It's hard to find a reliable spot to get a wheel alignment taken care of. Goodyear does an amazing job and luckily they are able to get lower vehicles onto their alignment rack. Seemed like every place in Corpus Christi has an alignment rack that is high and would damage my lowered car. That's good year has an inground alignment rack which is perfect! Definitely check them out, and don't forget they are open on the weekends. read more

Getting an inspection? Just try to get out of there without buying new wipers, at the very least. The inspection also takes a full half hour. Or however long it takes to find something you have to buy. read more

So I went in for an alignment and they charged me for some sway bar links and a camber bolt kit and scratched out the amount that was allegedly paid to Ed hicks imports for the original parts, welllll there was NO ALIGNMENT DONE AND NO PROOF THAT THEY INSTALLED THE CAMBER BOLT KIT AS WELL AS THE SWAY BAR LINKS AND when I asked them so show me they demanded that I leave !! I wanted my $521 back for the messed up alignment they did on my car, that I've been too afraid to even drive with my son in it now. They wanna just "Mail me a $177 check" like ummm no I want the sway bar links that I had y'all order from Ed hicks imports OFF and PROOF anything was even done cuz according to my pictures and videos ... AINT NOTHING BUT trying to hack my cars computer system was done. My mbrace services are now malfunctioned and do not work 24/7 as it's suppose to, now I need a new set of tires and another wheel alignment BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ! & do not LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THEM !! Watch what they do to your vehicle at least!!!! One worker put up a chain so I couldn't get close to my car because I kept wanting to go closer to the tech that was under my vehicle only on the right front side under the tire where my anti theft alarm is !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GHETTO PLACE!!! They kept urging me to drop off my car like ummm no ill be happy to wait! Also, I scanned a QR code and it basically said that if your car can't pass a state inspection, that they can do it for you! The irony is that when I went back demanding my money, there was a sign on the entrance door saying that they are currently not doing state inspections at the moment. Lmao. read more

Should've Taken An Hour But Since Fees Are $57.00 Per 30 Minutes Why Not Take Longer, Better For Them To Rip Off More Money Off Customers. Had to definitely drop my review. Didn't fulfill the warranty on my tire even with road hazard & alignment. Took vehicle in for warranty tire repair. Said it was due to an alignment problem. Just had it aligned a few months back & new tires put on. Service rep said it was covered and ordered a tire. Manager said no, it was the customers fault. Would not honor their work or products. I have been bringing my car to this Goodyear for a few years now and they have always provided honest and excellent service. Orlando and his crew have always gone above and beyond for my car and my son's car as well. I recently took it in for an AC repair and I swear they got it blowing colder than when it was brand new! I recently had lost my job and now I won't be a sweaty mess going on my job interviews. They have always accommodated us for an appointment and have always been upfront and honest about the work that needs to be done. Went in for tire repair, two and half hours later he tells me they don't have the lug nut socket to re move tire. It's a VW factory lug nut , tells me to go to VW and get it fixed, I will just take my business to Discount tire. Manager acted like he was doing me a favor. Save time go somewhere else. read more

I had been camping on PINS and ended up with a nail in my 33" tire. Managed to get it to Goodyear, which was one of the few with Sunday hours. Tire could not be patched, but they swapped on the spare for me at no charge whatsoever. They also took me "out of band" as all their bays were full and there was a couple hours worth of work already ahead of me. But they got me taken care of with minimal wait. I took a Goodyear tire in with a sizable bolt in the tread. Upon inspection, the salesman told me it wasn't safely reparable. They had pulled the tire and put a patch on the inside with a thing that extended through the hole. Well, it was holding air, but the salesman was saying that they couldn't guarantee the repair. The real danger is that the tread would start separating at the torn spot. I didn't want to buy a new tire right away..I thought the tire was repairable. He wouldn't let me pay for the patch and sent me away with the tire. Well, it held for a few months, but the tire did fail as I was warned. Fortunately, I was already prepared to buy a new set of shoes for the car by that time. I feel like I was treated honestly (his warning did come true) and since he couldn't warranty the repair, he wouldn't let me pay for it. I doubt they'd do that frequently...they'd lose money in the long run with the labor costs lost. I recommend this garage for tires and regular tune-ups. I have found no reason to NOT trust them as I have for other places in CC. This is one of two garages I would recommend. read more

