I like this goodwill location compared to Arc in Parker. I always leave with something. Some really cool finds I've gotten here are: a Giro ski helmet for my daughter and a marble wine cooler for myself. I rarely buy clothes from goodwill but it seemed that there were not any changing rooms. Not sure why anyone would want to buy used clothes if you cannot try them on. read more

Lots of good choices at this location. Pricing for some items are high for a thrift store but I think that's on par for Parker. I perused their Halloween items for a certain Halloween bucket and pumpkins. Found a pumpkin at a price I was willing to pay and picked that up. No buckets today unfortunately. 1 star because the manager was super super nice. But only one due to their DISGUSTING employee receiving intake items. He clearly hates his job, very bad attitude, berates you as a human via your looks (cause that matters when donating free items?) then tries to guilt trip you by talking about his personal medical procedures and how many brain tumors he has had? Weird, Unprofessional- disgusting rude and dis of other humans that aren't like him. I will be donating somewhere else next time. I do want to add when I called to speak to manager I did feel very listened to and I do believe she will speak with said employee. Thank you for making me feel heard. First visit: I was searching for paperback books for craft projects, and didn't find anything suitable, but I did notice a number of books I'd like to read, most of them hard bound ($1.99). The DVD selection was very good, unsurprising leaning toward family fare. The store was neat and well organized, and busy for a weekday afternoon. A spot check in clothing found few clothes in the wrong size categories, which surprised me. The housewares section had some nice items. They sell new Serta mattresses, which is great. There were plenty of employees, and I really appreciated that the store smelled fresh, without the mothball smell I've noticed at Savers stores. read more

Located in a busy parking lot with quite a few parking spots. We showed up late afternoon on a Saturday. So considering it want too busy. The one at home is not at big as this one. So when I figured out where the clothes in my size were I was set. Found some long sleeve tops and sweaters that fit nice. The prices are a higher than at home. At home goodwill has certain days discounts and tags of certain colors are 10-20% off. On the tops still ended up spending $5 each. But did find some awesome Denver beer mugs and coffee mugs. Also they had a wide selection of yoga clothes. In the back they have electronics, furniture, bags, purses, suitcases and tons of toys. Might go back and get a suitcase. Ended up impulse buying a toy for my boys birthday. The cashier who rang me was friendly and offers discounts like military, teacher and the like. read more

I def love myself some good thrift store finds. I've stopped by this Goodwill location a few times over the years and can easily say I'm a fan! ++ They have a wide variety of clothes, home goods, electronics, and more! I'm usually hunting for items in the home goods part of the store, but have def browsed through it all. I even scored a sweet Yelp lunch box and thermos here for $2.99!! Yay!! ++ The prices just can't be beat!! ++ The store is HUGE so there's tons of merchandise to be had! ++ The location is right off Parker Road (in a strip mall) and features a massive parking lot. ++ It's actually super clean! Which is a great suprise given most thrift stores can be a disaster. +/- I don't think, aside from at the check out, I've ever seen an employee in the store. Good thing I don't usually need assistance... When I'm on the hunt for a good deal I will def be stopping back by this Goodwill location for all the stuff! read more

Dressing rooms are permanently closed due to pandemic and staffing shortage per GW employee??! First, it's 2022 not 2020 and this is the only GW metro location dressing room that is closed. Second, I counted 10 employees and 4 were on their cell phones. I'm confused.... Parker GW, what's the real reason the dressing rooms are permanently closed? Is it because you hope consumers buy and forget to return items for a refund or store credit within the 7 days? And talk about price gouging the consumers who need fair pricing the most. $45.99 for a pair used Sketcher sneakers?? Parker Goodwill needs to reread its mission statement to the community. I just wanted to say that they are a thrift store and I am from Arvada, And the goodwill stores in Arvada aren't as expensive as out here. I can't believe they want used shoes to be almost as much as new shoes. $20 for shoes there is absolutely ridiculous. People go there because they don't have a lot of money, They're looking for a good deals not expensive prices.. That's why I gave them 3 stars. And if you look Goodwill up there actually a retail chain, not like the ARC or Salvation Army which helps a lot of people with developmental disabilities. Think about it do you ever see a disabled person at Goodwill? I heard there was only one man that owned all of the stores and is a billionaire. Maybe think twice about shopping there. read more

