First, we're told they only take trendy items, yet none of my friends American Eagle jeans, Aeropostale jeans, or Hollister clothing was 'trendy' enough for them? Also on that note, I've gone into this particular store multiple times to shop and have seen plenty of SHEIN clothing (which, begs to question what they consider 'trendy' lol). And, as for them telling us they couldn't take clothing with stains (nothing I saw in my bag had stains), I have also seen many articles of clothing in that store with stains or holes. And, personally, I don't see the big deal if they're small/not noticeable. But, the issue I have is when you deny my clothes but accept others with the same 'problems.' And, finally, how are you going to tell me you aren't taking 'fall clothing' at the moment when my bag had multiple bathing suits, shorts, and t-shirts? I just don't get it and, like I mentioned before, there has only ever been on instance which they have ever accepted something I try to sell (and that's after trying more than five times over the years). For a thrift store, I just don't understand the misleading and confusing stipulations smh.

Some items were BRAND NEW/NEVER USED and they returned them to me saying they're too worn out or stained when I literally took the tags off this morning to bring em to Dover. Then I was paid with a check when everything is advertised as CASH FOR YOUR THINGS. Why was I given a check? I won't be back. Staff was quick to greet me but very dismissive when I asked about the returns. Was not worth the trip. Better off just donating things and getting a tax slip it you truly need the money back.

I would buy a lot more if prices were more reasonable, but its a niche business. Most of the items come from other countries . I will buy one or two things I love and if possible come back for a sale. They always have excellent customer service and strive to get customers in and out in a timely manner.The store stays neat and organized, you see people straightening and helping customers to keep it that way. The organization of the store also helps with giving fantastic customer service. They can always find and suggest additional items.