Just took vehicle in for routine maintenance and a free tire rotate, spent $200. The leather seats had grease on them. They should wipe up any mess they make. They also scratched the inside of my door. Next day the vehicle was shaking and tires were out of balance. Took car back in and was told balance was extra $60+. So, the car was fine before they rotated tires and they messed up balance. Totally unacceptable practice. Took vehicle elsewhere and will never go back to Goodyear again!! BEWARE!!!!! I drove my truck in for a state inspection. I should say there were NO mechanical issues with it before pulling in to this place..... Upon completion of the "inspection" my truck's rear brake line was now busted and leaking like a sieve.... Like I said, my brakes were JUST FINE BEFORE I WENT HERE. Magically after they got their hands on it, it's leaking and spraying brake fluid everywhere and now the brake pedal goes straight to the floorboard! UNACCEPTABLE! As I am paying the $7 inspection fee, the manager nonchalantly hands me an estimate for $100 to repair rear the brake line THAT THEY HAD BROKEN!! My truck was fine before I came here. They sabotaged it in order to seek extra payment for an easy fix to overcharge the customer! I was rather upset, but they claimed it happened during the inspection..... So, who do you go to when you need car repairs? If you knew how to repair it, you'd do it yourself. We are at the mercy of the mechanics, and they make money off doing more and costlier repairs. Who do you trust? I know who who I trust, and that is this Goodyear. My daughter's car was overheating, and my diagnosis, from what little I know, told me it would be a costly repair. I had my wife's il changed at this location, and they just struck me as honest. We took the car there and left it. The manager called me with the diagnosis (what I had expected), explained that until a certain part was sent off for testing we would not know the full extent of the damage, but he gave me a range of minimum and maximum costs. Once the part was tested he called and told us the good news. It only needed the minimum of repairs. It was still costly, but it could have been early double. The work was done quickly, and all repairs and explained parts were explained in detail. He also found another problem, but we could not leave the car that day. We picked it up and returned in a couple of days later, and he replaced the defective heater part quickly and at a greatly reduced cost to us. It is difficult to find a place trustworthy. This Goodyear is one. I recommend it wholeheartedly. read more

I came in without an appointment at 420 p.m. after having been thoroughly disappointed by another service center that informed me that it would cost $1800.00 for me to get a realignment because there were all these other parts I needed. A very capable and pleasant servicewoman helped me stating that it would be $579.00. I was still a little put off because I was not anticipating the brake repair that would accompany the realignment, so she knocked off some money for me. Then she got her guys to get the parts right away and had my car completed within four hours. I was thoroughly impressed. read more

I have used this establishment twice for mechanical repairs to my Nissan Armada. The first time was when I had taken my vehicle to 2 other shops and neither could diagnose it which cost me 5 weeks without a vehicle, as well as, $400 with no fix in site. I heard about the Goodyear garage and was desperate to get this car fixed or else it was going in for trade in. Carlos had the problem diagnosed and fixed the next day and it has been driving perfect since. The second time was for a huge oil leak which could have been anywhere and I thought and expected the worse. Once again I trusted the Goodyear garage mechanics and they repaired the issue that day and diagnosed as a leaking oil filter seal, what a relief. They could have lied to me and say it was a leaking main seal and charged me for it but didn't. Carlos is a great and smart mechanic and has been honest and upfront with my cost and repairs. read more

my appointment was for 9am . Thirty five minutes later my car was still outside.I left and will not return.

On Sunday my Husband and I were on our way to eat dinner with friends in Port Aransas. The Low Tire signal came on in my new car. I called several places and explained that my tires are filled with Nitrogen not air. The places I called were either closed or said they did not have nitrogen and could not service my car. I finally called Goodyear on SPID and spoke with Orlando Silva the Manager. He explained that they did not carry nitrogen but air can be used to fix the problem. He went on to explain the difference between the 2 and said he was a little backed up but he would work us in to fix my tire. We left our vehicle at Goodyear and left to our dinner in Port Aransas with our friends. When it was done the time was very close to closing and Orlando waited for us to get there rather than leaving the keys in the car (for safety purposes). With out rushing to close, because we were late getting back,he explained the problem with the tire and how he fixed it. He chatted for a minute and we left. We were so relieved and thankful that we still have great Customer Service and Genuine people who still love their job. Thanks Orlando for everything. We will definitely see you again. read more

After having to get my car from one repair shop to Goodyear, I was really frazzled. However, the guys here were really nice and checked my car for the issue the other guys told me was going to take $250 to fix and they told me that everything was fine with my car and that maybe the drive from the one repair shop to theirs might have juiced up my battery. They told me they'd keep it overnight and check it again in the morning and go from there. Since I wasn't going to have my car, their complementary shuttle took me back to my apartment and will pick me up to take me back to store once everything gets settled with my car. Both of the guys who talked to me were pleasant and really understanding of my situation. read more
