Honestly, if I could leave a big FAT ZERO (0) I absolutely would. My husband and I have been dealing with this dealership since JANUARY 14th 2026. My AC went out in my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. We took it in on January 14th to be tested to see what the cause was. After calling for days to see when we could pick our vehicle up, we were told there was no immediate sign of the issue and on January 15th they had put freon with dye into the AC to see if there was a leak. After calling back multiple times to find out what we needed to do, whether it was bring the jeep back in or how to go from there, we were told our case manager did not leave any notes in our file, so no one could figure out the next steps. FINALLY after calling for 3 days and them blatantly IGNORING my calls, I was able to speak with a manager who told us to drive the car around and bring it back in so they could see where the leak was coming from. After driving it around, we took it back in on March 5th to be told the evaporator core needed to be replaced. Of course they tried to tell us other things that just "had" to be done, to which we declined. We asked for the evaporator core and heater core to be replaced, almost $4,000 in work and said the work would be completed on March 11th. They called us on 3/11 and said the parts did not come in and it would now be 3/18. They called on March 16th and said the vehicle was ready for pickup. We went back on March 16th 2026 to pick our jeep to find the front driver side fender damaged, the back of our driver side leather seat cut, our tan seats covered in black powder, as well as our water pump not working for our windshield wipers. We went back inside and told the gentleman at the desk who came out and took pictures and videos and told our case manager would give us a call at 8am on March 17th. Did he call? Absolutely not. We called several times with no answer. Finally my husband called Stellantis corporate to get them on the line with the dealership to hold them accountable for the damage they had caused to our vehicle. We took our jeep BACK to the dealership on March 24th for them to fix the issues only to return on March 26th and find our passenger seat with cuts in the leather. They told us they had to order the new leather seats We dropped our jeep BACK OFF on April 22nd to be told it would be ready the next day by noon. We received ZERO call on Thursday April 23rd. On April 24th my husband called to be told 3 technicians called in and the needed to keep it over the weekend. My husband called April 27th at 3pm to check on our vehicle to be told they ordered the wrong parts and that they would need to keep my jeep until Friday May 1st. read more

Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you about this fella who thought it'd be hilarious to mess with a woman and her 2 kids in their car while he was cruising around in a company truck, advertising their business. I mean, who doesn't love a good game of road rage, right? So, I'm driving on Interstate 140 from Brunswick County to Wilmington, cruise control set, just chillin', when I approach this fella in the right lane, he is driving a little bit slower. I move into the left lane to pass him, and I guess that got his undies in a twist, 'cause he decides to swerve into the left lane too. No biggie, I think, but then he goes back to the right lane, and I pass him, get back into the right lane, I see him in the rear view mirrow shaking his head, guess thats because I'm about to play a game of leapfrog I suppose. Then, I come up on a slow-moving truck, and I'm about to get back into the left lane when this guy suddenly decides he's in a real hurry. I've got my kids in the car, and I'm worried about our safety, so I tell Ethan to grab his phone and start recording. Luckily, that calmed this guy down, and he went back to driving like a decent human being. But wait, folks, there's more! I decide to call the dealership to give them a heads up about their driver's antics. First, I get transferred around like a hot potato, and nobody can seem to direct me to the right department. Finally, I get to the sales department, and they're all, 'Oh, we'll figure out who it was,' without even asking me for any details. I'm like, 'Uh, hello, I've got the license plate number and a video, folks!' So, they tried hand me over to a manager, but the manager is more important than that so he gives me the ole get your name and number and he'll call me right back dance.Yeah, right, because that totally happened. Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unresolved Issues & Dishonest Sales Tactics I brought my Jeep in for a radio issue, which I had already confirmed with Uconnect was just a simple software update. After weeks of back-and-forth with Uconnect, I was finally told that the system was showing me as the owner, and once rectified, the update would be available for download. Unfortunately, by the time the system was updated, there was no update available to download, and I was advised to take it to the dealer for the update. When I arrived at the dealership, I explained my situation. The service advisor initially agreed it was likely an update issue that had been interrupted by a dead battery, but after the tech never even looked at my Jeep, I was told my radio was "bricked" and that it couldn't be repaired. Instead, I was aggressively upsold on a $2,000 replacement radio. This is despite the fact that Uconnect had confirmed that it was just an update issue they see all the time. My main goal when visiting the dealership was to have my rearview camera fixed, which is especially important due to my military disability. I have limited range of motion due to injuries sustained overseas, making it hard to check my surroundings the same way most people can. The back-up camera is essential to my safety, and I made it clear that this was my priority. Yet, the advisor was more focused on upselling a new radio, completely ignoring my actual needs. At that point, I didn't even feel safe paying them to do the update anyways. They seemed so set on selling me a new radio that I honestly didn't trust their word anymore, and I was more certain than ever that they were just trying to push a costly replacement when it wouldn't even fix the issue. I felt completely disregarded and didn't want to risk paying for something that wouldn't solve the problem. I decided to also get an oil change and tire rotation while I was there, as I had scheduled it over the phone. However, the advisor made a point to tell me it would be extra to rotate my larger tires, which I didn't mind, but I made sure they rotated all the tires, including the spare. This wasn't done last time, and I had specifically asked them to make sure it was rotated this time. They assured me it would be noted. When I got home, I noticed the spare tire had once again been missed. The price for my oil change also ended up being more than I was originally quoted, and it took the manager and advisor 10-15 minutes to sort out the issue, which was incredibly frustrating. At this point, I just wanted to get home and figure out what was going on with my radio. When I finally got home and called Uconnect again, they clarified that the message flashing on the screen didn't mean the radio was bricked, contrary to what I was told at the dealership. I was then contacted by the dealership's customer service rep, who tried to manipulate me into leaving them a positive survey score. He wanted me to leave all of my complaints in the comments section rather than addressing them directly. I found this to be highly unethical. He also told me that he'd update my account about the tire issue and get back to me regarding my radio, but I never heard back from him. In fact, when I left, I went directly to the dealership to leave a message for the GM and ask for his contact information. I still have not heard back from anyone. For a place that sells luxury vehicles, their customer service is nonexistent, and I was left feeling like my concerns were completely ignored. In conclusion, this was an incredibly frustrating experience, with issues not being resolved and attempts to upsell me on an expensive radio replacement that wasn't even necessary. I'm extremely disappointed and would never recommend this dealership to anyone based on the lack of professionalism, dishonest sales tactics, and complete disregard for customer concerns. read more

I just want to say THANK YOU to the Victory Service Team. On 1/28/25, I brought my 2007 Jeep Liberty to Victory due the fact that it made a loud screeching noise when the steering wheel was turned. The Service Advisor, said he would have the car looked at and let me know what they might find. I asked him to take a drive with me so he could hear but he seemed to be too busy to care. I requested a loaner car while my Jeep was being looked at but was told due to age of my Jeep, they ONLY gave loaner vehicles to persons with new Jeeps or cars so I would have to make other arrangements. Lucky for me there was an Enterprise center right new door. So I left my vehicle for overnight repair or analysis. The Service Advisor also asked me how long we planned on being in the area since we were from Virginia. Seemed odd to be asked that question. So THANK YOU for keeping my Jeep overnight and refusing to drive so the noise could be recognized. The following morning after trying to call the service center with no one answering phone, I went to the Service Advisor to ask about the analysis. He told me the master mechanic had driven the Jeep but performed an engine analysis and found the serpentine belt not routed properly and that the check engine light was on, a spark plug in one cylinder was missing, and could not find anything wrong with the steering. The serpentine belt has been running fine for over six years with no problems. I told him to reroute the serpentine belt but leave everything else alone. So THANK YOU for performing a repair that was unnecessary and not requested. We never made it out of parking area and the screeching noise could be heard. I went directly back to the Service Advisor and told he needed to hear the noise but instead