I saw a wire hanging under the front of my car, I wasn't sure what/where it was coming from...I took it in for service and after a very short time the associate came and told me the problem had been corrected and that there was no charge for the service! My wife and I have used this Goodyear in past, she went in for an oil change an inquired about getting new tires to her surprise she was told that her car didn't need new tires (where does this happen... a tire shop that doesn't try to sell a customer tires? I went here to get an alignment, and after the alignment I started hearing a weird noise from my wheels mind you I did not hear this noise before I went there the day before or the day before that. So when I told the people at the front that I was hearing a noise they said they would look at it and one of the guys comes back and says "so you left here to get new tires ?" And I said "no" then he says "that's weird because the technician said there was skinnier tires on the car before. That just goes to show that they were trying to blame the noise I was hearing on another shop even though another shop did not touch my car. So at the end of all this they told me everything on the car was tight and they couldn't find out what was wrong and handed my keys and that was it. I have worked with Keith, Brad, and Mike and they have all been upfront and honest and never tried to make me feel like an uneducated single woman that they were trying to push services on that didn't need to be done. I love this Good Year!! I've been there several times for services as simple as oil change, to new tires for me and my husband's vehicles, but most recently I had to drop my car off there to investigate faulty breaks. Every single interaction I had with a staff member was so pleasant! Amazing customer service and communication! They called me in a very timely manner to give me an estimate of services. Kaitlynn was very patient with my many questions and call backs before I gave approval for them to fix my car. Since the parts had to be ordered it meant my car would be staying with them until after the work was completed, but Brad kept me informed of their progress. At pick up Jherald and Brandon were incredibly kind, especially with my walking in the door right at close to settle up. When I called to say that I might be late, Brandon assured me not to worry, to drive safely and they would be there when I arrived. In terms of customer service, that is pretty huge in my book. And the cherry on top, is that my car is fixed!! No more problems with the brakes. read more

Used these guys over the weekend for new tires and alignment on an suv and they did a great job. Front man Blake quoted a fair price for the tires and the invoice reflected the price he quoted.
