This store was once nice years ago before Covid and was better managed but they went through managers, and HR and once were working for Springfield but that changed in 2020 when St Louis took over and its gone downhill since then. Gone are the sales of 69 cent saturday, toddler tuesday, senior Day on Wednesday and other days like red tag sale days or certain items in the store half off. Nope all those sales are gone and so is the nice older caring staff that once worked there. Do not support as it looks bare, does not have the items, or the selection it once has. I always end up leaving Springfield with way more than I traveled in with when I visit Clothes Mentor! I love it. This visit, I lucked up and found that they were having a 70% off sale and was in complete awe!! The staff is always friendly, the music is great to shop and sing along to and there is always a sweet smell in the air. It's quiet, not crowded and just an overall good feel!