Eh, not my favorite Goodwill location. I stopped by here on a Monday afternoon to find what was good. What was good...... 1) HUGE store location 2) Ample dressing rooms 3) That's it. Goodwill is known for having $.99 tags or half priced items and they didn't have it advertised. When I asked an associate what the specials were she told me which I guess worked in my advantage since they weren't clearly marked and I could sift through the goods. The store was very unorganized, bathing suit tops with tank tops, t shirts with business casual tops and just looked messy. When I went to check out there were three people waiting in line with me and one of the cashiers closed with people still in line. This place is just bush league and not going to be a regular spot for me. read more

I have become a regular at this Goodwill location and I love it. Like all thrift stores, it is hit-or-miss, but I find this one to be more hit than miss. If you walk in and the selection is not great, you came in on the wrong day. It will pay to come back and check again. They do not have a great selection of clothes, if that is what you are looking for. However, they always have a really nice selection of furniture, electronics and household goods at very fair prices. I also shop at ARC and I find this Goodwill location to be at least 25-50% lower on similar items than ARC. I avoid the blue tagged corporate donations because they are notoriously higher and often over-priced. The $0.99 store is fun to go through, but you have to be in the mood to dig and the checkout there can be extremely tedious. I think they have a hard time keeping good employees and are often short-staffed. Vernon is a newer employee working in the back doing donations, pricing and loading large purchases and he is the kind of employee a store like this needs. He is friendly, helpful and listens to the customer. Keep good employees like V and you will keep your loyal customers. read more

For a Goodwill this is a really open, well organized and well stocked shop. The racks were easy to search. The books weren't too out of control. They had a fair amount of furniture, tons of glasses and dishes and a lot of friendly people around working. I didn't donate, so can't speak to that part at this location, but I like this place if you are in search for some deals (or course you will have dig, sometime even GW prices seem out of whack), but there are some treasures :) read more

This Goodwill has got to be the busiest one in the entire Denver Metro area. We have made lots of trips there to donate and the line always has 10 cars in line to do the same thing. When you go inside the merchandise is plentiful and diverse so you able to find what you are looking for. I ended up not buying anything after having a cart full of clothes. you can't try on anything because the fitting rooms are apparently permanently closed, and you can't return them and get your money back if the clothes don't fit. you only get a store credit. with the price of gas its not worth the savings going back and forth until you find something and actually getting to use all your credit! what a pain. read more

I bought a bench from this goodwill to use in my classroom. It was $25, which was a little more than what I wanted to spend on a piece of classroom furniture, but it was just what I was looking for so I bought it. The first day, within the first hour of having students use it, the center of the bench cracked. I called to see if I could return it for store credit and they rudely said no. I buy a lot of furniture for my classroom every year and do a lot to help the community. It's a true disappointment when a facility that claims to help their community can't do a measly exchange for a local teacher. read more

Terrible experience. Depending on who is doing drop offs constitutes the hours they take stuff. The drop area is very unorganized and the associates are rude. Told me they were too busy to take donations and I had to go up the road to the Aurora location. Won't return. I don't usually do reviews on places but I really had to for my experience at this Goodwill. I had been shopping at the Goodwill in Highlands Ranch for a few years but completely gave up on Goodwill in general because of rude employees. I came into this Goodwill on Saturday and a blonde supervisor woman helped me find a dresser for my daughter's room. She was super friendly the whole time no matter how clearly busy she was. Before I asked her, I tried to ask some other employees for help but they were too busy or just ignored me. No one else at any Goodwill goes above and beyond quite like she did. (Finally someone who is helpful and knowledgeable!!) I ended up buying a lot of furniture with her help and I asked her name, she said her name is Carol. So thank you Carol, this is my new regular Goodwill and you will be seeing me very often! read more

