be careful when you use their service department, my vehicle had an extended warranty with a $100 deductible. I was told I would have to pay hundreds of dollars over my deductible amount. This is the worst ford place I have ever been too to get service or buy anything I was told I had a appointment to get my seat and a oil change a week ago and was scheduled for 3 pm Wednesday I message the guy who supposedly scheduled it he said everything was setup I get there they do my oil change and then tell me they dont have time to put my seat in and when I was speaking with the service manager he said I'm really sorry I truly am in a sarcastic way he said he told the person who sold me the truck and scheduled it that he wouldn't have time but I was suppose to be on the schedule so how do you not have time a bunch of liars there rude people and no other salesman acted like they wanted to help poor service now I gotta come back which I live 45 min away even though he said he would pick my truck up which puts miles on it just a waste of time won't ever buy another vehicle or refer anyone here again I bet they woulda found time if I I didn't already buy the vehicle and put a big down payment but since they got there money they don't care read more

The worst service department I have ever had work on a vehicle. Car was in better shape before the "repairs". Greasy fingerprints left all over head liner , fitment was terrible , and the additional of a dent. I've have seen better quality work from amateur shade tree mechanics. read more

I purchased a new vehicle from Jone's Ford, they used my personal info IE: Name,phone number, address and e-mail address to order a different vehicle to sell for their profit. A case has been opened with Ford Motor co, who says they have been in contact with dealership but they refuse to contact me. The vehicle is showing up on my Ford Account but I don't known who owns it. I have had unauthorized charges on my Ford Visa account, Venmo and my personal bank account. The owner has been aware of this for over two years. Beware! read more

I had a flat on my 2020 Explorer and required a replacement tire. I went to a tire store and was told it would take days to get the matching tire. Very disappointed in my local and only nearby Ford dealer. To start of explaining my disappointment it goes back to March when I had all 8 of my fuel injectors install on my 2003 F350 6.0L diesel. Then 8 months later to have one of those same 8 injectors (#4 which wasn't on of the ones that was bad in the beginning #3,#5 & #8) get stuck in the open position in which I told them that was the case upon the time I dropped it off.Any one that knows Diesel engines knows what this spells. The stuck #4 injector took out the #4 engine cylinder which in return made my work truck useless and put me out of work until probably late January at the earliest. Then here comes the slap in the face. I was told that I was pretty much right that any injector had got stuck in the open position and it killed the engine and that it would be covered under warranty but I owe them almost nearly $400 for telling me that I now need a new engine for over $17,000 (no it's not too many zeros, you read it correctly) that they will have to find and that I was responsible for all out of my pocket. So after I spoke up by saying the warranty part that you put in caused the problem I was told that I didn't have to pay the $400 but I still needed an engine. If I liked they would locate one call me in one or two days in which I said ok to get the ball rolling. Now going on week number 2 still nothing. Basically told me something to get me out their face which is what most do when they can't feed you false information. read more

The AC went out on my GT350 so I brought it in to get fixed under warranty. Kevin at the service desk was super helpful and personable. It was fixed within a day of my warranty work being approved. I will continue to use Jones Ford for the service of my GT350. read more

I've been dealing with these folks for over five years now, having brought my wife's and my Lincolns in for service, also purchased a Ford here, and I've been extremely pleased at every facet of dealing with them. Chris, the service manager, has been helpful above and beyond what was expected on more occasions than I can count, my latest service advisor, Renee, is a wonderful and friendly lady and a pleasure to know. my car has been at jones for for 2 weeks . they said they replaced the ecu module but the car still wasn't fixed. they had to call the tech hotline because the abs module wouldn't initialize. repeated calls to jones ford resulted in zack telling us he was in constant contact with the hot line and would call us back, but he never called back . a loaner car was never offered and when I asked I was told they didn't have any loaners . after 2 weeks of this I told zack I needed a loaner car, he told me he would try to get one the next day and would call me back , again , no call from zack. when my husband called back to jones ford and he spoke to the service manager , chris, who told him that he wished they had not taken the car in the first place because they don't work on that many hybrids ! he told my husband he is putting the car back together and to come and get it !!! this is a FORD DEALERSHIP , they SELL FORD HYBRIDS ! my husband is a retired ford mechanic , we have had fords all of our lives, never have we had such poor service . I'm not sure how FORD mechanics don't know how to work on FORD cars !! jones ford will never get our business again read more
