, poorly styled, older white woman who was coming on shift between 2:30-3:00pm on Monday, 2nd December at the Marietta location. She spoke to me poorly, rummaged through my belongings angrily, and for no obvious reason (to me, anyway), seemed to be disgusted by my very presence. I am truly shocked that a business about image and fashion that should be in the business of customer service and local/community partnership choose to maintain staff who seem to be in full image and attitude contradiction to what I would imagine they are intending to portray. I 100% do not recommend doing business with these people and only regret that designating negative stars is not an option in this instance.

The staff is very friendly and the flow of the store makes for an enjoyable experience. I have left with pieces from Madewell, Loft, Abercrombie, and Banana Republic. Some items even have original tags still attached! There is a section with designer brands including Ted Baker and the Kate Spade purses are stunning. The best part is - BBPD bucks to use for your next visit and no expiration. Consignment is one of my favorite ways to shop and BBPD is one store you can't miss!

Like most consignment stores, Simple Finds is overwhelming with the amount of inventory they have. It is stacked from entry to exit, from wall to wall and floor to ceiling! They have all the varieties of items you would expect at a consignment store from jewelry, art, furniture, tchotchkes, statues, records, lighting and much more. We like to wander around consignment shops and this area of Chamblee Dunwoody, they are plentiful. So, when we make our trip over this way Simple Finds is always on the list to swing by. We are usually after unique furniture items, and on their good days, Simple Finds has a decent selection from small tables to large cabinets, etc...Outside of the furniture, there is not a lot of items that are eye catching for us here. Service is hit and miss here, never terrible, but also not what I would describe as "friendly" either. Additionally, pricing here is a bit inflated. I get the whole "one persons trash is another persons treasure", but come on... Overall, Simple Finds is a random weekend stop for us on occasion. I will say that visiting here is like visiting a massive neighborhood yard sale, so you get lucky from time to time, but for the most part...it is just a place to browse for us.