This Goodwill is located in a store that has had a couple former lives. Consequently, it's arranged a little awkwardly. The whole center of the store is filled, like most thrift stores, with clothing racks. I wasn't shopping for clothing, so I didn't check that stuff out. As you enter, off to your right is an alcove where Goodwill keeps its books. I found it to be rather disorganized. The books were loosely grouped by subject, but it was very loosely. In fact, the housewares section suffered from the same type of disorganization. Hardback books were $2.5 which, while fair, I found to be pricier than other thrift stores in the south area. Goodwill clearly doesn't launder or clean stuff before they offer it for sale. I noticed several filthy items and the store smelled like dirt and musk. While I don't frequent thrift stores, generally, there are better stores in Littleton that are cleaner, better organized, and provide a better value for bargain hunters. read more

This location is somewhat convenient for donations if you live near Parker. I say somewhat, because the donation door on the side of the building dead-ends in a narrow parking area and it can be a pain if anyone else is waiting to do donations. Also, whoever is sorting through donations and deciding what is going on the shelves is either sending the "good" stuff elsewhere, or just does not care if they put trash out on display. You will find broken items, items missing pieces, and cups that belong in dumpster behind a 7-11. Staff are mostly friendly, but the check out line is abysmally slow and nobody seems to be in a particular hurry. The book selection is pretty decent, although they are not in any particular order. read more

This used to be the best thrift store in the Denver area, but not any more. The store is a disaster, the line was really long both times I went in. I got double charged at the register and had to go back and wait twenty minutes for my money to be returned, and they did that wrong and my money is still not returned. Out of curiosity I googled Goodwill and the organization has gotten in trouble in recent years for some shoddy safety practices with disabled workers. I won't be back, ARC is much better, and really just up the road. read more

I was quite surprised at the lack of high quality items and good clothes considering Parker is one of the wealthiest towns in the country of its size. Not really much to see here, and I have been in probably ten times overall, spread out over several months with my final visit being about four months ago. Lots of knick knacks and beat up items. I have been frequenting thrift shops for a while now. I like to find cool old stuff and make it better (currently creating a wall of cool frames etc). Lately the prices have been going up up up, and it has gotten to the point where I don't buy most things I am interested in. I can afford it, but it's not worth my time. I have been told recently that a lot of these chain thrift stores have employees who look online to price things. Really? Just because it is $40 on ebay, does not mean it will sell for $40. That and the condition of things I find are not up to ebay standards. I feel bad for the folks who shop here because they need to, and come in to find overpriced junk everywhere. Under new management. Even worse than before. Vast majority of the store is "blue tags" which means it was a corporate donation. They are charging near retail prices for stuff that is supposed to benefit the community. If I wanted the retail product, I would bought it at Target in the first place. read more

I dropped off about 5 bags of clothing the other day and decided to park and go in and look at their furniture, as I love old solid wood furniture to refinish. I figured GW would be a great place to get something cheap. LOL!! The old worn out used furniture was so overpriced I was shocked!! This stuff was DONATED to them and their markup on many things is like 500% or more. I could get better quality stuff for cheaper over at The Barn in Castle Rock. Total rip off. I didn't look at their clothing, as I don't buy used clothing for myself, or any other items so I cannot comment on that stuff. I did wander around because they had furniture in a few different places. The place was trashed and lots of dirty broken items were there. Im not a GW shopper, but figured I peek in to see what they had. Id never go back there and I may find a different place to donate as their markup is ridiculous. Yecch. Worst thrift store ever. The store is very large, in an affluent area, and the line to drop off items is always very long, so you would think they would have a ton of great items! Wrong. They must send the good stuff somewhere else. The shelves were half empty, most of the racks held cheaply made, corporate donated items that were priced too high, racks disorganized, stuff piled in heaps here and there.
