I always find wonderful items at this location. Staff is always helpful and very courteous, even the other customers are fun. Some of the stuff, especially furniture is a little beat up but i know plenty of people refurbish things they buy and they end up with a great piece at a great price. I highly recommend checking this place out. They do have bathrooms but you'll need to find an employee to unlock it. read more

Don't usually shop at Goodwill but I was on the hunt for some hardbound books for decor at a cheap price. Bought 10 books for $19.00 bucks what deal! Great store that was packed full of mdse. Employee/cashier was so friendly and helpful!! I just made a donation to the Goodwill Broomfield location. I thought that making a donation was an effort in generosity. Although the items I donated were all ingood condition, usable, clean and of good value. The attendent sorted through everythink so he coyld pick and choose what he would accept. The store is clean and organized. I tend to find something that catches my eye and end up buying it, so the layout is very clever. I did have an unpleasant run-in with a video game they sold me a couple days ago. The disc would not run and the clerk was very quick to brush off that they had sold me a broken item. I generally like the store, it would be even better if the staff was more understanding. In the end, i wouldn't recommend coming here for discs (ie movies or games) read more

I'm giving a two out of 5 because I really love thrifting here I've found some cute cheap stuff, but tonight I had about 15 more minutes left until 9 when they closed and the minute I walked in they said "oh sorry, store closed" Like bruh still plenty of time to shop and they're refusing sales, they were being rude too. Other than the clothes racks needing attention being so very crammed and some workers on the floor with earbuds, gives the vibe of disengagement.... the store has more organization, and the checkout is quick and friendly. Some days I don't find anything, but some days I find tons of cool stuff! Though there are more good then bad days here. I recently found a cute little chair that was originally meant for a doll, that I turned into a chair for one of my plants! And if you look hard enough you can also find some great clothing brands in good condition as well! Though I will admit it's a little on the dirty side in here. Overall this isn't the best thrift store I've been to, but it's definitely in my top 10! read more

I called to ask if they would take a desk and chair in great condition. I was told yes. Drove from Erie to Broomfield to drop it off. When I arrived the people at drop off said they wouldn't take it. I said I called and was told they would. He said the people that answer the phone don't know what they are talking about and they weren't going to take it. pretty much the same as all other goodwill stores, except this one has a space in the middle called Deja Blue. Its where they have all the fancy and high fashion clothing like leather jackets, suits, fancy dresses, etc. I also saw a big selection of new mattresses by the back of the store. Store employees were friendly and courteous and check out was fast and efficient. read more

How sad - this was a such a nice store when it opened a year ago. Then the Goodwill Greed struck. The fact is that Goodwill stores in the area CULL the NICE things that are donated, and send them off to Parker or Cherry Creek or Denver. A lot of them are then SOLD ONLINE so Goodwill makes a very LARGE profit from the donations people THINK they are giving - falsely led to believe that less fortunate people can actually BUY them and USE them. Sorry folks, that's not where your donations are going. The unfortunate people who NEED and DESERVE to buy nice used clothes, boots, shoes, coats and accessories CANNOT AFFORD to buy them from Goodwill's online internet goldmine, where many things are bid up hundreds and even thousands to those with credit cards or Paypal, who can afford to pay the high prices. Now this store is pathetically stocked with the junk that is 'left over' after the GOOD stuff is hauled away. The 'Deja Blue' Boutique is only a bare semblance of its former nicely filled racks. A lot of the furniture is stained and scratched - looks like it belongs at the landfill, and that's probably where it goes eventually. Shelves in the housewares area are minimally stocked. The locked cabinets at the front of the store offer nothing more than costume jewelry and other low value items. Why bother to lock it? There were previously so many customers shopping this store - now its just a handful of folks who are willing to wade through the trash hoping to find something they actually WANT to buy. Mega Goodwill should be ashamed of itself. While the corporation applauds itself for providing services for 'those with barriers', they are depriving those LOCAL people who need to be able to purchase those - FREE DONATED items which cost NOTHING to Goodwill - at a REASONABLE price. Not everyone needs the services Goodwill funds but everyone needs the bare necessities - clothing, shoes, a coat, etc. So... a new retail building that, in less than a year, went from great shopping to peddling junk. This location opened a up about one year ago. The staff and managers Alma, Matt, Zack and Gary have done a great job of styling the display areas to give the store a polished and "on the pulse" vibe in this manner of a department store or boutique without the high prices. There is always new merchandise out and amazing sales everyday of the week that give the store a fresh stocked feeling when you enter. Not only do they boast the weekly/daily 99cent color and 50% off color tag sales, they also have sales on Saturdays where almost everything in the store is 1/2 off except for rand new (blue tag) items and orange sticker items up by the register like brand new pet items, and household/hardware items. Not to mention other sale days like Cheaper by The dozen, spend more save more, etc.. The glass display case in front always has some high end amazing new designer handbags like Michask Kors, Fendi, Brighton and Vera Bradley at prices often around 20-24$. The jewelry is to die for with unique items that are both vintage and new that are strategically priced around $2.99. They offer a military vet/senior citizen discount at 15% off everyday and on Mondays 25% off for seniors. The electronics items are impressive. Like a barely used xbox kinnect console l,vintage ps2 and pong/nintendo along with cameras, flat screen tv's and much more. best of all is the abundance of quality clothing and shoes for the whole family; toys, furniture, dishes, appliances, and fantastic linens, curtains, and decor/art. The staff works hard and is friendly and remembers customers who come back again. You can tell they really care about the Goodwill Mission and work like a family. This store is the best kept secret north of Denver in the heart of Broomfield. Check it out!!!! read more