he had the master mechanic take ride with me and he heard it immediately. Funny how no one heard it until then. Upon returning to the parking lot, the Service Advisor was outside and state "It sounds like a screeching door in a horror movie." Again left the Jeep for further analysis. The next day, 1/29/25, we tried calling to the service area again but no one answered. So we went back to the service area and was told the master mechanic had replaced the right front lower ball joint and that the noise was gone.This time we made it about two miles down the road and noise was just as bad when we first took it in for repair. THANK YOU master mechanic for not completely fixing the problem. So back to the service area we went. We were told by the Service Advisor and the master mechanic that they would again take a look at it and have any needed repairs done by Saturday afternoon. Saturday morning I called the service area through the front desk receptionist and was told that the Jeep would not be repaired and that the mechanic was overloaded with work. So THANK YOU for not having the Jeep repaired during the time frame given me. On Monday, we returned to service area and was told the Service Advisor had taken the Jeep for a ride and was doing figure eights in the parking lot and still noticed the screeching noise. The master mechanic determined that the Jeep's all four ball joints needed to be replace. On Tuesday, 2/4/25, we went back to the Service Advisor and informed all ball joints has been replaced and noise was now gone. We drove it for over 500 miles and there has been no more noise. WHEA! Now for the ironically little known knowledge by the Service Advisor and Master Mechanic. New front lower ball joints were installed by another Jeep master mechanic 7/3/24 in PA. The engine light was no longer comes on after replacing the gas cap. So after over a week of poor performance by the the Victory Service management and poor performance by the master mechanic, I was charged $1696.81 for labor and part costs. We went to tell the Victory Manager about our concerns, he reimbursed us $189.00 for the costs of putting the Jeep up on the car lift. THANK YOU FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING OR CARING. Oh, I forgot to include the car rental costs of $587.11 for having to a rent a vehicle while Victory was "repairing" our Jeep. If you purchase a vehicle from Victory, please consider going somewhere else or feel the wrath of their service department if you need repairs. I brought my perfectly working Jeep in, for an oil change and a tire rotation. Victory knocked the 2 front calipers loose, crushed the brake lines and damaged a rotor. After the rotation I called them because my car was pulling to the right while braking. I left 4 phone messages, never got a call back, then finally got through and was told they'd take look at it. After dropping off the car in the morning, I called later in the day and was told they would not look at it until I agreed to a $200 per hour charge. Worst experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 pickup which was advertised as a factory certified vehicle and later found out that it was not. After a week of having the vehicle there was a knocking noise in the front end and when i took it in, it was discovered that it was missing spring bushings. Would this have not have been noticed during the 175 point factory certification?(factory Certified?) After several of the same issues we discovered that the vehicle was sold to me as a factory certified vehicle with a aftermarket lift and shocks and springs. I kept having issues with grinding noises and took it back to the dealership and they decided to order new front shocks which took over six months to come in. they replaced the front shocks. To no avail, the grinding noise was still present. Took it back in and after about the 3rd or 4th attempt of the dealership trying to fix the issue, they took it to a specialist where it was determined the shocks that were installed were too short and not meant for the lift application that was installed by the previous owner and was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase (Factory Certified). The dealership did agree to replace the rear shocks and i am currently waiting on them to come in...been over a month so far, after it took over six months to receive the fronts. I get home the other day and happen to see something dangling under my truck , so i take a closer look and find that my front shock mount is totally torn off... not rusted! Ripped! Shocks too short. Now that the repair looks to be in the thousands of dollars, they are refusing to do anything and telling me that they are the new owners and are not the ones who sold me the vehicle. I also have a coolant leak that has been going on for over a year now that they have not been able to fix. i paid for an extended warranty of which has now expired and all of a sudden they do not want to fix any of the issues that i have had since the first week of purchase. I took my vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation and within a few days, running down the highway i start to feel a vibration and I pull over to see what's going on and discover that 3 of my lug nuts are missing and others are loose. I contact the dealership to tell them what happened and all i was told was to come by and they would replace the 3 lugnuts! I would not recommend purchasing anything from this group. read more

