I have been here 3 times now and I've never left empty handed. The staff are always helpful and the store is fairly well kept. The clothing racks are not color sorted like some thrift stores but I can deal. Yesterday's haul: hand crocheted multi-color wool scarf (Urban Outfittersesque) at $4, Guess black leather purse half-off special at $3.50. Did I need either of these items? Very pricey for a goodwill. Good items when you search but expensive for being donated items.. I would come again but not often for my goodwill trips. Everything was marked a high price, but I would go if they have deals. They had a lot of stuff in this goodwill. read more

I was in earshot of the manager. (Blond woman) When she named her price for items she brought out from the back before it was put out on the floor. Are high end sneakers really only $1.00? I want a pair!! High end clothing items $1.00? I want those Jeans!! High end Mink coat $40.00? Not put online for $350.00? Shame on this store and this manager for naming her own prices. I love this Goodwill!! I have NEVER found anything at a goodwill in Denver where I am from. My Husband I happened to be in Boulder back in May 2010, and just happened to stop by. I found so much clothing. work, hangout clothes and even shoes. My Husband on other hand found nothing. This store is manly a Woman's clothing store. The Men's selection is horrible, and usually my husband is the one to get lucky. This last weekend they had 50% of of everything I made out like a bandit. So many rich ppl who live up there getting rid of all there awesome clothing. I am in heaven!! I do not even go to a retail store anymore..Not worth it! I will travel all the way to Boulder for clothing. So worth the drive. All name brand clothes. Love it!!!! So, very happy we decided to stop in that day! read more

Shitty customer service. It takes 45 minutes to get an answer to a question. Pricing is inconsistent. There were women in the men's dressing room and the staff did nothing to persuade women to let a guy use men's dressing rooms. read more

I spy with my little eye: a bunch of out of touch wealthy jagoffs. This specific store has unreasonably priced items. I assume this is because a higher tier of social strata has decidedly started shopping here and driven up prices. I assume that Macklemore kid's song had something to do with it. The merchandise is usually tapped out. There's always the pungent odor of ambergris trailing perfume bathed wealthy people in the store. I often hear "this isn't as gross as I thought" or something of the like from people trying to impress their friends with how fickly "eco-friendly" they are. I like it, the employees are great and it's a good store but I've found better stuff at other stores and dealt with less obnoxious classist patrons (see review below by Haruka). read more

i too hate thrift stores but this one rocks my socks. i found a cashmere sweater for 4 bucks. it had a small hole in the back but i will either sew it or use it for working out or gardening. this place had a good selection and didn't have that funny thrift store odor. read more

When this store first opened, I loved it. I never left empty handed. It was well stocked with quality stuff. Now it is a mess. The furniture porch is a dirty collection of broken and rusty items. Hardly anything new comes in. Really depressing. The shelves are really sparse too. However, if you are looking for clothing, this store does have a great selection in good order. read more

I have stopped frequenting the other thrift stores because the inventory at this one is SO much better!! They are always having a sale so the prices are as good as it gets. The staff is super friendly and helpful and soon learn your name and what you like. I have found some amazing finds here while digging through the racks and bins. Approximately a month ago, I visited this location. Two employees volunteered to load a piece of furniture into my car. I clarified that I had another vehicle I could retrieve if my car couldn't accommodate it, but the employees insisted that they would make it fit, and absolutely jammed it in. Lo and behold, my car is severely damaged in at least ten different sites. Paint is chipped on the bumper, seats and trimming are deeply gouged, and there are dents. When I contacted the branch, a manager told me she'd ensure that a man at the corporate office in Denver would get my information and call me back on Monday (within 48 hours at that point). I have not heard from him or anyone else, and have not been able to reach anyone at the corporate office. His extension inconsistently works, and I've received no response to my voicemails whatsoever. In addition, the main number for the corporate office includes instructions to stay on the line to leave a message, but the number disconnects before an answering machine picks up. Notwithstanding, there are hundreds (maybe thousands) of dollars worth of damage to my car, and I've seen absolutely no effort on behalf of the company to help remediate the situation. I'll amend this review if needed to reflect any changes, such as if I'm contacted by a representative who can remediate the situation. read more

I shopped Nordstroms, Neiman-Marcus, Bloomingdales and Ann Taylor for 50 years when I was a well-off business owner. Now, I shop GoodwillBoulder and find the same things at a tenth of the price. At Goodwill, I have found new hundred-dollar treasures, clothes, kitchen items, linens, furniture.......rarely ever do I buy used stuff there. GW has been bringing in new merchandise from going-out-of-businesses, design disontinues, new labeling. Not only are the staff friendly but the customers are too, having a good time searching for treasures. Now, I find top brand names in all departments. When I tire of my purchase, I go to the delivery entrance and donate it right back. Talk about re-cycling? This is the ultimate way. PS I am still "well-off" and never dip into my savings because I can get every thing I want on a whim at GW with little expense. Remember, EVERYTHING eventually shows up at Goodwill, everything!I like the mission of GW and believe it is the best organized charity of all. read more