Pretty decent Goodwlll! They have their regular color-of-the-week tags for 50% off then a colored tag that means an item is $.99, I got four tops and a dress for $24 so I can't complain. Clientele is interesting as always but it wasn't too busy on a Wednesday after so I really can't complain. Bonus--There's a Dunkin Donuts right across the way so you caffeinated then get your Goodwill on! read more

This location is ridiculous... They have all of the kids clothes intermingled. They have no sizes separations on anything, no separation of any kind as fats type, and it's just a huge mess... When I go to a store like that, I expect to have to look for what I'm wanting, however I do not expect to go through every piece of children's clothing to find my sons size/color/category (Pants, shirt, shorts, jacket, sweatshirts...) I asked where boys jackets were, mixed in toward the back, ok baseball pants? same place. I do not have the time more desire to check 6-8, 20 foot racks piece by piece looking for a red sweatshirt or baseball pants in my sons size. Some kind of separation would be wonderful. I'm not even picky, boy v girl, pants v shirts, or even just by size like the infant clothes. Like I said, I expect to have to look, and to the cashier who told me "it's shopping.." no it's not. When I shop I look for something I like and then find the size. Nothing about that is shopping in is just a reason I will never set foot in that store again and why the items I was going to purchase are sitting in the cart but the registers. read more

I had various items to donate, and had no problem finding this Goodwill location set back (north) off of 120th in Broomfield. I drive up to the covered Donations Door area and a young guy helped me out. I unloaded the items and he sorted them into the appropriate bins. He then asked me if I'd like a Donation Tax Receipt. Good thing he asked me that, because I had forgotten about asking him for one! This was a very pleasant and easy Donation drop off experience. read more

GW used to be good but not anymore. I stopped off here after going to Arc up the street and spent $40. Came here and bought nothing. I spent 50+ yrs in retail and saw this employee working with someone else trying to condense large totes. I told her to stack them high and mark them down. The 1st lady told me "I don't work here" yet a few minutes later I heard her talking to the same employee about having a "theme" for each month for staff - say Safety this month. Yet she doesn't work there - right! She had to be the DM or RM as she also told the same employee she would be back this weekend maybe. Why is this relevant? Because there is not a single computer or computer part or remote or anything like those. Nor not a single tv in the store. Mile High Thrift has dozens of tvs on hand. Not everyone can afford a new tv or computer. Goodwill even advertises rebuilt computers to help train staff yet you will never find a computer ever. read more

Visiting family in Colorado, we are from Texas, when we were told about the new Goodwill in Broomfield. So my family and I which consisted of 5 adults and 4 kids went on Monday July 31 and needless to say it was the WORST experience ever! We were judged for being mexican and were then followed around the store by the "MANAGER" the whole time we were there and were made to feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE so we left. He then proceeded to follow us outside and then watched us from inside as we left!! He had NO reason to believe that we were there for anything more than to shop!!! My sister-n-law whom lives in Colorado went in to confront him and caught him talking about us with one of his employees. The "MANAGER" then went on to deny everything (because that's what RACIST DO), his excuse was that he wasn't following us but looking for an employee...there were only 2 employees working that day and they were in blue Goodwill shirts, not to hard to find them!! He was also very rude to her! So with all that said...DO NOT visit this store!!! They don't even deserve the 1 star!!!! read more

I have been dropping off donation items at this location for about 6 months and today was the very last time. The man that helped me did not ever even say a word to me...even after I greeted him and asked him a question - he just looked like I was annoying him. He did bring over a blue bin for me to put my items in - but wouldn't help me unload or carry anything. It was ridiculous. When I was done he simply rolled the bin away without a thank you, a goodbye or an offer for a receipt. I'll find some other place to support....terrible experience. read more

I just left this location, and had such an incredibly good experience shopping there that I felt compelled to write this review. Across the board the staff was courteous and pleasant to talk to, and the manager even took the time to personally help me find what I was looking for - and gave me a big discount on it to boot. I frequent goodwill stores regularly and have never had as good an experience shopping at one as I just had at the Broomfield location. I cannot recommend it enough and I will absolutely return when I'm in town again! read more
