We popped a tire on our first night of vacation and needed a replacement. We called Noey here around am the next morning, a Saturday and he was super helpful and ordered the right tire for us. He said it would be about two hours before they got the tire in, so we did have to wait, but that's understandable since they had to order it. In spite of the reviews I read, I decided to give this place a try. When I arrived at the scheduled time I was politely informed my car would have to wait a bit longer before being serviced. No biggie, although I was already beginning to become concerned the negative reviews were all too right. About a half hour later my car was pulled in. The gentleman up front was very personable and polite while I waited. The employee who serviced my vehicle was kind enough to let me chat with him while he did the work as well. In the end, the oil change and tire rotation took a little over an hour. All in all, I was happy with the service. Although it may have taken a bit longer than most places, I was also able to use a coupon that basically cut the cost in half. I do not recommend this business based on several poor experiences and no longer go here....but if you do decide to go here as a matter of convenience make sure you watch these people closely. Specifically...If you get an oil change, check your oil condition before and after your visit and mark your oil filter. If you go in for a tire rotation, (and your tires are very similar in tread) take note of your tread depth and tire condition (also check for glass/nails/etc. beforehand!) If you get an alignment, make sure that you receive a before AND after printout of your vehicle's alignment metrics and make your vehicle is the vehicle printed on top of the metric page without tampering (speaking from experience here). And if you have battery, alternator, or starter concerns, you definitely want have another place diagnose those issues. Summary, this place will cut corners IF they think they can get away with it. Watch out ladies! Tho, if you have the time to double check their work, then roll the dice. If something bad happens, don't expect Noe to own up to it tho. He's a smooth operator! If any one of these suggestions seem like a lot of trouble. Then you're smart enough to......Go somewhere else. Addendum 1/25/21 Goodyear tire....corporate?? Do not go to this Goodyear! If I could rate this place less than zero stars, it would have negative 5 stars. There have been three of us waiting for a simple oil change for three hours! We are all frustrated. The very nice receptionist has been answering the phone all day with the same reply "sorry your car is not ready yet". When we check to see what is going on in the garage....there is one person working and four people sitting. A handful of customers took their keys back and left because their car has been here for hours and no one has worked on it yet. Goodyear needs to hire a new manager because this is pathetic. read more

I attempted on two different occasions to give this place my business. The first time was to patch a nail in my tire, which they refused to do because it was "too close to the sidewall." Since when is nearly smack in the middle of the tread too close to the sidewall?! Anyway, after their refusal, they sent me out to their "expert" who informed me that I immediately needed four new tires to replace the nail in one of them. No thanks, Skippy. The second time was an ill-fated attempt to get a State Inspection sticker. I figured that with four or five guys milling about and only two cars sitting in their bays, that this should be an easy assignment. I always figure wrong. Guy behind the counter informs me that it will be at least THREE HOURS before they can even get to it, and could I leave it with them? Three hours for a fifteen minute inspection? I'm guessing that Skippy wasn't there to attempt to exchange four new tires for a new shiny windshield sticker. Needless to say, this group will not be getting a third chance to get my business. read more

Zero stars if I could!!!!!! I received absolute lack of compassion towards my needs. I use Goodyear all the time for my services and this facility was the worst. Being new to the area I chose your company once again only to be let down. I was the only person in the store and multiple employees standing around and was still unable to get an oil change. Manager at front was extremely rude with me when I asked for oil change he said I would have to wait an hour due to one appointment before me that was not present in facility, worst of all he only knew they were coming but did not know what time they would arrive. As being in the store with techs available, as they where standing around, I would expect a management position to make accommodations to provide service to a repeat customer but manager had no problem turning me away and providing directions towards your competitors!! Stopped in for a simple oil change. A little overpriced for house oil-not bad though. I called after an hour to see if it was done-it WASN'T. Came back in after 2 hours-was gonna take my keys and go somewhere else-but they had already drained my oil. I sat there for another hour waiting for them to finish-all the while they are meandering around uninterested and not handling business. Sat on the lift for over an hour while they were f#%^ing around. I would not recommend using this place to my worst enemy. Shitty prices, customer service, AND HORRIBLY slow. read more

She drives her car about 10 miles a week and they sold her $1,200 tires! They serviced her car by saying work needed to be done underneath because a bolt had rusted to the frame? And then charged her hundreds! She takes her car in for a check-up every 3 months and every 3 months they find something wrong with her car. You people should be ashamed taking advantage of an elderly person...you do not deserve her trust or business. read more

my 70 year old mother took her car in and was told that she needed to replace her serpentine belt on her car- I know that on some cars you have to take apart the radiator hood and just to get at the belt its time consuming- this isn't one of those cars. they told her it was going to cost $250 to install a $32 part(retail), the most time consuming thing for them would have been to park the car in their parking bay. it took me 10 minutes tops to swap out her belt. how much do these guys charge for labor. read more

This store is fucking terrible. Every time I go there, the staff are rude and act as if they don't want to be there. I just went to go see if they can run a diagnostics test on my vehicle because my engine light came in and they said no because his two workers were working on two different cars and that it was too fucking late for him to put the stupid fucking drive into my fucking car and check what the fuck was wrong. I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. Goodyear is supposed to be a good company overall, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! They are all crooks who hire other crooks to do the service. They somehow broke the driver side door handle of the car and then tried to come in through the passenger side and then broke that handle too. The employee at first apologized and pleaded not to report it otherwise he would lose his job, but then later changed his story when confronted by his manager. Now they say it was our fault because our vehicle is too old. Took my car in with broken timing belt. 10 days later the timing belt broke again. Was towed to a transmission shop was told not only did I have transmission trouble, but that there was a compression problem. From transmission shop I had it towed to the local Dodge dealer. Goodyear would not authorize them to look at the car so they sent their own service technician to the Dodge dealer. I was called and told that the timing belt was too tight and everything was out of alignment. Had it towed back to Goodyear (they wanted to reset the timing). Upon resetting the timing Goodyear told me that the car engine had been damaged by the car "jumping time". Filed a complaint with Goodyear corporate office for property damage. So far (as of 11-27-12) I have been told first the transmission shop sabotaged my car. Now upon speaking to the Goodyear Corporate office I am told that I had been told by the local Goodyear center that the timing belt and parts had been removed. I spoke to the transmission shop and they confirmed that when the car came to them it would not start. They did a compression test and it showed that there were two (2) valves damaged. I spoke to the Dodge dealer and they state that the card DID have a timing belt on when it came in and when it was towed back to Goodyear. So Goodyear did the transmission shop damage my car? Did the Dodge dealer damage my car? So far all I have heard is that SOMEONE-ANYONE but Goodyear did damage to my car. read more

Suspicious activity- I parked approximately 500 meters from this service center while shopping at the Dollar Store next to it. Upon returning to my Car 30 minutes later I notice my right front tire was flat. I didn't inspect the tire because of time restrains, so I drove it 500 meters next door to Good Year figuring that the repair would be a simple patch/plug. My tires have only 33000 mile on them and they are rated at 60000 mile. The sales person at Good Year said that he would plug them for free if they need plugging. But of course the statement was only designed to ease my anxiety and gain my trust, because he came back later and said I needed to purchase a new tire because the nail had shredded the inside of the tire (Bull S). I didn't ask to see the damaged tire but I did ask about the tire disposal fee's and I was told that the fees were in the installed in price. $190.00 later I left the store feeling ripped of and very suspicious. I want park in the area of this shop again and the next time my car is worked on at any auto shop (excluding this one; I want use these guy again) I will investigate the activities closer and stop them if I need too. read more