I went in for a routine oil change and asked Ted the service provider about a paint corrosion claim that Josh (another service provider that no longer works there) told me was approved after my last visit as he took pictures of each spot along with the vin before I left. He said we were only waiting for the body shop to work it in. Ted was rude so I asked to speak to the manager, Scott, who was also rude. He said he knew nothing about the claim (convenient now that Josh doesn't work there anymore. He said Josh shouldn't have entertained such being they didn't have a body shop when I was clearly told the manager saw the photos and approved and have been waiting for months. Never buy tires from these people without inspecting the tires before they put them on. I went to take advantage of the buy 3 get one for $1 promo on tires and I ordered Toyo Open Country AT3's. The service advisor is not to blame because I saw his notes and he had written down the correct information I gave him to order the tires but whoever ordered them ordered Toyo Open Country HT's. I waited 4 hours and when they were done I paid them then walked outside and they were not the correct tires. I did get a full refund but it was still a waste of my time and a mistake that should not have happened. Pure incompetence. This is the worst dealership I've ever seen. Bought a brand new Jeep and the Chrysler company sent them all my details and they were supposed to do repairs, maintenance and such. Refused me services when they were due, would not schedule me for weeks at a time. My Jeep was having problems so I went to Victory. They "repaired" it, sent it home. Within 3 days, problems worsened, they had put the parts in backwards and then refused to fix it. Said it was driver error, I can't put gears in backwards in the case. Took it another dealership and they were able to tell me the truth, repair the problem and I could drive on. These people are absolutely horrifying. I'll never even look at their lot again. Do not buy from these crooks! They refuse warranty work! After the car buying experience is over and you have to deal with their service department...oh my! They mistreat women, don't acknowledge you and act like you are annoying them. They will not report issues or problems going on with your vehicle to corporate. They refuse to do warranty work! My husband and I purchased a new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica $38,000. And started have problems with it at 7000 miles. They never fixed the problems but said they did. We are a family of six and bought this vehicle in hopes to take safe trips in it...but we have never been able to because it is unsafe. The van is covered in rust due to a defect from the factory and the steering tension is off causing an awful clicking sound and steering wheel sticks when turning sharp right and left. It was stalling and slamming into gears. They did replace the throttle body which now causes the gas pedal to suck to the floor board causing the the motor to rev past 6 rpms. All scary! Dwight Suggs, the service mgr., refused to fix all these problems. He does not return calls, emails, or texts...even though his business card has all these means to reach him...all useless. Twice I have made appointments to fix these issues and he has told me that I didn't have an appointment. I had to call the Chrysler Corp to let them handle it. They made an appointment for me...and when I showed up. Dwight tells me that I was crazy and that the Corp office did not schedule an appointment. Run from this dealership! Don't give them your business! They will stick you with a lemon and refuse to fix the problems. Go to a smaller dealer where they value their customer and stand behind the product. Upon submitting an internet query, a representative of Naber will repeatedly call your cell phone after 8pm until you answer. After they have your information, they will make promises they cannot keep. They will convince you to attempt to purchase a car other than the one you want. They will run your credit and tell you that you are "good to go". They will assure you that everything is good. (They won't accommodate your needs - instead they will force you to change your schedule to meet with them at their convenience... And if you don't do it, then you are out of luck.) However, they lie. They utilize tactics with the intent of getting your hopes up so high, that you will agree to anything. And when you call them out on it, they get an attitude in their correspondence to you. Not having a car and walking would be better than dealing with pathological liars. I am just fortunate that I didn't need to buy a car. I am happy to not provide profit to dishonest people. read more
