On February 13 (Friday the 13th), my wife's car was hit by a driver who ran a STOP sign. Requiring a tow truck my insurance company called Cox Motor Co. Micky, from Cox, came to tow her vehicle. He was extremely accommodating during this hectic time. He explained to my my wife what to expect in the aftermath of the accident. He then offered to conduct the repairs on her vehicle if she wanted in addition to taking time to explain that she could have her vehicle taken to ANY other vehicle repair shop in town. We chose Cox Motor Co. They were professional in every sense of the word. A trait not often found in this city. Cox kept us informed of the status of the repairs and always inquired as to the status of my wife and son (who was also in the car). After all the repairs were completed they took the time to inform us that they were responsible for repairing any accident-related problems that may arise in the future. Providing us with additional piece-of-mind as we left with our fully repaired vehicle. Their garage looks like a Volkswagen museum.
